Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et isoleringselement til lyd- og/eller varmeisolering afen bygning, i hvilket for-opskummede polystyrolpartikler under tryk og/eller ved tilførsel af varme i en form sintres til en formstøbt del og den formstøbte del komprimeres i mindst to retninger, fortrinsvis i mindst to ortogonale retninger, hvor den formstøbte del først komprimeres i en første retning og derefter i en yderligere retning, kendetegnet ved at graden af kompression i forskellige kompressionsretninger varieres.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at den formstøbte del komprimeres i tre retninger, fortrinsvis i tre ortogonale retninger.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1 or 2, kendetegnet ved at den formstøbte del komprimeres i mindst to retninger parallelt med to sidekanter af den formstøbte del som skærer hinanden.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den formstøbte del efter mindst delvis afkøling og/eller afspænding tages ud af formen og komprimeres i en presningsanordning.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den formstøbte del komprimeres i en retning med 2 til 20 %, fortrinsvis ved 3 til 15 %, endvidere fortrinsvis ved 4 til 10 %, i forhold til den originale dimension.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den formstøbte del komprimeres ved en kernetemperatur på 20 til 60 °C, fortrinsvis på 20 til 50 °C, yderligere fortrinsvis på 20 til 40 °C.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at den formstøbte del skæres til pladeformede isoleringselementer, hvor et skæreplan fortrinsvis ligger parallelt med en kompressionsretning.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at der anvendes en formmaskine eller en blokform til fremstilling af den formstøbte del.
