Claims (14)
1. Inhalator (1) til inhalation af en formulering (2) fra en fortrinsvist båndformet, strimmelformet blister-og/eller filmlignende bærer (3), især blister-, hvor bæreren (3) til eller under afgivelse og/eller dispergering af formuleringen (2) kan bringes i vibration (S) ved flow fra en luftstrøm (L), hvori bæreren (3) kun holdes på den ene side og bevægeligt ved hjælp af en fjederelastisk deformerbar fjederdel (4), og inhalatoren (1) er udformet således, at bæreren (3) kan sættes i vibration (S) med en defineret bevægelses-amplitude og/eller -frekvens, kendetegnet ved, at fjederdelen (4) har to parallelle fjederbaner (4A) og en perforering.
2. Inhalator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fjederdelen (4) holder bæreren (3), således at den er bevægelig på tværs af luftstrømmen (L), men torsionelt stiv i luftstrømmens (L) retning.
3. Inhalator ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at bæreren (3) er svingbar eller bevægelig omkring en i fjederdelens (4) område beliggende eller en af fjederdelen (4) dannet akse (A).
4. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fjederdelen (4) er udformet blad-lignende.
5. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at bæreren (3) kan påvirkes af luftstrømmen (L) i det mindste i det væsentlige kun fra en fri ende eller enden modsat fjederdelen (4) og/eller at luftstrømmen (L) strømmer langs bæreren (3) i det mindste i det væsentlige kun parallelt med en flad side og/eller i det mindste i det væsentlige kun på en flad side af bæreren (3).
6. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at en skråtstillet og af luftstrømmen (L) påvirkelig vinge (5) er forbundet med bæreren (3), især hvor vingen (5) er anbragt ved en fri ende af bæreren (3) og/eller tilstødende et luftindløb (IB) af inhalatoren (1).
7. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) omfatter et åbningsorgan (7) til åbning af bæreren (3) eller et modtagelsesrum (3A) med formuleringen (2), særlig foretrukket ved gennemboring.
8. Inhalator ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at åbningsorganet (7) er dannet af en fortrinsvis manuelt deformerbar rumvæg og/eller i det mindste omfatter et fjedrende og/eller fjedrende monteret gennemboringselement (7A).
9. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) omfatter mindst ét stop (8, 9) til bærerens (3) svingning (S), især hvor det i det mindste ene stop (8, 9) er udformet i et hus (6) af inhalatoren (1).
10. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at bæreren (3) eller et låg (3D) af bæreren (3) i det mindste er delvist dækket af en dækningsindretning (10), som kan åbnes eller fjernes manuelt til åbning af bæreren (3) eller låget (3D) til den efterfølgende afgivelse af formuleringen (2).
11. Inhalator ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at dækningsindretningen (10) har et foldet dækningselementet (10A), og fortrinsvist et tilhørende gribeelement (10B) til fjernelse af dækelementet (10A) fra låget (3D), især hvor dækningselementet (10A) og/eller gribeelementet (10B) rager ud fra inhalatoren (1), især fra et mundstykke eller udløb (1A) af inhalatoren (1).
12. Inhalator ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at låget (3D) omfatter mindst én perforering, især en flerhed af perforeringer (3E), som er dækket af dækningsindretningen (10) eller af et dækningselement (10A) af dækningsindretningen (10), når bæreren (3) er lukket.
13. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) er udformet som en engangsinhalator med deri anbragt bærer (3).
14. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at åbningen er en slids eller langsgående slids (4B).
