Claims (15)

1. Galvanisk aluminiumlegeringspulverpigment, som er fremstillet i en atmosfære, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af oxygen, nitrogen/inert gas og nitrogen-hydrogen, og med en partikelstørrelse i området fra 2 til 100 mikrometer; hvor aluminiumlegerings-pulverpigmentet har formlen Aluminium-X-Y, hvor X er et grundstof valgt fra gruppen bestående af zink, cadmium, magnesium, barium og mangan, og Y er et grundstof valgt fra gruppen bestående af indium, gallium, tin og bismuth; idet aluminiumlege-ringspulverpigmentet er coatet med en effektiv mængde halvledende korrosionsinhibe-rende coating, som er afledt af en sur vandig opløsning, der i vægtdele i det væsentlige består af fra 0,01 til 22 dele af en trivalent kromforbindelse, fra 0,01 til 12 dele af et hexafluorzirconat, fra 0,01 til 12 dele af mindst én forbindelse, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af tetra-fluorborater, hexafluorsilicater og hexafluortitanater.
2. Aluminiumlegeringspulverpigment ifølge krav 1, hvor den sure vandige opløsning yderligere indeholder 0,00 til 12 dele af mindst én divalent zinkforbindelse og/eller fra 0,00 til 5 vægtdele vandopløselig organisk korrosionsinhibitor.
3. Aluminiumlegeringspulverpigment ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor X er zink, og Y er indium.
4. Aluminiumlegeringspulverpigment ifølge krav 3, hvor: den divalente zinkforbindelse er zinksulfat; og/eller nævnte pigment har en partikelstørrelse i området fra ca. 20 til 40 mikrometer; og/eller fluormetallatet i den halvledende korrosionsinhiberende coating er et alkali-metaltetrafluorborat; og/eller hexafluorzirconatet er et alkalimetalhexafluorzirconat.
5. Aluminiumlegeringspulverpigment ifølge krav 4, hvor den divalente zinkforbindelse er zinksulfat, og hvor: nævnte pigment er fremstillet i en atmosfære af nitrogen-hydrogen; og/eller nævnte pigment er fremstillet i en atmosfære af oxygen; og/eller pigmentet er coatet med en vandig opløsning med en pH i området fra ca. 2,5 til 5,5.
6. Elektrokemisk korrosionsbestandig sammensætning til påføring på metalsubstrater, der i vægtdele i det væsentlige består af fra 5 til 80 dele af et bindemiddel, fra 20 til 80 dele af et galvanisk aluminiumlegeringspulverpigment, som er fremstillet i en atmosfære, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af oxygen, nitrogen-inert gas og nitrogen-hydrogen, og har en partikelstørrelse i området fra 2 til 100 mikrometer; hvor alu-miniumlegeringspulverpigmentet er coatet med en effektiv mængde af en halvledende korrosionsinhibitor og har formlen Aluminium-X-Y, hvor X er et grundstof valgt fra gruppen bestående af zink, cadmium, magnesium, barium og mangan, og Y er et grundstof valgt fra gruppen bestående af indium, gallium, tin og bismuth.
7. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 6, der yderligere består af: 0,0 til 10 dele af mindst én ion-korrosionsinhibitor; og/eller 0,0 til 5,0 dele af mindst ét befugtningsmiddel eller overfladeaktivt middel.
8. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor bindemidlet er et filmdannende bindemiddel.
9. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 8, hvor aluminiumlegeringspulverpigmentet er coatet med en effektiv mængde halvledende korrosionsinhiberende coating, som er afledt af en sur vandig opløsning, der i det væsentlige består af fra 0,01 til 22 dele af en trivalent kromforbindelse, fra 0,01 til 12 dele af et hexafluorzirconat, fra 0,01 til 12 dele af mindst ét fluorcarbon, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af tetra-fluorborater, hexafluorsilicater og hexafluortitanater.
10. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 9, hvor den sure vandige opløsning endvidere består af: 0,00 til 12 dele af mindst én divalent zinkforbindelse; og/eller 0,00 til 5 vægtdele vandopløselig organisk korrosionsinhibitor.
11. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvor: mindst én af de divalente zinkforbindelser er zinksulfat; og/eller pH i den sure vandige opløsning ligger i området fra ca. 2,5 til 5,5.
12. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 7, hvor ion-korrosionsinhibitoren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af en uorganisk talkit-ler, benzimidazol, benzothiazol, benzoxazol, diphenyltriazol, benzotriazol og tolyltriazol.
13. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 12, hvor: nævnte ion-korrosionsinhibitorer er til stede i den halvledende korrosionsinhibe-rende coatingsammensætning i mængder i området fra ca. 1,0 til 10 vægtdele; og/eller ion-korrosionsinhibitoren er talkit-ler, og aluminiumlegeringspulverpigmentet har formlen aluminium-zink-indium.
14. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 9, hvor: forholdet mellem en effektiv mængde halvledende korrosionsinhiberende coating går fra ca. 10 vægtdele af inhibitoren til ca. 100 vægtdele af aluminiumlege-ringspulverpigmentet; eller forholdet mellem en effektiv mængde halvledende korrosionsinhiberende coating går fra ca. 10 vægtdele af inhibitoren til ca. 100 vægtdele af aluminiumlege-ringspulverpigmentet, og forholdet aluminium-X-Y pulverpigment ligger i området fra ca. 50 til ca. 70 dele, og bindemidlet går fra ca. 50 til 30 dele.
15. Korrosionsbestandig sammensætning ifølge krav 8, hvor det filmdannende bindemiddel er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polyurethaner, poly-mider, polyacrylater, polymerer afledt af diisocyanater, polymerer afledt af epoxier og de uhærdede præpolymerer af polymererne; eller det filmdannende bindemiddel er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polyurethaner, poly-mider, polyacrylater, polymerer afledt af diisocyanater, polymerer afledt af epoxier og de uhærdede præpolymerer af polymererne, og aluminiumlegeringspulverpigmentet har formlen aluminium-zink-indium og har en partikelstørrelse i området fra ca. 20 til 40 mikrometer.
