Claims (3)

1. Flydende formulering til anvendelse inden for topisk behandling af psoriasis, omfattende: en fotosensibilisator i en mængde på 0,001 % til 1 %, hvor fotosensibilisato-ren udviser cytotoksicitet, når den udsættes for lys i det synlige spektrum, og fotosensibilisatoren er hypericin eller et hypericin-derivat; og et organisk opløsningsmiddel i en mængde på 25 % til 75 %, hvor det organiske opøsningsmiddel øger hudgennemtrængeligheden, og det organiske opløsningsmiddel er dimethylsulfoxid.
2. Flydende formulering af en fotosensibilisator ifølge krav 1 til anvendelse inden for behandling af psoriasis, hvilken omfatter de følgende trin: At påføre den flydende formulering topisk på en hudlæsion af en patient, der lider af psoriasis; og at udsætte hudlæsionen for en lyskilde.
3. Flydende formulering til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvor lyskilden er en synlig lyskilde, som udsender lys med en bølgelængde på mellem 500 nm og 650 nm, en bølgelængde på mellem 390 nm og 750 nm, en bølgelængde på mellem 380 nm og 750 nm, en bølgelængde på mellem 495 nm og 570 nm, en bølgelængde på mellem 450 nm og 495 nm, en bølgelængde på mellem 570 nm og 590 nm, en bølgelængde på mellem 590 nm og 620 nm, eller en bølgelængde på mellem 620 nm og 750 nm.
