Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at diagnosticere eller detektere kolorektal neoplasi hos et menneskeligt individ omfattende trinnene: a. at opnå en biologisk prøve valgt fra listen bestående af en plasmaprøve, en serumprøve og en blodprøve fra individet mistænkt for at lide af kolorektal neoplasi; b. at måle et overordnet ekspressionsmønster eller -niveau af en microRNA's biosignatur omfattende mindst microRNA miR15b opnået fra den/de biologisk(e) prøve(r) af individet; og c. at sammenligne det overordnede ekspressionsmønster af microRNA-biosignaturen fra den biologiske prøve af individet mistænkt for at lide af kolorektal neoplasi med det overordnede ekspressionsmønster af microRNA-biosignaturen fra en biologisk prøve af et normalt individ, hvor det normale individ er et sundt individ, som ikke lider af kolorektal neoplasi, og hvor overekspression af mindst miR15b indikerer kolorektal cancer.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende analysen af mindst en af miR29a, miR19a, miR19b eller miR335 sammenlignet med ekspression fra det normale individ, hvor overekspression af miRNA miR15b i kombination med mindst en af miR29a, miR19a, miR19b eller miR335 indikerer kolorektal neoplasi.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, hvor fremgangsmåden er i stand til at detektere tidlig CRC (I-II) lige så akkurat som fremskreden CRC (stadie II-III), tumorer i højre side og læsioner i venstre side.
4. Fremgangsmåde til at stratificere en patient til en undergruppe i risiko for at lide af kolorektal neoplasi under anvendelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3.
5. Fremgangsmåde til at bestemme resistens over for eller modtagelighed for en kolorektal neoplasi terapeutisk plan under anvendelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3.
6. In v/fro-anvendelse af et kit til en diagnose af kolorektal neoplasi omfattende biomarkør-detekterende reagenser til at bestemme et differentieret ekspressionsniveau af mindst miR15b i en plasmaprøve, en serumprøve eller en blodprøve.
7. In v/fro-anvendelse af kittet ifølge krav 6, hvilket yderligere omfatter værktøjer, beholdere og reagenser nødvendige til at opnå prøver fra et individ valgt fra gruppen bestående afen plasmaprøve, en serumprøve eller en blodprøve.
