Claims (11)
1. Første og anden rekombinant adenovirusvektor, der hver omfatter en nukleinsyre, der koder for et antigent filovirusprotein, hvor den første adenovirusvektor omfatter et adenovirus-26-capsidprotein, og hvor den anden adenovirusvektor omfatter et adenovirus-35-capsidprotein, til anvendelse til inducering af et immunrespons hos et individ mod filovirusantigenet ved administrering til individet som en initialvaccination af en immunologisk effektiv mængde af den første rekombinante adenovirusvektor; efterfulgt af administrering til individet som en boostervaccination af en immunologisk effektiv mængde af den anden adenovirusvektor, hvor de antigene filovirusproteiner, der kodes af den første og anden rekombinante adenovirusvektor, har mindst én fælles antigen determinant.
2. Rekombinante adenovirusvektorer til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor adenovirusvektorerne administreres intramuskulært.
3. Rekombinante adenovirusvektorer til anvendelse ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor det antigene filovirusprotein er et glycoprotein.
4. Rekombinante adenovirusvektorer til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor det antigene filovirusprotein er fra et Ebola-virus.
5. Rekombinante adenovirusvektorer til anvendelse ifølge krav 4, hvor Ebola-virusset er af arten Zaire.
6. Rekombinante adenovirusvektorer til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor det antigene filovirusprotein kodes af en polynukleotidsekvens ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1.
7. Rekombinante adenovirusvektorer til anvendelse ifølge krav 4, hvor Ebola-virusset er af arten Sudan/Gulu.
