Claims (6)

1. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme til en lægemiddelfremføringsanordning, hvilken mekanisme omfatter: et hus (11), en dosisindstillingsdel (4, 5), der er bevægelig i forhold til huset (11) til indstilling af en dosis, en drivmuffe (3), der er mindst delvist placeret inde i huset (11) og bevæges langs en spiralformet bane med en rotationskomponent og en translationskomponent i en første aksial retning i forhold til huset (11) under dosisindstilling, en stempelstang (2) til dosisdispensering, hvor stempelstangen (2) ikke er i direkte kontakt med dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) , hvor stempelstangen (2) er i direkte kontakt med drivmuffen (3), og hvor drivmuffen (3) er indskudt mellem dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) og stempelstangen (2), hvor dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) og drivmuffen (3) er afkoblet under dosisdispensering, således at dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) er fri til at rotere i forhold til drivmuffen (3), der er kendetegnet ved, at huset (11) og drivmuffen (3) er forsynet med modsvarende stopmidler (9a, 12), som omfatter et fremspring (9a) eller en indskæring formet på drivmuffen (3) og et modsvarende stopelement (12) formet på huset (11), hvilke stopmidler er indrettet til at begrænse bevægelsen af drivmuffen (3) i den første aksiale retning under dosisindstilling til derved definering en maksimal indstillelig dosis.
2. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor huset (11) har et første fremspring (12), og drivmuffen (3) har et andet fremspring (9a), og hvor afstanden mellem det første og andet fremspring (9a, 12) definerer den maksimale indstillelige dosis.
3. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) og drivmuffen (3) er koblet under dosisindstilling, og hvor dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) og drivmuffen (3) roteres sammen under dosisindstilling.
4. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor stopmidlerne (12) er tilvejebragt på indersiden af det rørformede hus (11) og på ydersiden af drivmuffen (3).
5. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) og stempelstangen (2) er afkoblet under dosisdispensering, således at dosisindstillingsdelen (4, 5) og stempelstangen (2) har mulighed for at bevæge sig i forhold til hinanden under dosisdispensering.
6. Dosisindstillingsmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, der yderligere omfatter et reservoir, der indeholder et medikament, fortrinsvis insulin, hvilket reservoir er fastgjort til huset (11).
