Claims (15)
1. Kvarternær ammoniumsammensætning omfattende mindst en forbindelse af Formel (I) og mindst en forbindelse af Formel (II) og/eller (III), der er:
Formel (I) Formel (Π) Formel (ΠΙ) hvor Xi og X2 er uafhængigt en alkyl- eller hydroxyalkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer; X3 er en hydroxyalkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer eller en alkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer eller en alkylgruppe indeholdende en aromatisk gruppe, A er en alkylengruppe med 2 eller 3 kulstofatomer, R, Ri og R2 er uafhængigt en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe indeholdende 5-23 kulstofatomer eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkenylgruppe indeholdende 7-23 kulstofatomer og 1, 2 eller 3 dobbeltbindinger; Qz_ er en anion af ladning -z hvor z er 1, 2 eller 3, hvor i sammensætningen vægtforholdet mellem vægten af forbindelserne af Formel (I) og den totale vægt af forbindelserne af formlerne (II) og (III) er mindst 2,0.
2. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor sammensætningen er opnåelig ved at reagere en fedtsyre med en alkanolamin for at opnå en blanding indeholdende en esteramin, og efterfølgende kvarternisere blandingen med et alkyleringsmiddel.
3. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 2, hvor fedtsyren er en fedtsyre med et jodnummer fra 0 til 250.
4. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 3, hvor fedtsyren er oleinsyre.
5. Sammensætningen ifølge et eller flere af kravene 2 til 4, hvor alkanolaminen er triethanolamin, methyldiethanolamin eller dimethylethanolamin eller blandinger deraf.
6. Sammensætningen ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 5 yderligere omfattende et eller flere alkoxylerede co-overfladeaktive stoffer.
7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 6, hvor det alkoxylerede co-overfladeaktive stof er en ethercarboxylsyre eller dens salt af Formel (VI) R5-(0CH2CH2)p-0CH2CH2C(=0)-0 M Formel (VI) hvor R5 er en lineær eller forgrenet alkylkæde med fra 4 til 30 kulstofatomer, hvor p er 0 eller et heltal på 1 til 30, og hvor M er H eller en kation.
8. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 6, hvor det alkoxylerede overfladeaktive stof er en polyethoxyleret glycerinester-sammensætning.
9. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 8, hvor den polyethoxylerede glycerinester-sammensætning er en blanding af forbindelser af Formel (VII): R' I CH2-0-(CHj-CH-0)mB R' I CH-O-(CH2-CH-0) nB R' I CH2-0- (CH2-CH-0)iB Formel(VII) hvor hver enkelt af m, n, eller I repræsenterer, uafhængigt, et tal fra 0 til 40, hvor summen af m, n og I er i området fra 1 til 200, hvor B er et hydrogenatom eller en acylgruppe repræsenteret af-CO-R', hvor R' repræsenterer en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe, lineær eller forgrenet, med 3 til 21 kulstofatomer, hvor blandingen omfatter de følgende forbindelser i. til iv. : i. mindst en komponent repræsenteret af Formel (VII), hvor, uafhængigt, en af grupperne B repræsenterer en acylgruppe repræsenteret af -CO-R' og de resterende repræsenterer H ii. mindst en komponent repræsenteret af Formel (VII), hvor, uafhængigt, to af grupperne B repræsenterer en acylgruppe repræsenteret af -CO-R' og den resterende repræsenterer H; iii. mindst en komponent repræsenteret af Formel (VII), hvor, uafhængigt, hver enkelt af grupperne B repræsenterer en acylgruppe repræsenteret af -CO-R'; iv. mindst en komponent repræsenteret af Formel (VII), hvor hver enkelt af grupper B repræsenterer H.
10. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 9, hvor vægtandelen (i) + (ii) + (iii) / (iv) er i området fra 3,0:0,3 til 0,5:3,0.
11. Sammensætningen ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 10, der yderligere omfatter en bærer.
12. Sammensætningen ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 11, der yderligere omfatter et eller flere solventer.
13. Sammensætningen ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 12 er tilvejebragt i kombination med et thiosulfatsalt.
14. Anvendelse af den kvarternære ammonium-sammensætning omfattende mindst en forbindelse af Formel (I) og mindst en forbindelse af Formel (II) og/eller (III), der er: - “4“ I ? X2-1-(A)-O -C-R . . (01))¾ Formel (I) X, T I 9 X2—N-(A)-O -C-R 0 I ii (AFO-C Ri J(Qi-)1/z Formel (Π) χ3 ~|+ o I o R2-C-0-(A)-N-(A)-O -C-R 1 0 (AFO -C R, L vv Formel (IH) hvor Xi og Xi er uafhængigt en alkyl- eller hydroxyalkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer; X3 er en hydroxyalkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer eller en alkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer eller en alkylgruppe indeholdende en aromatisk gruppe, A er en alkylengruppe med 2 eller 3 kulstofatomer, R, Ri, og R2 er uafhængigt en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe indeholdende 5-23 kulstofatomer eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkenylgruppe indeholdende 7-23 kulstofatomer og 1, 2 eller 3 dobbeltbindinger; Qz_ er en anion af ladning -z hvor z er 1, 2 eller 3, hvor i sammensætningen vægtforholdet mellem vægten af forbindelserne af Formel (I) og den totale vægt af forbindelserne af formlerne (II) og (III) er mindst 1,0 til at inhibere korrosion.
15. Fremgangsmåde til at inhibere korrosion, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at tilsætte en kvarternær ammonium-sammensætning omfattende mindst en forbindelse af Formel (I) og mindst en forbindelse af Formel (II) og/eller (III), der er: " + X) I o X2-N-(A)-0 -C-R - Formel (I) *3 T I O Xj-N-<A)-0 -C-R 0 I 11 (A)-0 -C-R, L Formel (Π) x3 T o I o Rj-C-O-IA)—N-(AFO-C-R 0 1 11 (AK) -C-R, L -HQ*·)!« Formel (IH) hvor Xi og X2 er uafhængigt en alkyl- eller hydroxyalkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer; X3 er en hydroxyalkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer eller en alkylgruppe indeholdende 1-4 kulstofatomer eller en alkylgruppe indeholdende en aromatisk gruppe, A er en alkylengruppe med 2 eller 3 kulstofatomer, R, Ri, og R2 er uafhængigt en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe indeholdende 5-23 kulstofatomer eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkenylgruppe indeholdende 7-23 kulstofatomer og 1, 2 eller 3 dobbeltbindinger; Qz_ er en anion af ladning -z hvor z er 1, 2 eller 3, hvor i sammensætningen vægtforholdet mellem vægten af forbindelserne af Formel (I) og den totale vægt af forbindelserne af formlerne (II) og (III) er mindst 1,0, afen metaloverflade.
