Claims (2)

1. Ifølge støbefremgangsmåden opnåelige polyurethanelastomerstøbesatser opnåelige ved hjælp af omsætning af a) NCO-præpolymerer med en viskositet ved 80 °C på < 3000 mPas, med et NCO-indhold på 3 til 7 vægt-% og med en andel af frit monomert 2,4'-diphenylmethandiisocyanat på 1 vægt-% til 6 vægt-%, baseret på NCO-præpolymeren, opnåelige ved hjælp af omsætning af diphenylmethandiisocyanat med et 2,4'- isomerindhold på i det mindste 95 vægt-% og polyoler med OH-tal fra 50 til 180 mg KOH/g og en funktionalitet på 2, idet indekset udgør 1,6:1 til 2,1:1, med b) komplekser af 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethan og metalsalte i nærvær af c) i givet fald hjælpe- og tilsætningsstoffer og d) i givet fald blødgørere.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af polyurethanelastomerstøbesatser ifølge støbefremgangsmåden, idet (i) der i et første trin a) foretages sammenblanding af NCO-præpolymerer med en viskositet ved 80 °C på < 3000 mPas, med et NCO-indhold fra 3 til 7 vægt-% og med en andel af frit monomert 2,4'-diphenylmethandiisocyanat fra 1 vægt-% til 6 vægt-%, baseret på NCO-præpolymeren, opnåelige ved hjælp af omsætning af diphenylmethandiisocyanat med et 2,4'-isomerindhold på i det mindste 95 vægt-% og polyoler med OH-tal fra 50 til 180 mg KOH/g og en funktionalitet på 2, idet indekset er 1,6:1 til 2,1:1, og b) komplekser af 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethan og metalsalte samt c) i givet fald hjælpe- og tilsætningsstoffer og d) i givet fald blødgørere, (ii) den i givet fald under trin (i) opnåede reaktionsblanding lagres ved temperaturer på < 70 °C, (iii) reaktionsblandingen kommes i en form, (iv) reaktionsblandingen hærder ved temperaturer på over 80 °C til højst 150 °C til polyurethan, (v) det hærdede polyurethan tages ud af formen som støbesats.
