Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til reduktion af emulgerbarheden af planteolie i vandige faser, omfattende trinnene: a) at bringe den rå planteolie i kontakt med en sammensætning omfattende en første enzymkomponent omfattende mindst et phospholipid-spaltende enzym og en anden enzymkomponent omfattende mindst et ikke-phospholipid-spal-tende enzym, hvor den anden enzymkomponent er en a-amylase; b) at separere slimstofferne fra planteolien, hvor den rå planteolie før i-kontakt-bringelsen ifølge trin a) bringes i kontakt med vand og/eller syre, der sker dog ingen separering af den vandige fase før trin a), men den forkonditionerede råolie anvendes umiddelbart i trin a).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1, hvor den første enzymkomponent vælges fra gruppen bestående af phospholipase A1, phospholipase A2, phospholipase C, phospholipase B, phospholipase D og acyltransferase.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor phospholipase Ai stammer fra Thermo-myces lanuginosus, Fusarium oxysporium, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus ce-reus, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes, Pseudomonas spezies, svinepankreas eller oksepankreas; og/eller phospholipase A2 uafhængigt stammer fra svinepankreas, oksepankreas, Streptomyces vi-olaceoruber, Naja mossambica, Thermomyces lanuginosus, Fusarium oxysporium, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes eller Pseudomonas spezies; og/eller phospholipase C uafhængigt stammer fra Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes, Thermomyces lanuginosus, Fusarium oxysporium, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus cereus eller Pseudomonas spezies; og/eller phospholipase B uafhængigt stammer fra Thermomyces lanuginosus, Fusarium oxysporium, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes, Pseudomonas spezies, svinepankreas eller oksepankreas.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvor phospholipase Ai stammer fra Thermomyces lanuginosus, Fusarium oxysporium, og/eller phospholipase A2 uafhængigt stammer fra svinepankreas, oksepankreas, Streptomyces viola-ceoruber eller Naja mossambica, og/eller phospholipase C uafhængigt stammer fra Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens eller Listeria monocytogenes.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 -3, hvor alpha-amylasen spalter al-pha(1-4)glykosidiske, alpha(1-2)glykosidiske, alpha(1-6)glykosidiske, beta(1-3)glykosidiske, beta(1-4)glykosidiske og/eller beta(1-6)glykosidiske bindinger.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor alpha-amylasen er en alpha-amylase af Bacillus sp., Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus stearothermophilus, Pseudomonas aeroginosus, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Aspergillus oryzae eller Aspergillus niger.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor forholdet mellem den første enzymkomponents enzymaktivitet og den anden enzymkomponents enzymaktivitet ligger i området fra 0,01 : 6 enheder/g olie til 6 : 0,01 enheder/g olie.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den første og/eller anden enzymkomponent forekommer i understøttet form.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor også den første og/eller anden enzymkomponent separeres fra planteolien samtidig med slimstofferne.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor der i stedet for planteolie anvendes planteolieslim.
