Claims (15)
1) Apparat til delstikprøveudvælgelse af akvatiske makroinvertebrater, der omfatter en bakke og en separator, der passer i bakken, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet omfatter en udvendig bakke (32) med et drænsystem, en indvendig bakke (22), en separator (42), der passer i den indvendige bakke (22), og valgfrie støtteben (11), hvor den indvendige bakke passer tætsluttende i den udvendige bakke.
2) Apparat ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter en forstærkningskant som hjælp til at støtte vægten og bevare apparatets form, et vandudledningssystem (34), et system med støtteben (11) og et system til at anbringe apparatet korrekt, hvor den udvendige bakke er dimensioneret til at modtage en prøve af akvatiske makroinvertebrater.
3) Apparat ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor den udvendige bakke har dimensioner fra 60 x 50 x 16 til 36 x 36 x 10 cm.
4) Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor vandudledningssystemet (34) er udstyret med en hane eller et gevindskåret dæksel.
5) Apparat ifølge krav 2, hvor systemet til korrekt anbringelse af anordningen er af boble- eller pendultypen.
6) Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den indvendige bakke (22) har et vanddræn (24) i bunden, et net til at fdtrere biota og sedimentmateriale, hvor biota- og sedimentfiltemettet fakultativt er dimensioneret til at rumme undersøgelsens genstand, fakultativt mellem 500 ,um og 1 mm, og hvor apparatet på den udvendige side af bunden omfatter et støttesystem med valgfrie håndtag.
7) Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, der omfatter et vandudløb med huller (24), der er ens fordelt i bunden af den indvendige bakke (22).
8) Apparat ifølge krav 6, hvor støttesystemet (26) er arrangeret parallelt med vandstrømningslinjen for sammen at undgå at miste formen på bakken og tilbageløbsfænomenet, fakultativt hvor støttesystemet er S-formet.
9) Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor separatoren (42) omfatter et sæt plader, som passer til hinanden på en vinkelret måde, med 24 kvadrater dimensioneret i overensstemmelse med den indvendige kasse, hvori de skal passe perfekt, og fakultativt omfatter håndtag.
10) Apparat ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor benene (11) omfatter stænger, som kan variere i antal, forudsat at der ikke er færre end fire af dem, og som fakultativt kan justeres eller foldes sammen eller i det hele taget er valgfrie.
11) Brug af apparatet som defineret i ethvert af de foregående krav til delstikprøveudvælgelse af akvatiske makroinvertebrater.
12) Metode til delstikprøveudvælgelse af akvatiske makroinvertebrater ved hjælp af apparatet ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, der omfatter trinnene med at: a) anbringe delstikprøveudtageren korrekt på en overflade; b) tilføre substrat indsamlet i vand til den indvendige bakke; c) fjerne materialer i store størrelser; d) dræne en del af vandet via åbningen af vanddræningssystemet uden at fjerne det helt; e) tilsætte en anæstesiopløsning, så organismerne sensibiliseres; f) homogenisere substratet; g) indsætte separatoren i den indvendige bakke; h) åbne vanddræningssystemet for at lukke anæstesiopløsningen ud; i) fjerne substratet vilkårligt fra de udvalgte kvadrater; og j) opbevare substratet indsamlet i henhold til trin (i) i en opløsning, der er hensigtsmæssig til transport til et laboratorie.
13) Metode ifølge krav 12, hvor anæstetikummet er reversibelt, fakultativt hvor anæstetikummet er gasholdigt vand.
14) Metode ifølge krav 12 eller krav 13, hvor antallet af vilkårligt udvalgte kvadrater varierer mellem 4 og 6.
15) Metode ifølge ethvert af kravene 12 til 14, hvor opløsningen til transport af materialet omfatter en eller flere organiske forbindelser, fakultativt hvor de organiske forbindelser er udvalgt fra en alkohol, en formaldehyd eller en blanding af dem.
