Fremgangsmåde til behandling afvand, der omfatter forurenede organiske mikrostoffer, under anvendelse af en energikilde og et tilsætningsstof kendetegnet ved, at energikilden er UV-stråling, og tilsætningsstoffet omfatter permyresyre, hvor det vand, der skal behandles, underkastes UV-stråling under og/eller efter tilsætning af tilsætningsstoffet, der omfatter permyresyre, til vandet, og permyresyren tilsættes vandet i en mængde på 5 til 50 mg/l, hvor de forurenede organiske mikrostoffer er valgt blandt pesticider, farmaceutiske rester, hormoner, brandhæmmende midler, blødgøringsmidler og perfluorerede forbindelser eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til nedbrydning af forurenede mikrostoffer.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor de forurenede organiske mikrostoffer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af atrazin, lindan, carbamazepin, diclofenac, sulfamethoxazol, gemfibrozil, ethenylestradiol, oxybenzon og moskusketon eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor permyresyren tilsættes det vand, der skal underkastes nedbrydning, i en mængde på 10-25 mg/l.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor tilsætningen af permyresyre udføres intermitterende som en øjeblikkelig chokdosering i en mængde på 5 til 50 mg/l.
6. Anvendelse afen energikilde og et tilsætningsstof til behandling afvand til nedbrydning af forurenede mikrostoffer, der er valgt blandt pesticider, farmaceutiske rester, hormoner, brandhæmmende midler, blødgøringsmidler og perfluorerede forbindelser eller en hvilken som helst kombination deraf, i vandet, kendetegnet ved, at energikilden er UV-stråling, og tilsætningsstoffet omfatter permyresyre, og hvor det vand, der skal behandles, underkastes UV-stråling under og/eller efter tilsætning af tilsætningsstoffet, der indeholder permyresyre, til vandet, og permyresyren tilsættes vandet i en mængde på 5 til 50 mg/l.
