Claims (14)
1. Skiveanker-generator til at generere elektrisk energi fra rotationsenergien af et rotationsdrevet kraftanlæg, fortrinsvis et strømningskraftanlæg, i særdeleshed et vindkraftanlæg, omfattende mindst to statorkomponenter (6, 7) der er gensidigt forskudt aksialt langs en cirka horisontal rotationsakse (17) af skiveankeret, og omfattende, monteret derimellem for at rotere omkring rotationsaksen (17), mindst én ringformet eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret, omfattende en inputsideforbindelse til et gear, fortrinsvis et hastighedsomsætningsgear, i særdeleshed et planetgear, hvor outputakslen deraf, i særdeleshed solhjulet deraf, som strækker sig koaksialt med rotationsaksen (17) af skiveankeret, er koblet til mindst én ringformet eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret, kendetegnet ved, at et rulleleje (11) er associeret med en ringformet eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret, hvilken a) er dannet som eller med vinkelkontaktkugleleje(r), eksempelvis med en kontaktvinkel på mellem 40° og 50° i forhold til rotationsaksen (17), fortrinsvis som et toradet vinkelkontaktkugleleje, i særdeleshed som et toradet vinkelkontaktkugleleje i en O-anordning, b) gennemgribes af outputakslen (15) af gearet (13) eller en drejefast del koblet dertil og omfatter en radialt indre ring hvis indvendige diameter har en radial afstand (C) til den udvendige diameter af outputakslen (15) af gearet (13).
2. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mindst én løbebanering er fælles for alle rullelejerne (11) til en ring- eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret.
3. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den minimale indvendige diameter af rullelejet (11) associeret med en ring- eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret er en radial afstand (B) fra den udvendige diameter af outputakslen af gearet, der er 1 cm eller mere, eksempelvis 5 cm eller mere, fortrinsvis 15 cm eller mere, fortrinsvis 50 cm eller mere, i særdeleshed 100 cm eller mere.
4. Skiveanker-generator ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at et område tilhørende outputakslen af gearet (13) og strækkende sig igennem rullelejet (11) er koblet, udover det gennemgrebne rulleleje (11), dvs. udover endesiden deraf, som vender mod tårnet (34), til mindst én ringformet eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret.
5. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at koblingen mellem outputakslen af gearet (13) og til mindst én ringformet eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret ikke er stift implementeret, men ved hjælp af mindst én indretning til elastisk kraftoverføring (8-10) der er anbragt inden i generatoren roterbart omkring rotationsaksen (17) deraf.
6. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at indretningen til kraftoverføring omfatter mindst to roterende elementer, et af hvilke er implementeret som en koblingsskive (8) og/eller mindst én som en akselring (10).
7. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at de to roterende elementer (8, 10) er drejefast koblet til hinanden ved hjælp af mindst ét forbindelseselement (9).
8. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét forbindelseselement (9) er implementeret som et langstrakt koblingselement orienteret parallelt og excentrisk med rotationsaksen (17) af generatoren, i særdeleshed som skrue eller bolt eller forbinder.
9. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét koblingselement består af et elastisk materiale, eksempelvis et elastomerlignende, vulkaniseret gummi-lignende eller gummi-lignende materiale eller er belagt med sådan et materiale.
10. Skiveanker-generator ifølge et af kravene 7 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at flere koblingselementer er anbragt ringformet fordelt omkring rotationsaksen (17) af generatoren.
11. Skiveanker-generator ifølge et af kravene 4 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at outputakslen af gearet (13) er monteret til huset af generatoren og/eller af gearet ved hjælp af mindst ét rulleleje (12), hvilket er anbragt på gearsiden af koblingen mellem gearoutputakslen, på en side, og mindst én ringformet eller skiveformet rotorkomponent (5) af skiveankeret, på den anden side.
12. Skiveanker-generator ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at outputakslen af gearet (13) er omgivet udvendigt af den indre ring af dens rulleleje (12), mens den ydre ring af nævnte rulleleje (12) er omgivet udvendigt af huset af generatoren (14) og/eller af gearet (13).
13. Skiveanker-generator ifølge et af kravene 11 eller 12, kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét rulleleje (12) til outputakslen af gearet (13) er implementeret som et vinkelkontaktkugleleje, fortrinsvis som et toradet vinkelkontaktkugleleje, i særdeleshed som et toradet vinkelkontaktkugleleje i en O-anordning
14. Vindkraftanlæg med et gear og en skiveanker-generator til at generere elektrisk energi ifølge et af de foregående krav.
