Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en arm i et kompositmateriale til leddelte eller teleskopiske modulære konstruktioner til fordeling af beton, beregnet til at forberede en form (11) af hantypen med et tværsnit forsynet med mindst en i det væsentlige flad væg, der reduceres i mindst en af dens dimensioner og for mindst et langsgående afsnit, der forløber fra en af dens ender til den anden og omfatter et første aflejringstrin, hvor et eller flere lag af fibre (16, 25) fordeles på den ydre overflade (17) af formen (11) af hantypen, hvor fibrene (16, 25) kan eller ikke kan være præimprægneret med en harpiksmatrix, og et andet ekstraktionstrin, hvor hanformen (11) udstødes fra det således opnåede produkt, idet der er tilvejebragt en mulig varmebehandling, for eksempel i en autoklave, inden ekstraktion af produktet, kendetegnet ved, at der under det første aflejringstrin tilvejebringes en fordeling af fibrene (16, 25) med en variabel koncentration langs hanformens (11) længdeudstrækning
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene (16, 25) under det første trin aflejres på et første afsnit (52) af hanformen (11) for at definere mindst et første segment (50) af armen (10), der har et konisk forløb med en konusvinkel (β) større end 5°, fortrinsvis mellem 5° og 20°, endnu mere foretrukket mellem 10s og 15s.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene (16, 25) under det første trin fordeles på et andet afsnit (53) af hanformen (11) for at definere mindst et andet segment (51) af armen (10), hvor mindst en af tværsnittets vægge (32) har en profil med et parabolsk forløb.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 og 3, kendetegnet ved, at det første segment (50) strækker sig over cirka 20% af armens (10) samlede længde, og det andet segment (51) strækker sig over den resterende del.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at aflejringen af en mindre koncentration af fibre (16, 25) tilvejebringes under det første aflejringstrin svarende til det afsnit af hanformen (11), som har en større dimension, med henblik på gradvist at blive øget i en længderetning mod afsnittet med mindre dimensioner.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at et lag af fibre (16, 25) svarende til afsnittet af hanformen (11) med mindre dimensioner aflejres med en tykkelse, der er i det væsentlige den dobbelte af tykkelsen, der er aflejret svarende til afsnittet af hanformen (11) med mindre dimensioner.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at adskillige overlappende lag af fibrene (16, 25) aflejres under det første aflejringstrin, idet hvert af lagene får fibrene aflejret ifølge forskellige orienteringer.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at afsnittet af hanformen (11) er polygonalt, rektangulært eller firkantet, hvor alle sider, hvoraf det består, er i det væsentlige flade.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det polygonale afsnit har to på hinanden følgende sider af afsnittet, der er afrundet i forhold til hinanden.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at teknikken til aflejring af fibrene er valgt blandt den ene eller en anden af harpiksoverføringsstøbning (RTM Resin Transfer Molding), infusionsteknik, pultrusionsteknik, filamentviklingsteknik etc.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der efter ekstraktion af hanformen (11) fra produktet er tilvejebragt me- kaniske bearbejdninger for at fjerne overskydende materiale og at fremstille forbindelsessæderne for armens hjælpekomponenter, såsom bøsninger, øjer og forstærknings- eller forbindelsesplader til andre arme.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt et mellemliggende trin mellem det første og det andet trin, hvor hanformen (11), hvorpå fibrene (16, 25) er opviklet, indsættes i en indkapsling (26), og en harpiksmatrix indføres under anvendelse af kanaler (27) fremstillet i indkapslingen (26) for at imprægnere fibrene (16, 25).
13. Arm fremstillet af kompositmateriale til leddelte eller teleskopiske modulære konstruktioner til fordeling af beton, som er opnået med en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, og som har et firkantet eller generelt polygonalt afsnit med mindst en flad side (31,32, 33), med fordel to, til fastgørelse af bevægelses- eller forstærkningsudstyr eller tilbehørsdele, med en udstrækning i længde, der er langt større end de karakteristiske dimensioner af afsnittet, hvilket afsnit ifølge mindst en af dets dimensioner reduceres progressivt på en kontinuerlig måde eller kontinuerligt i segmenter fra en ende til den anden ende af armen.
14. Arm ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at reduktionen i afsnittet langs længdeudstrækningen er således, at forholdet mellem dens afsluttende afsnit og dens indledende afsnit, hvor S er det indledende afsnit og s er det afsluttende afsnit, er defineret af formlen s = 0,4-0,6 S.
