Claims (14)

1. Strikket sok (10), omfattende: en foddel (12), som har et øvre vristområde (14) og et nedre sålområde (15), som er strikket sammen med et kropsgarn (B) i rundtgående maskerækker (C) og aksiale maskekolonner (W), hvor det nedre sålområde definerer indvendige og udvendige bueregioner; hvor den indvendige bueregion omfatter en målrettet kompressionszone (30), der er indrettet til at befinde sig grænsende op til en indvendig bue af en brugers fod; hvor en kompressionskraft, der påføres af foddelen inden for den målrettede kompressionszone, er større end den kompressionskraft, som er i direkte tilgrænsende områder af foddelen; den strikkede sok er kendetegnet ved, at: kompressionszonen omfatter kompressionsribber (32), der strækker sig radialt og med variabel længde er anbragt med indbyrdes afstand fra en øvre del af kompressionszonen til en bund af kompressionszonen; og ved, at kompressionszonen har en i det væsentlige bueformet side (30B), der ved bunden af kompressionszonen strækker sig grænsende op til en nedre, aksial midterlinje (BCL) af foddelen; og en i det væsentlige lineær side (30A), der ved en øvre del af kompressionszonen strækker sig grænsende op til en indvendig, aksial midterlinje (ICL) af foddelen.
2. Strikket sok ifølge krav 1, hvor den målrettede kompressionszone omfatter elastiske garn, som er lagt ind i kropsgarnet.
