Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til overtrækning af en overflade, omfattende trinene - slibning af den overflade (1), der skal overtrækkes, med partikler til dannelse af en slebet overflade, - dannelse og/eller anbringelse af en kompositstruktur på den slebne overflade, idet kompositstrukturen omfatter - et første fibermateriale (2) imprægneret med en første harpiks, - mindst ét fiberbundt (3) imprægneret med en anden harpiks, idet fiberbundtet (3) er anbragt efter et mønster, der danner mellemliggende rum, og i kontakt med det første fibermateriale (2), - partikler (4) af bioaktivt materiale anbragt i de mellemliggende rum i fiberbundtet (3) og anbragt i kontakt med det første fibermateriale, - et andet fibermateriale (5) imprægneret med en tredje harpiks og anbragt i kontakt med fiberbundterne (3) og i det mindste en del af partiklerne (4) af bioaktivt materiale, hvor maskestørrelsen af det andet fibermateriale (5) er mindre end den gennemsnitlige diameter af partiklerne (4) af bioaktivt materiale, - polymerisation af harpikserne i kompositstrukturen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at trinet til anbringelse af kompositstrukturen på den slebne overflade (1) omfatter trinene til - påføring af den første harpiks på den slebne overflade (1) til dannelse af en første harpiksovertrukken overflade, - påføring af det første fibermateriale (2) på den første harpiksovertrukne overflade, - polymerisation af den første harpiks under atmosfæriske betingelser til dannelse af en oxygeninhiberet overflade, - påføring af det i det mindste ene fiberbundt (3) imprægneret med den anden harpiks i overensstemmelse med mønstret på den oxygeninhiberede overflade, - påføring af partikler (4) af bioaktivt materiale på den oxygeninhiberede overflade ind i de mellemliggende rum i fiberbundtet (3), - polymerisation af den anden harpiks til dannelse af en semiovertrukken overflade, - påføring af det andet fibermateriale (5) imprægneret med den tredje harpiks på den semiovertrukne overflade, og - polymerisation af den tredje harpiks i det andet fibermateriale (5) til dannelse af den overtrukne overflade.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at det første fibermateriale (2) imprægneres med den første harpiks inden påføring deraf på den slebne overflade.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at kompositstrukturen dannes særskilt og anbringes på den slebne overflade (1).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at trinet til slibning af den overflade (1), der skal overtrækkes, udføres med partikler indeholdende siliciumdioxid, og ved, at den yderligere omfatter, efter slibning af den overflade (1), der skal overtrækkes, og inden påføringen af kompositstrukturen, trinene - påføring af en opløsning indeholdende et silankoblingsmiddel på den slebne overflade til dannelse af en opløsningsovertrukken overflade, og - polymerisation af opløsningen til dannelse af en silaniseret overflade.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at opløsningen indeholdende et silankoblingsmiddel tillades at hydrolysere inden påføring deraf på den slebne overflade (1).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den anden, tredje og fjerde harpiks er fotopolymeriserbare harpikser valgt fra gruppen bestående af dimethacrylatmonomere.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fibrene anvendt i materialerne (2, 5) og/eller fiberbundtet (3) er glasfibre.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at glasfibrene er fremstillet af en glassammensætning af S-glas, E-glas eller bioaktivt glas.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det bioaktive materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af bioaktivt glas, hydroxyapatit, tricalciumphosphat og blandinger deraf.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at diameteren af fiberbundtet er 0,1-10 mm.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den gennemsnitlige partikelstørrelse af det bioaktive materiale er 10-1000 pm.
13. Overtræk på en overflade, der kan fås ved fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-12.
14. Implantat, der kan fås ved i det mindste delvis overtrækning af dets overflade ved fremgangsmåden ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-12.
15. Implantat ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at implantatet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af hofteproteser, acetabulare skåle, knæproteser, intramedullære søm, frakturfikseringsplader og tandimplantater.
