Claims (15)
1. Filtreringsapparat omfattende - en første filtersektion (13), der rummer en første gruppe af filterelementer (2), og - en anden filtersektion (14), der rummer en anden gruppe af filterelementer (3), - et rørsystem, der tilvejebringer rørledningsvæskekommunikation mellem filter-sektionerne og mellem en filtersektion og filtersektionens tilsvarende gruppe af filterelementer, hvilket rørsystem er konfigureret således, at filterelementerne (2,3) danner åbninger til filtreret væske i filtreringsapparatet, og - cirkulationsmidler, såsom en pumpe, der er konfigureret til at lede væske i en fremadgående strømning (8) og/eller i en omvendt strømning (9) mellem filter-sektionerne.
2. Filtreringsapparat ifølge krav 1, hvor filterelementerne (2, 3) danner filtreringsappara-tets eneste væskeindløbsåbninger, og/eller hvor cirkulationsmidlerne er konfigureret til at lede væske i vekslende retninger (8, 9), såsom vekslende mellem den fremadgående strømning (8) og den omvendte strømning (9), og/eller hvor filtersektionerne er indrettet til at blive inkorporeret, integreret og/eller nedsænket i en enkelt beholder, og/eller hvor hver af filtersektionerne omfatter en manifold, såsom en rørledningsmanifold, til fordeling af væske til de tilsvarende filterelementer, og/eller hvor én eller flere af filtersektionerne omfatter én eller flere ikke-filtrerede udløbsåbninger, og/eller hvor ét eller flere eller hvert af filterelementerne omfatter et perforeret rør eller en perforeret beholder, såsom en perforeret cylinder, idet perforeringerne er indrettet til at danne en filtreringseffekt, og/eller hvor ét eller flere eller hvert af filterelementerne omfatter et filtreringselement, der danner bunden af filterelementet, og/eller hvor hvert filterelement omfatter en beholder med mindst ét filtreringselement, en beholder såsom en klokkeformet, cylindrisk eller rørformet beholder, et filtreringselement, såsom et overfladefilter, et membranfilter eller et fladt filter.
3. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor filtersektionerne (13, 14) er roterbare og/eller translaterbare.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, hvor - den første filtersektion (13) er indrettet til at blive roteret rundt og/eller translateret langs med en akse Α1; og - den anden filtersektion (14) er indrettet til at blive drejet rundt og/eller translateret langs med en akse A2.
5. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en ophængt del af et filterelement er indrettet til at blive forskudt elastisk (fra et udgangspunkt), når væske strømmer gennem filterelementet i en første retning, og filterelementet er i det mindste delvist tilstoppet, og/eller hvor mindst ét filterelement er indrettet til at åbnes, fortrinsvis åbnes elastisk, når væske strømmer gennem filterelementet i en første retning, og filterelementet er i det mindste delvist tilstoppet.
6. Apparat ifølge krav 5, hvor filterelementet er indrettet til at lukke, når væske strømmer igennem i en anden i det væsentlige modsat retning, og/eller når der ikke strømmer nogen væske.
7. Anvendelse af et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav til ekstraktion af forbindelser fra den faste fase under anvendelse af den flydende fase, forbindelser såsom kulhydrater, herunder sukker og pektin; polypeptider, herunder enzymer, glycosylerede og ikke-glycosylerede proteiner og peptider; olie og aroma.
8. Anvendelse af et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1-6 som fermentor.
9. Anvendelse ifølge krav 8, som yderligere omfatter mikroorganismer, der er immobili-seret på en partikel, en partikel, såsom en bioperle, eller kolloid, såsom kolloide guldpartikler.
10. Fremgangsmåde til blanding af en kemisk forbindelse, som omfatter en fast fase og en flydende fase, og ekstraktion af væske fra forbindelsen, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: a) udtrækning af væske fra forbindelsen ind i et rørsystem gennem en første gruppe af filtrerede åbninger i rørsystemet, hvilken første gruppe af filtrerede åbninger er placeret ved siden afen første position i forbindelsen, b) styring af væsken via rørsystemet til en anden position i forbindelsen, c) levering af væsken til forbindelsen gennem - en anden gruppe af filtrerede åbninger i rørsystemet, som er anbragt ved siden af den anden position i forbindelsen, eller - én eller flere ikke-filtrerede andre udløbsåbninger i rørsystemet, som er anbragt ved siden af den anden position i forbindelsen, d) eventuelt gentagelse af trin a)-c), såsom i en foruddefineret tidsperiode, og e) udvinding af væske fra rørsystemet.
11. Fremgangsmåde til blanding af en kemisk forbindelse, som omfatter en fast fase og en flydende fase, og ekstraktion af væske fra forbindelsen, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: a) udtrækning af væske fra forbindelsen ind i et rørsystem gennem en første gruppe af filtrerede åbninger i rørsystemet, hvilken første gruppe af filtrerede åbninger er placeret ved siden afen første position i forbindelsen, b) styring af væsken via rørsystemet til en anden position i forbindelsen, c) levering af væsken til forbindelsen gennem - en anden gruppe af filtrerede åbninger i rørsystemet, som er anbragt ved siden af den anden position i forbindelsen, eller - én eller flere ikke-filtrerede andre udløbsåbninger af rørsystemet, som er anbragt ved siden af den anden position i forbindelsen, d) ændring af væskens retning i rørsystemet og derved trækning af væske ind i rørsystemet via den anden gruppe af filtrerede åbninger, styring af væsken via rørsystemet til den første position i forbindelsen og levering af væsken til forbindelsen gennem - den første gruppe af filtrerede åbninger, eller - én eller flere ikke-filtrerede første udløbsåbninger af rørsystemet, som er anbragt ved siden af den første position i forbindelsen, e) eventuelt gentagelse af trin a)-d), såsom i en foruddefineret tidsperiode, og f) udvinding af væske fra rørsystemet.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 11, hvor blandingen og ekstraktionen tilvejebringes ved hjælp af et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 til 12, hvor den flydende fase er valgt fra gruppen bestående afvand, herunder ferskvand og saltvand; mælk; organiske opløsningsmidler og vandige cellekulturmedier, og/eller hvor den faste fase er malt og/eller byg, såsom valset, knust eller formalet malt og/eller byg, og/eller hvor den faste fase er valgt blandt plantemateriale, sand, grus og jord.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 til 13, hvor den faste fase består af bioperler.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor mikroorganismer er blevet immobiliseret på bioperlerne, eller hvor mikroorganismerne er i stand til at producere ethanol.
