Claims (23)

  1. BINDEMIDDEL TIL MÅTTER AF FIBRE, NAVNLIG AF MINERALSKE FIBRE, OG OPNÅEDE PRODUKTER
    1. Bindemiddel til fibre, navnlig mineralske fibre, særligt af glas eller sten, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter - mindst et monosaccharid og/eller mindst et polysaccharid, - mindst en organisk polycarboxylsyre, der har en molvægt, som er mindre end eller lig med 1000, og - mindst en vinylacetat-homopolymer eller -copolymer.
  2. 2. Bindemiddel ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at monosaccharidet er valgt blandt monosaccharider, der indeholder 3 til 8 carbonatomer, fortrinsvis 5 til 7.
  3. 3. Bindemiddel ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at monosaccharidet er en hexose såsom glucose, mannose og galactose.
  4. 4. Bindemiddel ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polysaccharidet er udgjort af over 50 % glucosegentagelsesgrupper.
  5. 5. Bindemiddel ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at polysaccharidet omfatter dextriner og stivelser, navnlig stivelser med en molvægt på mindst 105 g/mol og på op til 109 g/mol.
  6. 6. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter en blanding af monosaccharid(er) og/eller polysaccharid(er), særligt et dextrin, en melasse eller en blanding indeholdende fra 20 til 80 vægt-% stivelse(r).
  7. 7. Bindemiddel ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at dextrinet har en dextroseækvivalent, der varierer fra 5 til 100, fortrinsvis fra 15 til 100, og med fordel fra 15 til 50.
  8. 8. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at den organiske polycarboxylsyre omfatter mindst to carboxylsyrefunktioner, fortrinsvis højst 4, og med fordel højst 3 carboxylsyrefunktioner.
  9. 9. Bindemiddel ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at syren har en molvægt, som er mindre end eller lig med 750 og fortrinsvis mindre end eller lig med 500.
  10. 10. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at den organiske polycarboxylsyre er malonsyre, vinsyre eller citronsyre, fortrinsvis citronsyre.
  11. 11. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at vinylacetatcopolymeren er en copolymer af vinylacetat og mindst en hydrofob monomer, såsom ethylen, propylen, butylen, styren og vinylchlorid, fortrinsvis en copolymer af ethylen og vinylacetat (EVA).
  12. 12. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at monosaccharidet og/eller polysaccharidet udgør 10 til 90 vægt-% af blandingen, der udgøres af monosaccharidet og/eller polysaccharidet og den organiske polycarboxylsyre, fortrinsvis 20 til 85 %, og med fordel 30 til 80 %.
  13. 13. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at vinylacetatpolymeren er til stede i en mængde på 1 til 15 dele for 100 vægtdele af blandingen, der udgøres af monosaccharidet og/eller polysaccharidet og den organiske polycarboxylsyre, fortrinsvis 2 til 8 vægtdele.
  14. 14. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at det desuden omfatter en katalysator valgt blandt Lewis-syrer og -baser, phosphorholdige forbindelser og fluor- og borholdige forbindelser.
  15. 15. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren udgør op til 20 vægt-% af blandingen, der udgøres af monosaccharidet og/eller polysaccharidet og den organiske polycarboxylsyre, fortrinsvis op til 10 %, og med fordel mindst 1 %.
  16. 16. Bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 15, kendetegnet ved, at det desuden omfatter de nedenstående additiver i følgende forhold beregnet på basis af 100 vægtdele af monosaccharid og/eller polysaccharid og organisk polycarboxylsyre: - 0 til 1 del silan, særligt en aminosilan, fortrinsvis 0,1 til 0,5 del, og - 0 til 5 dele af en silicone, en vegetabilsk olie eller en fluoreret forbindelse, fortrinsvis 0,1 til 1 del.
  17. 17. Måtte på basis af fibre omfattende et bindemiddel ifølge et af kravene 1 til 16.
  18. 18. Måtte ifølge krav 17, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene er mineralske fibre, navnlig af glas eller sten, særligt af basalt, eller organiske syntetiske eller naturlige fibre.
  19. 19. Måtte ifølge krav 17 eller 18, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene er i form af afbrudte mineralske filamenter, mineralske tråde sammensat af en flerhed af mineralske filamenter (basistråde) eller samlinger af disse basistråde til forgarn.
  20. 20. Måtte ifølge et af kravene 17 til 19, kendetegnet ved, at den har en gramvægt, der varierer fra 10 til 1100 g/m2, fortrinsvis fra 30 til 350 g/m2, med fordel fra 35 til 60 g/m2.
  21. 21. Måtte ifølge et af kravene 17 til 19, kendetegnet ved, at bindemidlet udgør 10 til 35 vægt-% af måtten af fibre, navnlig af mineralske fibre, fortrinsvis 13 til 25 %.
  22. 22. Måtte ifølge et af kravene 17 til 20, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene er udgjort af mere end 50 vægt-% mineralske fibre, fortrinsvis mere end 75 % og med fordel 100 %.
  23. 23. Måtte ifølge krav 22, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene er af glas.
