Claims (16)
1. Polymersammensætning omfattende a) mindst et polymerresin, og b) fra 0,1 til 95 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af polymersammensætningen, af mindst et overfladereaktivt hvidt mineralmateriale, hvor det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale i) omfatter overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler har en vægtgennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse cfeo på < 7,5 pm, og har en opløselighed i vand ved 20 °C (± 2 °C) på under 0,1 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler, ii) har en fugtopsamlingsmodtagelighed på < 0,8 mg/g, iii) har en svingende starttemperatur på > 250 °C, og iv) har en hydrofilicitet på under 8 : 2 volumetrisk forhold afvand : ethanol målt ved +23 °C (± 2 °C) med sedimentationsfremgangsmåden, hvor det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale omfattende på mindst en del af overfladen af de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler en fosforsyreesterblanding af en eller flere fosforsyremonoester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf og en eller flere fosforsyre di-ester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf, hvor molforholdet mellem den ene eller flere fosforsyremonoester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf og den ene eller flere fosforsyre di-ester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf i fosforsyreesterblandingen er fra 1:1 til 1:100 og hvor det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale omfatter fosforsyreesterblandingen i en mængde på mindst 0,1 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale.
2. Polymersammensætningen ifølge krav 1, hvor de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler af det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale er mineral partikler har en klarhed på mindst 70 % målt i forhold til DIN 53163, fortrinsvis de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler af det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale er calciumkarbonat-indeholdende partikler, mere fortrinsvis de calciumkarbonat-indeholdende partikler af det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale er valgt fra blandt formalet calciumkarbonat (GCC), præcipiteret calciumkarbonat (PCC) og blandinger deraf.
3. Polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale omfatter i) overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler i en mængde på > 90 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis på > 95 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis på > 97.5 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale, og/eller ii) fosforsyreesterblandingen i en mængde på fra 0,1 til 5 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis på fra 0,2 til 3 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis på fra 0,3 til 2 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale.
4. Polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor molforholdet af den ene eller flere fosforsyremonoester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf til den ene eller flere fosforsyre di-ester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf i fosforsyreesterbland ingen er fra 1 : 1,1 til 1 : 80, fortrinsvis fra 1 : 1,1 til 1 : 60, mere fortrinsvis fra 1:1,1 1 til 1 : 40, endnu mere fortrinsvis fra 1 : 1,1 til 1 : 20 og mest fortrinsvis fra 1 : 1,1 til 1 : 10.
5. Polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fosforsyreesterblandingen yderligere omfatter en eller flere fosforsyre tri-ester og/eller fosforsyre og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf.
6. Polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor i) den ene eller flere fosforsyremonoester består af et o-fosforsyre molekyle mono-esterificeret med et alkoholmolekyle valgt fra umættede eller mættede, forgrenede eller lineære, alifatiske eller aromatiske alkoholer med en samlet mængde af kulstofatomer fra C6 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C8 til C22, mere fortrinsvis fra C8 til C20 og mest fortrinsvis fra C8 til C18 i alkoholsubstituenten, og/eller ii) den ene eller flere fosforsyre di-ester består af et o-fosforsyremolekyle di-esterificeret med to alkoholmolekyler valgt fra den samme eller en anden, umættede eller mættede, forgrenede eller lineære, alifatiske eller aromatiske fedtalkoholer med en samlet mængde af kulstofatomer fra C6 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C8 til C22, mere fortrinsvis fra C8 til C20 og mest fortrinsvis fra C8 til C18 i alkoholsubstituenten, og/eller iii) den ene eller flere fosforsyre tri-ester består af et o-fosforsyremolekyle tri-esterificeret med tre alkoholmolekyler valgt fra den samme eller en anden, umættede eller mættede, forgrenede eller lineære, alifatiske eller aromatiske fedtalkoholer med en samlet mængde af kulstofatomer fra C6 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C8 til C22, mere fortrinsvis fra C8 til C20 og mest fortrinsvis fra C8 til C18 i alkoholsubstituenten.
7. Polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fosforsyreesterblandingen omfatter saltede reaktionsprodukter såsom en eller flere strontium-, calcium-, magnesium- og/eller aluminiumsalte af fosforsyre mono-esters og en eller flere strontium-, calcium-, magnesium- og/eller aluminiumsalte af fosforsyre di-ester og eventuelt en eller flere strontium-, calcium-, magnesium- og/eller aluminiumsalte af fosforsyre.
8. Polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mindst ene polymerresin er mindst en termoplastisk polymer, fortrinsvis en termoplastisk polymer valgt fra gruppen omfattende homopolymerer og/eller copolymerer af polyolefiner, polyamideer, halogen-indeholdende polymerer og/eller polyestere.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et overfladereaktivt hvidt mineralmateriale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, fremgangsmåden omfattende trinnene: (a) at tilvejebringe overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler med en vægtgennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse cfeo på < 7,5 pm, og med en opløselighed i vand ved 20 °C (± 2 °C) på under 0,1 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler, ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2; (b) at tilvejebringe en fosforsyreesterblanding omfattende en eller flere fosforsyremonoester og en eller flere fosforsyre di-ester, og eventuelt en eller flere fosforsyre tri-ester og/eller fosforsyre, hvor molforholdet af den ene eller flere fosforsyremonoester til den ene eller flere fosforsyre di-ester i fosforsyreesterblandingen er fra 1:1 til 1:100; (c) at bringe i kontakt de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler af trin (a), i et eller flere trin, med fosforsyreesterblandingen af trin (b) således at en fosforsyreesterblanding omfattende en eller flere fosforsyremonoester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf og en eller flere fosforsyre di-ester og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf og eventuelt en eller flere fosforsyre tri-ester og/eller fosforsyre og saltede reaktionsprodukter deraf dannes på mindst en del af overfladen af de overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikler af trin (a); hvor, før og/eller under trin (c), temperaturen justeres således at fosforsyreesterblandingen af trin (b) er flydende.
10. 11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvor i) den ene eller flere fosforsyremonoester består af et o-fosforsyremolekyle mono-esterificeret med et alkoholmolekyle valgt fra umættede eller mættede, forgrenede eller lineære, alifatiske eller aromatiske alkoholer med en samlet mængde af kulstofatomer fra C6 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C8 til C22, mere fortrinsvis fra C8 til C20 og mest fortrinsvis fra C8 til C18 i alkoholsubstituenten, og/eller ii) den ene eller flere fosforsyre di-ester består af et o-fosforsyremolekyle di-esterificeret med to alkoholmolekyler valgt fra den samme eller en anden, umættede eller mættede, forgrenede eller lineære, alifatiske eller aromatiske fedtalkoholer med en samlet mængde af kulstofatomer fra C6 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C8 til C22, mere fortrinsvis fra C8 til C20 og mest fortrinsvis fra C8 til C18 i alkoholsubstituenten og/eller iii) den ene eller flere fosforsyre tri-ester består af et o-fosforsyremolekyle tri-esterificeret med tre alkoholmolekyler valgt fra den samme eller en anden, umættede eller mættede, forgrenede eller lineære, alifatiske eller aromatiske fedtalkoholer med en samlet mængde af kulstofatomer fra C6 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C8 til C22, mere fortrinsvis fra C8 til C20 og mest fortrinsvis fra C8 til C18 i alkoholsubstituenten.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en fiber og/eller filament og/eller film og/eller tråd og/eller åndbar film omfattende mindst trinnene: a) at tilvejebringe polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, og b) at udsætte polymersammensætningen af trin a) for forhold under hvilke polymersammensætningen konverteres til en fiber og/eller filament og/eller film og/eller tråd og/eller åndbar film.
13. Overfladereaktivt hvidt mineralmateriale opnåelig med fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11.
14. Fiber og/eller filament og/eller film og/eller tråd og/eller åndbar film omfattende polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 og/eller det overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale ifølge krav 13.
15. Genstand omfattende polymersammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 og/eller det overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale ifølge krav 13 og/eller fiberen og/eller filamentet og/eller filmen og/eller tråden og/eller den åndbare film ifølge krav 14, hvor genstanden er valgt fra gruppen omfattende hygiejneprodukter, medicinal- og sundhedsprodukter, filterprodukter, geotekstilprodukter, landbrugs- og gartneriprodukter, beklædning, fodtøj og baggageprodukter, husholdnings- og industrielle produkter, indpakningsprodukter, konstruktionsprodukter og lignende.
16. Anvendelse afen fosforsyreesterblanding ifølge krav 9 til at mindske hydrofiliciteten og/eller fugtopsamlingsmodtageligheden af den overfladereaktive hvide mineralmateriale-indeholdende partikeloverflade.
