Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til montering af en inhalator til tørpulvermedikamentafgivelse til en patient fra en åben blisterlomme (3) afen blisterpakke (1), blisterpakken (1) er i form afen fleksibel aflang strimmel omfattende et grundlag (5) med en flerhed af recesser anbragt langs dets længde og et dæklag (7) aftrækkeligt forseglet til grundlaget (5) til at definere en flerhed af lommer (3) hver indeholdende en afmålt dosis af medikamentet, hvilken inhalator indeholder: en medikamentudleveringsmekanisme til åbning af blisterpakkens (1) blisterlommer (3), idet medikamentudleveringsmekanismen omfatter organ til at trække dæklaget (7) væk fra blisterpakkens (1) grundlag (5); et hus til at opbevare brugte og ubrugte dele af blisterpakken (1) sammen med medikamentudleveringsmekanismen; og en manifold gennem hvilken luft kan trækkes under brug af inhalatoren, hvor manifolden omfatter et luftindtag (125) til at modtage ekstern luft, mindst én medikamentåbning (127a, 127b) til at kommunikere med en åbnet lomme (3) af blisterpakken (1) til at muliggøre indblanding af medikamentet med luften trukket gennem manifolden, og et luftudtag (129) til levering af det indblandede medikament til patienten, hvor medikamentudleveringsmekanismen omfatter et drevet dæklagopvindingshjul (115) til opvinding og påføring afen trækspænding til den anvendte del af dæklaget (7) og en styreflade (117) til at styre dæklaget (7) af den ubrugte del af blisterpakken (1), og en ende af styrefladen (117) er anbragt tilgrænsende til en ydre sideflade af manifolden og definerende en aftrækningskant (119), sådan at, i brug, dæklaget (7) trækkes væk fra grundlaget (5) ved aftrækningskanten (119) og den brugte del af dæklaget (7) føres mellem aftrækningskanten (119) og den ydre sideflade af manifolden, og en åbnet blisterlomme (3) bevæges til at passe med den mindst ene medikamentåbning (127a, 127b) af manifolden, hvor manifolden og styrefladen (117) er defineret af separate komponenter af inhalatoren, og og hvor fremgangsmåden er kendetegnet ved: føre en del af dæklaget (7) mellem aftrækningskanten (119) og ydersiden af manifolden før komponenterne af inhalatoren der definerer aftrækningskanten (119) og manifolden monteres til inhalatoren og mens åbningen derimellem er forholdsvis stor; og montering af inhalatorens komponenter der definerer aftrækningskanten (119) og manifolden til inhalatoren sammen med delen af dæklaget (7) ført derimellem sådan at åbningen mellem aftrækningskanten (119) og manifolden reduceres i størrelse.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor i efterfølgende brug af inhalatoren manifoldens ydersideflade deler grundlaget (5) fra dæklaget (7).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor i efterfølgende brug af inhalatoren manifoldens ydersideflade og aftrækningskanten (119) er anbragt til at definere en spalte tilstrækkelig til at muliggøre dæklaget (7) at passere derigennem, hvilken spalte er mindre end eller lig med ca. 1 mm, fortrinsvis mindre end eller lig med ca. 0,8 mm, mere fortrinsvis mindre end eller lig med ca. 0,4 mm.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor spalten er fra ca. 0,1 mm til ca. 0,8 mm, fortrinsvis fra ca. 0,2 mm til ca. 0,6 mm, mere fortrinsvis fra ca. 0,2 til ca. 0,4 mm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor huset af inhalatoren omfatter en indre husdel (137) anbragt inde i den mindst ene ydre husdel (103, 105), og hvor manifolden er defineret af den mindst ene ydre husdel (103, 105).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor den mindst ene ydre husdel (103, 105) omfatter et par ydre husdele som definerer inhalatorens ydre form.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor styrefladen (117), der omfatter aftrækningskanten (119), af inhalatoren er defineret af den indre husdel (137).
8.
