Claims (17)
1. Phosphaplatinkompleks, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (i) enantiomert rent (1 R,2R)-pyrodach-2 med formlen (I),
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (ii) enantiomert rent (1 S,2S)-pyrodach-2 med formlen (II),
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (iii) cis-pyrodach-2 med formlen (III),
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (iv) enantiomert rent (1 R,2R)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (IV),
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (v) enantiomert rent (1 S,2S)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (V),
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf, og (vi) c/s-pyrodach-4 med formlen (VI),
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf.
2. Phosphaplatinkompleks, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (i) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-2, som har et enantiomert overskud af enten (1R,2R)-pyrodach-2 med formlen (I) eller (1 S,2S)-pyrodach-2 med formlen (II):
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; og (ii) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4, som har et enantiomert overskud af enten (1R,2R)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (IV) eller (1S,2S)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (V):
eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf.
3. Phosphaplatinkompleks ifølge krav 2, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (i) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-2, som har et enantiomert overskud på fra 0,1% til 99% (1 R,2R)-pyrodach-2 med formlen (I) eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (ii) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-2, som har et enantiomert overskud på fra 0,1% til 99% (1 S,2S)-pyrodach-2 med formlen (II) eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (iii) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4, som har et enantiomert overskud på fra 0,1% til 99% (1 R,2R)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (IV) eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf; (iv) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4, som har et enantiomert overskud på fra 0,1% til 99% (1 S,2S)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (V) eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt eller solvat deraf;
4. Phosphaplatinkompleks ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav til anvendelse ved en fremgangsmåde til behandling afen proliferativ sygdom hos et pattedyr.
5. eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte eller solvater deraf; (iii) c/s-pyrodach-2 med formlen (III):
eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte eller solvater deraf; (iv) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4, som har et enantiomert overskud af (1R,2f?)-pyrodach-4 med formlen (IV):
eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte eller solvater deraf; (v) enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4, som har et enantiomert overskud af (15.25) -pyrodach-4 med formlen (V):
eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte eller solvater deraf; (vi) c/s-pyrodach-4 med formlen (VI):
eller farmaceutisk acceptable salte eller solvater deraf, og (vii) en multikompleksblanding af mindst to af phosphaplatinkomplekserne (i) til (vi).
6. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor sammensætningen yderligere omfatter mindst én farmaceutisk acceptabel bestanddel valgt fra gruppen bestående af bærere, fortyndingsmidler, adjuvanserog vehikler.
7. Kompleks til anvendelse ifølge krav 4 eller sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, der omfatter enantiomert beriget pyrodach-2, som har et enantiomert overskud på fra 10% til 100% (1 R,2R)-pyrodach-2 eller (15.25) -pyrodach-2.
8. Kompleks til anvendelse ifølge krav 4 eller sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, der omfatter enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4, som har et enantiomert overskud på fra 10% til 100% (1 R,2R)-pyrodach-4 eller (15.25) -pyrodach-4.

Kompleks til anvendelse eller sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 11, hvor den proliferative sygdom er valgt blandt ovariecancer, testikelcancer, småcellet lungecancer, ikke-småcellet lungecancer, hoved- og halscancer, hudcancer, pancreascancer, brystcancer, glioblastom og coloncancer.
13. Kompleks til anvendelse eller sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 12, hvor den proliferative sygdom er en cancer, som er resistent over for behandling med mindst én af cisplatin, carboplatin og oxaliplatin.
14. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, hvor sammensætningen omfatter mindst ét phosphaplatinkompleks valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (i) enantiomert rent (1R,2R)-pyrodach-2; (ii) enantiomert rent (1 S,2S)-pyrodach-2; (iii) enantiomert rent (1R,2R)-pyrodach-4; (iv) enantiomert rent (1S,2S)-pyrodach-4; (v) c/s-pyrodach-2 og (vi) cis-pyrodach-4, hvor: sammensætningen ikke indeholder både (1R,2R)-pyrodach-2 og (15.25) -pyrodach-2; og sammensætningen ikke indeholder både (1R,2R)-pyrodach-4 og (15.25) -pyrodach-4.
15. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, hvor phosphaplatinkomplekset eller phosphaplatinkomplekserne i sammensætningen består af enantiomert beriget pyrodach-2, enantiomert beriget pyrodach-4 eller dem begge.
16. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, hvor phosphaplatinkomplekset eller phosphaplatinkomplekserne i sammensætningen består af enantiomert rent (1R,2R)-pyrodach-2, enantiomert rent (1R,2R)-pyrodach-4 eller dem begge.
17. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, som yderligere omfatter cisplatin, carboplatin, oxaliplatin eller kombinationer deraf.
