2. Kateteret (300) ifølge det foregående krav, hvor perfusionsindsatsen (502) og røret (304) flugter, eller perfusionsindsatsen (502) rager frem langs en indføringsretning over røret (304) med en afstand i et interval mellem 0 og 0,5 mm, og/eller hvor kateteret (300) er et cerebral-kateter (300) til implantation i en hjerne (104), og/eller hvor røret er et fleksibelt rør (304).
3. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 2, hvor den lægende dummy (302) omfatter en udluftningsenhed (1302) konfigureret til at udlufte et område mellem den lægende dummy (302) og vævet efter at trække den lægende dummy (302) i forhold til røret (304) ud af hulrummet (400).
4. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 3, hvor den lægende dummy (302) har en kantfri, især afrundet, overflade vendende mod væv, når indsættes i røret (304), og/eller hvor den lægende dummy (302) har en cylindrisk form og røret (304) har en hul cylindrisk form, og/eller hvor den lægende dummy (302) er konfigureret til helt at fylde åbningen i røret (304), således at ingen reces forbliver i røret (304), når den lægende dummy (302) er indsat i røret (304).
5. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 4, hvor perfusionsindsatsen (502) er konfigureret til at fylde åbningen i røret (304) bortset fra en eller flere fluidkanaler dannet af perfusionsindsatsen (502) i sig selv og/eller mellem perfusionsindsatsen (502) og det fleksible rør (304), og/eller hvor en overfladeruhed af røret (304) og/eller af den lægende dummy (302) er i et interval mellem 1 nm og 100 nm, især i et interval mellem 1 nm og 50 nm, mere især i et interval mellem 3 nm og 20 nm, og/eller hvor frirummet mellem den lægende dummy (302) og røret (304) er dannet af et mellemrum mellem en indvendig overflade af røret (304) og en ydre overflade af den lægende dummy (302), mellemrummet værende i et interval mellem 0,01 mm og 0,5 mm, især i et interval mellem 0,05 mm og 0,2 mm.
6. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 5, hvor en overflade af den lægende dummy (302) og/eller af røret (304) vendende mod vævet er funktionaliseret, og/eller hvor den lægende dummy (302) er fremstillet af en fluoropolymer, især polytetrafluorethylen.
7. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 6, hvor perfusionsindsatsen (502) omfatter et hult cylindrisk rør afgrænsende et indre hulrum (400) og afgrænsende sammen med røret (304) et ringformet hulrum, hvor det indre hulrum (400) er konfigureret til at tilføre perfusionsfluiden til vævet og det ringformede hulrum er konfigureret til opsamling af perfusionsfluiden.
8. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, hvor perfusionsindsatsen (502) omfatter en multi-hulrumsstruktur afgrænsende i sit indre multiple hulrum, hvor en eller flere af de multiple hulrum er konfigureret til at tilføre perfusionsfluiden til vævet og en eller flere af de multiple hulrum er konfigureret til opsamling af perfusionsfluiden.
9. Kateteret ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 7 eller 8, omfattende en af de følgende træk: perfusionsindsatsen (502) omfatter en permeabel membran mellem de forskellige hulrum på den ene side og vævet omgivende kateteret (300) på den anden side; perfusionsindsatsen (502) omfatter et net af en filamentstruktur mellem de forskellige hulrum på den ene side og vævet omgivende kateteret (300) på den anden side, hvor filamentmateriale af filamentstrukturen er impermeabel og mellemrum mellem tilstødende dele af filamentmaterialet er permeable.
10. Kateteret (300) ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 9, hvor røret (304) har en vægtykkelse i intervallet mellem 0,01 mm og 0,3 mm, især i et interval mellem 0,02 mm og 0,15 mm, og/eller hvor det fleksible rør (304) er fremstillet af et materiale, som har en Shore-hårdhed i et interval mellem D30 og D90, især i et interval mellem D50 og D70, og/eller hvor kateteret (300) er konfigureret til en af gruppen bestående af mikroperfusion, især open-flow mikroperfusion, og mikrodialyse.
11. Et medicinsk system (500), omfattende: et kateter (300) ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 10 konfigureret til at blive indsat i et væv; en pumpe (506) værende i fluid-forbindelse med kateteret (300) til at lede en perfusionsfluid hen imod kateteret (300) og til at lede en prøvefluid resulterende fra en interaktion af perfusionsfluiden med vævet bort fra kateteret (300).
12. Det medicinske system (500) ifølge det foregående krav, omfattende en sensorenhed (516) værende leveringsbar med prøvefluiden af pumpen (506) og konfigureret til at måle en værdi af en fysiologisk parameter, især ved at analysere prøvefluiden eller ved trykmåling, hvor sensorenheden (516) er i særdeleshed konfigureret til kontinuerligt at overvåge en fysiologisk parameter ved at analysere prøvefluiden, og/eller hvor det medicinske system (500) omfatter en opsamlingsbeholder til prøvefluiden konfigureret til opsamling af prøvefluidum til efterfølgende offline analyse.
13. Det medicinske system (500) ifølge ethvert af krav 11 eller 12, hvor pumpen (506) er konfigureret til at lede perfusionsfluiden hen mod kateteret (300) med den samme strømningshastighed ifølge hvilken prøvefluiden ledes bort fra kateteret (300).
14. Det medicinske system (500) ifølge ethvert af kravene 11 til 13, hvor kateteret (300) er et cerebral-kateter (300) til implantation i en hjerne (104), hvor det medicinske system (500) omfatter en blodhjernebarriere integritetsdetektor konfigureret til at detektere, efter at have substitueret den lægende dummy (302) med perfusionsindsatsen (502), hvorvidt blodhjernebarrieren er kommet sig efter skaden ved implantering af den lægende dummy (302), især hvor blodhjernebarriere integritetsdetektoren er konfigureret til at detektere hvorvidt blodhjernebarrieren er kommet sig ved at detektere hvorvidt en markørsubstans tilført blod af det fysiologiske subjekt af en markør-forsyningsenhed er detekterbar i perfusionsfluiden.
15. Det medicinske system (500) ifølge ethvert af kravene 11 til 14, hvor perfusionsfluiden omfatter en blanding af NaCI, MgCI, CaCI2, KCI, NaH2P04, Na2HP04, og/eller glukose, og/eller hvor perfusionsfluiden omfatter en blanding af 130±10 mmol/l Na, 4,3±0,5 mmol/l K, 0,72±0,10 mmol/l Ca, 0,40±0,08 mmol/l Mg, 135±10 mmol/l Cl, og 3±1 mmol/l glukose, og/eller hvor perfusionsfluiden omfatter et lægemiddel.
