Claims (9)
1. Et hydraulisk system (1) omfattende en gruppe af mindst to ventiler (2a, 2b, 2c) forbundet til en samleskinne (8), hver af nævnte ventiler (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter et ventilhus (4a, 4b, 4c), et ventilelement (3a, 3b, 3c) og en primær hukommelse (9a, 9b, 9c) til lagring af et sæt af parametre af ventilen (2a, 2b, 2c), hvor hver ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter mindst en trykforsyningsport (P), en tankport (T), en eller flere arbejdsporte (A, B) og en sekundær hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) til lagring af nævnte sæt af parametre af en forskellig ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) af nævnte gruppe, hvor positionen af ventilelementet (3a, 3b, 3c) i dets ventilhus (4a, 4b, 4c) bestemmer en strøm af hydraulikvæske fra trykforsyningsporten (P) til en af arbejdsportene (A, B) og fra den anden arbejdsport (Β, A) til tankporten, hvor hver ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter en unik adresse (7a, 7c, 7c) i nævnte gruppe af ventiler og der findes mindst en reservedelsventil med en adresse forskellig fra alle adresserne (7a, 7b, 7c) i nævnte gruppe.
2. Hydraulisk system ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at ventilerne (2a, 2b, 2c) er elektrohydrauliske ventiler.
3. Hydraulisk system ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at hver ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter en mikrocontroller (6a, 6b, 6c).
4. En fremgangsmåde til drift af et hydraulisk system omfattende en gruppe af mindst to ventiler (2a, 2b, 2c) forbundet til en samleskinne (8), hvor hver ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter et ventilhus (4a, 4b, 4c), et ventilelement (3a, 3b, 3c) og en primær hukommelse (9a, 9b, 9c) til lagring af et sæt af parametre for ventilen, hvor hver ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter mindst en trykforsyningsport (P), en tankport (T), en eller flere arbejdsporte (A, B) og nævnte sæt af parametre er lagret i en sekundær hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) af en anden ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) af nævnte gruppe, hvor positionen af ventilelementet (3a, 3b, 3c) i dets ventilhus (4a, 4b, 4c) bestemmer en strøm af hydraulikvæske fra trykforsyningsporten (P) til en af arbejdsportene (A, B) og fra den anden arbejdsport (Β, A) til tankporten, hvor hver ventil (2a, 2b, 2c) omfatter en unik adresse (7a, 7b, 7c) i nævnte gruppe af ventiler og der findes mindst en reservedelsventil med en adresse forskellig fra alle adresserne (7a, 7b, 7c) i nævnte gruppe.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at den primære hukommelse (9a, 9b, 9c) og den sekundære hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) under en kontrolfase sammenlignes med hinanden.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at en kontrolsumværdi af et hukommelsesområde af nævnte primære hukommelse (9a, 9b, 9c) og en kontrolsumværdi af et hukommelsesområde af den sekundære hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) er beregnet og sammenlignet med hinanden.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 4-6, kendetegnet ved, at i tilfælde af en defekt ventil eller en udskiftning af en ventil med en reservedelsventil, nævnte sæt af parametre hentes fra nævnte sekundære hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) af nævnte anden ventil ind i den primære hukommelse (9a, 9b, 9c) af nævnte defekte ventil eller af nævnte reservedelsventil.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge kravene 6 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at en første ventil omfattende en sekundær hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) af en anden ventil undersøger om en anden ventil er til rådighed på samleskinnen (8) og, hvis den ikke er tilgængelig, men en reservedelsventil er til rådighed opdateres den primære hukommelse (9a, 9b, 9c) af nævnte reservedelsventil af den sekundære hukommelse (10a, 10b, 10c) af nævnte første ventil.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 5-8, kendetegnet ved, at nævnte kontrolfase er en startfase.
