Claims (10)
- FORBUNDET MULTIFUNKTIGNELT SYSTEM OG ANVENDELSESFREMGANGSMÅDE Patentkrav1. Dynamisk forbundet muitifunktionelt system, der er tilpasset tii at give en bruger mindst én af en læringsoplevelse, en underholdningsoplevelse, en social oplevelse og kombinationer deraf, hvilket system omfatter: en multielementbasis (200; 600), der omfatter mindst en basisstruktur (201; 700; 3201), mindst én sensor (230; 3230), en flerhed af udløselige elementer (202; 780), en kommunikationsmanager (220), og et eksternt understøttende undersystem (300), der omfatter mindst en intelligent indretning (320; 3230; 800) og en server (330; 900), hvor en handling udført af brugeren på multielementbasen (200; 600) via et specifikt udiøseiigt element (202; 780) eller en sensor (230; 3230), eller begge dele, danner mindst ét signal, som mindst indeholder informationer relateret tii identifikation af det specifikt udløselige element (202; 780), der er involveret i handlingen, og den relative position over multielementbasen (200; 600), at handlingen blev udført, og mindst ét signal, der angiver den sensor (230; 3230), der er i brug, hvilke signaler afgives via kommunikationsmanageren (220) til det eksternt understøttende system (300) og aktiverer mindst én reaktion, der skal udføres af det eksternt understøttende system (300), hvilket system er kendetegnet ved, at signalerne eller de efterfølgende signaler yderligere afgives til serveren (330; 900) for dermed at muliggøre behandling af signalerne ved hjælp afen formålsbestemt software på serveren (330; 900) til identifikation af den handling, der er udført af brugeren, ud fra brugerspecifikke data, som er lagret i en database, og den reaktion, der skal udføres, idet reaktionen tilpasses ved hjælp af serveren (330; 900) baseret på historiske brugerspecifikke data og/elier gruppespecifikke data, som er lagret i databasen, til tilvejebringelse af én af læringsoplevelsen, underholdningsoplevelsen, den sociale oplevelse og kombinationer deraf, personaliseret tii brugeren, serveren (330; 900) er tilpasset tii at lagre de behandlede signaler og den tilpassede reaktion som en del af de brugerspecifikke data og/eller gruppespecifikke data i databasen,

Dynamisk forbundet muitifunktionelt system ifølge krav 1, hvor multielementbasen (200; 600) yderligere omfatter mindst ét af et udgangselement (250; 730), der er konfigureret og operabeit til at frembringe en lyd, et billede, et lys og en vibration, og mindst ét strukturændringselement (260; 740; 750), der er konfigureret og operabelt til at ændre skikkelsen eller formen af multielementbasen (200; 600) og/elier at give muitielementbasen (200; 600) og dele deraf bevægelses- og navigationsegenskaber, og hvor aktivering af det mindst ene udgangselement (250; 730) og/eller det mindst ene strukturændringselement (260; 740; 750) udføres efter afgivelse af mindst ét signal fra den intelligente indretning (320; 3230; 800) i det eksternt understøttende system (300) til kommunikationsmanageren (220).
- 3. Dynamisk forbundet multifunktionelt system ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor de brugerspecifikke data i brugerdatabasen indbefatter mindst én af: stemme, billede, spillepræferencer, spilleresultater i spil, multielementbasens identitet og brugergenereret indhold.
- 4. Dynamisk forbundet multifunktionelt system ifølge et hvilket som heist af kravene 1 til 3, hvor serveren (330; 900) muliggør, at systemet er dynamisk og løbende opdaterer læringsindhold og underholdningsindhold, og yderligere muliggør indsamling af informationer til dannelse af en central kunstig intelligens (500), der tjener som et generelt eksternt systemanalyseredskab.
- 5. Dynamisk forbundet multifunktionelt system ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvilket system yderligere omfatter en central kunstig intelligens (500), der er tilpasset til at indsamle og analysere data i de gruppespecifikke data relateret til personlige præferencer og adfærd hos en stor mængde brugere, samtidig med at det forbundne multifunktionelle system (100), der omfatter lærings- og underholdningsmuligheder, anvendes for yderligere at implementere i overensstemmelse med statistisk analyse af en gruppe af brugere med fælles egenskaber for en specifik brugerpræference, som stemmer overens med de forudbestemte egenskaber, der definerer gruppen af brugere.

Forbundet multifunktionelt system (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, når disse er afhængige af krav 8 eller krav 9, hvor den centrale kunstige intelligens (500) er tilpasset til at indsamle og analysere data relateret til personlige præferencer og adfærd hos den samme bruger fra multielementbasen (200; 600) og satelistlegetøjet (400) til implementering af personalisering på tværs af multielementbaserne (200; 600) og satellitiegetøjet (400).
