Claims (8)
1. Busteholder-bærer for en busteholder uden stivere, og som har X-form og er modelleret i en 3-dimensional udformning til formen for busteholderskå-le, kendetegnet ved, at fire gaffelstykker sammenføres til et punkt med to venstre gaffelstykker, som understøtter den venstre skål, og to højre gaffelstykker, der understøtter den højre skål, hvorved bæreren er indlejret i skålene.
2. Busteholder-bærer ifølge krav 1, og som er fremstillet af 100 % ethylenvi-nylacetat.
3. Busteholder uden stivere, omfattende en X-formet bærer og to skåle, hvorved den X-formede bærer omfatter fire gaffelstykker, som sammenføres til et punkt, og som i 3-dimensional udformning er udformet til formen for en busteholders skåle, og hvorved skålene omfatter et ydre panel (41) og et indre panel, mellem hvilke den X-formede bærer (51) er anbragt, med to venstre gaffelstykker, som understøtter den venstre skål, og to højre gaffelstykker, der understøtter den højre skål, hvorved bæreren er indlejret i skålen.
4. Busteholder uden stivere, hvorved det ydre panel (41) og det indre panel hvert omfatter et skum lag og et stoflag, hvorved skumstoflagene i de to paneler vender mod hinanden, og den X-formede bærer (51) er i berøring med skumlagene i de to paneler.
5. Busteholder uden stivere ifølge krav 4, hvorved forbindelsespunktet for den X-formede bærer er beliggende i et område, som forbinder de to skåle i busteholderen.
6. Busteholder uden stivere ifølge krav 5, hvorved to af de fire gaffelstykker i den X-formede bærer er på linje med et randområde på en af de to skåle, og to andre gaffelstykker er på linje med et randområde på den anden skål.

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en stiverløs busteholder, omfattende trinnene: (a) Fremstilling af et ydre panel ved laminering af et tekstillag på et skumstoflag, (b) Fremstilling af et indre skålpanel (52) ved laminering af et tekstillag på et skumstoflag, (c) Modellering af det ydre skålpanel med henblik på formning af to skåle, (c) fremstilling af en X-formet bærer ved tilskæring af et arkmateriale, (d) Påføring af et klæbestof på skumstofoverfladen af det ydre skålpanel, (e) Anbringelse af den X-formede bærer på skumstofoverfladen af det indre skålpanel (52) med henblik på fremstilling af en forbindelse, (f) Anbringelse af det ydre skålpanel på en negativ-form, anbringelse på det ydre skålpanel, anbringelse af en kontraform på denne form og dernæst sammenpresning af negativformen og kontraformen i et stykke tid med henblik på fremstilling af busteholderskåle, der er understøttede af en enkelt X-formet bærer, hvorved arbejdstrinnene ikke ubetinget skal udføres i den nævnte rækkefølge, hvorved to venstre gaffelstykker understøtter den venstre skål, og to højre gaffelstykker understøtter den højre skål, og hvorved bæreren er indlejret i skålene.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvorved den X-formede bærer består af 100 % ethylenvinylacetat.
