Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til forbedring af udbyttet under fremstillingen af krystallinsk alfa-lactose, hvor (a) en vandig lactoseopløsning justeres til en temperatur på mellem ca. 62 : og 67°C, (b) opløsningen nedkøles derefter til mellem ca. 20 og 30°C, (c) opløsningen holdes ved denne temperatur i en periode på fra 0 til 5 timer, (d) opløsningen opvarmes efterfølgende til mellem ca. 30 og 45°C, i (e) opløsningen holdes ved denne temperatur i en periode på fra 0 til 5 timer, (f) opløsningen nedkøles derefter til ca. 10°C, og (g) derefter, adskilles den udfældede første mængde alfa-lactosekrystaller fra moderluden, i (h) en mængde afen kulhydratforbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af L-glyceraldehyd, dihydroxyacetone, D-erythrose, D-threose; D-ribose, D- og L-xylulose; D-glucose, D-mannose, D-gulose, D-idose, D-galaktose, D-glucronsyre, D-galacturonsyre, N-acetyl-D-glucosamin, D-glucosamin, D-fructose, L-rhamnose; cellobiose, gentiobiose, isomaltose, isomaltulose, i lactulose, laminaribiose, maltose, maltulose, melibiose, neohesperidose, neotrehalose, nigerose, rutinose, sophorose, saccharose, trehalose eller deres blandinger tilsættes til moderluden sådan at opløselighedsproduktet af restmængden af lactose der stadig er opløseligt overskrides, (i) den anden mængde udfældede alfa-lactosekrystaller adskilles fra i moderluden, tørres, og (j) begge mængder af alfa-lactosekrystaller kombineres.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at lactoseopløsningen under trin (a) justeres til mellem 63 og 65°C.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge kravene 1 og/eller 2, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen under trin (b) nedkøles ved en hastighed på fra ca. 1 til 5°K/time.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen under trin (b) nedkøles til mellem 23 og 26°C. i
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen under trin (c) holdes ved denne temperatur i en periode på ca. 1 til 3 timer.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen under trin (d) opvarmes til mellem ca. 32 og 42°C.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen under trin (d) holdes ved denne temperatur i en periode på ca. 1 til 3 timer.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved at opløsningen under trin (f) nedkøles ved en hastighed på ca. 1 til 5°K/time.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved at temperaturprofilen der omfatter trinnene (a) til (g) passeres gennem inden for en periode på ca. 18 til 24 timer.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved at alfa-lactosekrystallerne adskilles ved hjælp af en dekanteringsanordning.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved at glucose eller en kulhydratfraktion der er rig på glucose anvendes.
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved at kulhydratforbindelserne tilsættes til moderluden i mængder på op til 5 vægtprocent.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstillingen af krystallinsk alfa-lactose, hvor (i) valle underkastes en adskillelsesfremgangsmåde i en hvilken en proteinrig og en lactose-rig fraktion opnås, (ii) den lactose-rige fraktion (eventuelt efter koncentration af hovedstrømmen) underkastes demineralisering i hvilken langsomt i opløselige salte udfældes, (iii) den demineraliserede rest nedkøles, eventuelt efter yderligere koncentration, indtil lactose udfælder i krystallinsk form, (iv) lactosekrystallerne adskilles fra moderluden og dehydreres, kendetegnet ved at i (a) den første moderlud justeres til en temperatur på mellem ca. 62 og 67°C, (b) opløsningen nedkøles derefter til mellem ca. 20 og 30°C, (c) opløsningen holdes ved denne temperatur i en periode på fra 0 til 5 timer, i (d) derefter, genopvarmes opløsningen til mellem ca. 30 og 35°C, (e) opløsningen holdes ved denne temperatur i en periode på fra 0 til 5 timer, (f) derefter nedkøles opløsningen til ca. 10°C og (g) derefter, adskilles de udfældede alfa-lactosekrystaller fra den anden i moderlud, (h) en mængde afen kulhydratforbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af L-glyceraldehyd, dihydroxyacetone, D-erythrose, D-threose; D-ribose, D- og L-xylulose; D-glucose, D-mannose, D-gulose, D-idose, D-galaktose, D-glucronsyre, D-galacturonsyre, N-acetyl-D-glucosamin, D-glucosamin, i D-fructose, L-rhamnose; cellobiose, gentiobiose, isomaltose, isomaltulose, lactulose, laminaribiose, maltose, maltulose, melibiose, neohesperidose, neotrehalose, nigerose, rutinose, sophorose, saccharose, trehalose eller deres blanding tilsættes til den anden moderlud sådan at opløselighedsproduktet af restmængden af lactose der stadig er opløseligt i overskrides, (i) den anden mængde udfældede alfa-lactosekrystaller adskilles fra moderluden, tørres, og (j) begge mængder af alfa-lactosekrystaller kombineres.
