Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til udførelse af zoneisolering under en frakturering med et foringsrør/en foringsrørstreng (171, 203, 205) der er forperforeret, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: - a) boring af borehullet (163, 213), b) kørsel i komplettering, der kan være i form af et foringsrør/en foringsrørstreng og skal være permanent installeret i det åbne borehul, hvor mindst én zoneisoleringsanordning er tilvejebragt på eller forbundet med foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen, hvilken zoneisoleringsanordning omfatter et hylsterelement (43a, 43b, 173), der definerer et kammer, hvori fluid under tryk kan indføres gennem en åbning (22) i foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen, der er omgivet af hylsterelementet, for permanent at ekspandere hylsterelementet udefter mod det åbne borehul; c) indføring af et redskab (140, 190) i gennemboringen (17, 29, 223) af foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen i nærheden af det forperforerede foringsrør og anvendelse af redskabet til at indføre fluid under tryk ind i gennemboringen af foringsrør-/foringsrørstrengssektionen for at ekspandere og derved aktivere zoneisoleringsanordningen/-anordningeme, således at den mindst ene zoneisoleringsanordning tilvejebringer en tætning mod det åbne hul, og gentagelse af trin c) for en hvilken som helst anden krævet zoneisoleringsanordning, og når trin c) er afsluttet, fjernelse af redskabet fra trin c) fra borehullet; d) lukning af den indvendige boring af foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen på et sted vertikalt under den laveste zoneisoleringsanordning; e) tilførsel af fraktureringsfluid (204) gennem perforeringerne i foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen til det område (180b), der skal fraktioneres for at udføre fraktureringen; og f) gentagelse af trin c), d) og e) efter behov for hvert supplerende område, der skal fraktioneres; hvorved trykket af fraktureringsfluidet tilført i trin e) ikke kun indvirker på ydersiden af zoneisoleringsanordningen, men også det indre af zoneisoleringsanordningen, direkte fra gennemboringen af foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen via den samme åbning, for at forstærke tætningen tilvejebragt derved.
2. Fremgangsmåde til udførelse af zoneisolering under en frakturering med et foringsrør/en foringsrørstreng (1), der ikke er forperforeret, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: - a) boring af borehullet (163, 213), b) kørsel i komplettering, der kan være i form af et foringsrør/en foringsrørstreng og skal permanent installeres i det åbne borehul, hvor mindst én zoneisoleringsanordning er tilvejebragt på eller forbundet med foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen, hvilken zoneisoleringsanordning omfatter et hylsterelement (43a, 43b,173), der definerer et kammer (26), hvori fluid under tryk kan indføres gennem en åbning (22) i foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen, der er omgivet af hylsterelementet, for permanent at ekspandere hylsterelementet udefter mod det åbne borehul; c) opbygning af tryk i gennemboringen (17, 29, 223) af foringsrør-/foringsrørstrengssektionen for at aktivere og dermed ekspandere zoneisoleringsanordningen/-anordningeme ved hjælp af fluidstrømning under tryk fra gennemboringen og gennem åbningen i foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen, der er omgivet af hylsterelementet for den tilsvarende zoneisoleringsanordning; d) åbning af mindst én fluidforbindelseskanal fra foringsrøret til fraktureringsområdet; e) tilførsel af fraktureringsfluid ind i gennemboringen af foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen; f) at tillade at fraktureringsfluidet strømmer fra gennemboringen, gennem den mindst ene forbindelseskanal og ind i området (180b), der skal fraktioneres, for at udføre fraktureringen; g) gentagelse af trin d) efter behov for hvert supplerende område, der skal fraktioneres, hvorved fraktureringstrykket ikke kun indvirker på ydersiden af zoneisoleringsanordningen, men også det indre af zoneisoleringsanordningen, direkte fra gennemboringen af foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen via den samme åbning, for at forstærke tætningen tilvejebragt derved.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor trin d) udføres ved at perforere foringsrøret/foringsrørstrengen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor trin d) udføres ved at åbne et glidende hylster for at eksponere åbninger i foringsrøret, og trin g) indbefatter lukning af det glidende hylster efter behov.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor højtryksfluid pumpes ind i brønden og målrettes et særligt område.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor foringsrørsektionen eller foringsrøret er designet til at modstå forskellige kræfter, såsom sammenbrud, bristning og brud ved træk, såvel som kemisk aggressive fluider.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor foringsrørsektioneme er fremstillet med han-gevind ved hver ende og er samlet med korte koblinger med hun-gevind.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor foringsrørsamlingeme er fremstillet med han-gevind på den ene ende og hun-gevind på den anden.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor foringsrørsektionen eller foringsrøret er fremstillet af ulegeret stål, rustfrit stål, aluminium, titan eller glasfiber.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor hylsterelementet omfatter metal, der undergår elastisk og plastisk deformation ved ekspansion.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en kontraventil (222) er tilvejebragt inde i åbningen (22), derefter tilvejebringes mindst én sprængskive (224) ligeledes i en åbning dannet hele vejen gennem en sidevæg af hylsterelementet (43) ved en ende af hylsteret (43), der vil være tættest på den perforerede sektion af foringsrøret (203) og derfor vil været tættest på enden af hylsteret, der vil opleve det høje tryk af ffaktureringsfluidet, når det pumpes, og sprængskiven er indrettet til at briste og lade fluid inde i kammeret (26) strømme ind i ringvolumenet (212) på stedet for formationen (180b), der skal fraktioneres for at beskytte resten af hylsteret i situationer, hvor der er en forhåndsbestemt trykforskel over det.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor sprængskiven (224) forsætligt sprænges for at tillade højtryksfluidet fra ringvolumenets højtryksområde ind i kammeret for at styrke hylsteret.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 eller krav 12, hvor en overtryksventil er tilvejebragt inde i en anden åbning (22) dannet gennem sidevæggen af foringen eller foringsrøret (203), hvor overtryksventilen tillader, at fluid passerer fra kammeret (26) tilbage ind i gennemboringen (17, 29, 223) af foringsrøret (203), hvis den overskrider en forhåndsbestemt trykforskel.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor åbningen (22) er forsynet med en sprængskive deri, der vil forhindre fluidstrømning gennem åbningen fra gennemboringen (17, 29, 223) ind i kammeret (26), indtil en operatør forsætligt bryder sprængskiven ved tilførsel af et hydraulisk fluidtryk i gennemboringen, der indvirker på den indvendige flade af sprængskiven, indtil trykket er større end skivens beregnede styrke.
