Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sektion af en buet rutsjebane (104), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: frembringelse af et design af en kurve af rutsjebane- (104) sektionen omfattende en flerhed af trælag (108) og et bærelag (112), hvilket bærelag (112) omfatter metal, hvilket bærelag (112) endvidere omfatter et tværsnit i alt væsentligt i form af et rektangel, hvilket rektangel omfatter en første side (302), en anden side (308) koblet til den første side (302), en tredje side (304) koblet til den anden side (308) og en fjerde side (306) koblet til den første side (302) og til den tredje side (304), hvor hver side har en i alt væsentligt ensartet tykkelse; for hver af den første side (302), anden side (308), tredje side (304) og fjerde side (306), bestemmelse af en form af siden fladt liggende og opskæring af plant materiale i form af sidens plane form for således at danne siden; og i alt væsentligt uden plastisk deformation, sammenkobling af den første side (302), anden side (308), tredje side (304) og fjerde side (306) for at danne bærelaget (112) i alt væsentligt ifølge designet; dannelse af trælagene (108) i alt væsentligt ifølge designet, og laminering af trælagene (108) for at danne laminatet (108) i alt væsentligt ifølge designet; og samling af laminatet (108) og det dannede bærelag (112) ifølge designet for at danne rutsjebane- (104) sektionens kurve.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trinnet med samling omfatter: placering af en flerhed af bolte (206) gennem laminatet (108) og én af den første side (302), anden side (308), tredje side (304) og fjerde side (306) af bærelaget (112) og skruning af en møtrik på hver bolt (206) for således at sammenfæstne laminatet (108) og den ene side af bærelaget (112).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter trinnet med mindst delvist fyldning af bærelaget (112) med mørtel (212).

Fremgangsmåde til reparation af en buet rutsjebane- (104) sektion omfattende laminat (108) med mindst to lag træ, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: frembringelse af et design af et bærelag (112) i alt væsentligt i rutsjebane- (104) sektionens kurve, hvilket bærelag (112) omfatter metal, hvilket bærelag (112) endvidere omfatter et tværsnit i alt væsentligt i form af et rektangel, hvilket rektangel omfatter en første side (302), en anden side (308) koblet til den første side (302), en tredje side (304) koblet til the anden side (308) og a fjerde side (306) koblet til den første side (302) og to the tredje side (304), hvor hver side har en i alt væsentligt ensartet tykkelse: for hver af den første side (302), anden side (308), tredje side (304) og fjerde side (306), bestemmelse af en form af siden fladt liggende og opskæring af plant materiale i form af sidens plane form for således at danne siden; og i alt væsentligt uden plastisk deformation, sammenkobling af den første side (302), anden side (308), tredje side (304) og fjerde side (306) for at danne bærelaget (112) i alt væsentligt ifølge designet; og samling af det dannede bærelag (112) med den buede rutsjebanesektion omfattende laminat (108).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor laminatet (108) omfatter et tredje lag, idet trinnet med samling omfatter: placering af en flerhed af bolte (206) gennem laminatet (108) og én af den første side (302), anden side (308), tredje side (304) og fjerde side (306) af bærelaget (112), og skruning af en møtrik på hver bolt (206) for således at sammenfæstne laminatet (108) og den ene side af bærelaget (112).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, der endvidere omfatter følgende trin: fjernelse af mindst ét lag fra laminatet (108); og samling af det dannede bærelag (112) sammen med laminatet (108), således at bærelaget (112) i alt væsentligt erstatter det mindst ene fjernede lag.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter trinnet med delvis fyldning af bærelaget (112) med mørtel (212).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bærelaget (112) i alt væsentligt er bredere end laminatet (108).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bærelaget (112) i alt væsentligt er mindst 6,35 cm (2½ tomme) bredere end laminatet (108).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trinnet med samling omfatter anvendelse af epoxy til at klæbe bærelaget (112) og laminatet (108) sammen.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor trinnet med samling af laminatet (108) og bærelaget (112) endvidere omfatter anvendelse af epoxy til at klæbe bærelaget (112) og laminatet (108) sammen.
