Claims (9)
1. Hurtigt nedbrydelige polyester-polymerer ~("AB -½- som er fremstillet fra polykondensering af gentagende strukturenheder omfattende ikke-nedbrydelige blokke A og nedbrydelige blokke B, hvor: de ikke-nedbrydelige blokke A har en struktur ifølge formel (I):
og hvor de nedbrydelige blokke B har en struktur ifølge formel (II):
fremkomne i polyesterpolymerer
som har en struktur ifølge formel (III):
hvor R er metyl; Ri/ R2/ R3/ R4/ R5/ R6/ R7 er H; p=2; m og s er et hvilket som helst heltal uafhængigt af hinanden valgt blandt 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; t er et heltal større end 1, mindre end 31; r=l eller 2; u = l eller 2; n er et heltal større end 2.
2. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en polymer ifølge krav 1, omfattende nedbrydelige blokke og ikke-nedbrydelige blokke, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: a) Syntese af nedbrydelig blok B
b) Polykondenseringspolymerisering af ikke-nedbrydelige blokke med nedbrydelige blokke ved opløsningspolymerisation eller smeltepolymerisation
hvor definitionen af R, Ri, R2, R3, R4, Rs, R6, R7 og p, m, s, r, u, t, n er de samme, som ifølge krav 1 og X er valgt blandt Cl, Br, I, NH2 eller OH.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en polymer ifølge krav 2, hvor syntese af den ikke-nedbrydelige blok A omfatter trinnet:
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af de hurtigt nedbrydelige polyester-polymerer ifølge krav 1, omfattende trinnet:
hvor definitionen af R, Ri, R2, Rs, R4, Rs, Re, R? og p, m, s, r, u, t, n er de samme, som dem defineret i krav 1.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor syntesen af
omfatter trinnene:
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af polymerer ifølge krav 2 eller 4, hvor ikke-nedbrydelige blokke eller oligomerer først syntetiseres, og nedbrydelige blokke derefter tilsættes for at fortsætte smeltepolymerisationen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor betingelserne til smeltepolymerisering er: po-lymerisering ved 240~290°C under vakuum i 2~7 timer.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 eller 4, hvor hydroxylmolene indeholdt i ikke-nedbrydelige blokke er større end hydroxylmolene indeholdt i nedbrydelige blokke.
9. Polyester-polymerer ifølge krav 1, til anvendelse i flaskeemballage til drikke, fødevareemballage, indkøbsposer og andre fødevarebeholdere.
