Claims (17)
1. Fremgangsmåde til måling af udåndingsluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC) hos en bruger, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: - modtagelse af en strømning af en udåndingsluftprøve fra brugeren, - måling af det øjeblikkelige tryk i strømningen af udåndingsluftprøven, - registrering af udåndingstiden for udåndingsluftprøven, - fremføring af udåndingsluftprøven til en brændselscellesensor (6), og - beregning af udåndingsluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC) baseret på et udgangssignal (FCout) fra brændselscellesensoren (6), - beregning af udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb) baseret på det målte tryk, kendetegnet ved: - kontinuerlig opdatering af udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb) og udånding sluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC) ved at integrere det målte øjeblikkelige tryk og brændselscelleudgangssignalet (CCout) over tid, uanset udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb), - beregning af strømningshastigheden (Q) for udåndingluftprøven baseret på udåndingluftprøvens volumen (Vid °g den registrerede udåndingstid, og udførelse, når brugeren stopper med at blæse, af følgende trin før beregning af den endelige udåndingsluftalkoholkoncentration (BrAC): - kompensation af brændselscelleudgangssignalet (CCout) under anvendelse af et gemt kalibrering s volumen (Vcai) for at opnå et volumenkompenseret brændselscelleudgangssignal (FCycomp), - kompensation af det volumenkompenserede brændselscelleudgangssignal (ACvcomp) for at opnå et strømningshastighedskompenseret brændselscelleudgangssignal (FCQComp) under anvendelse af en gemt strømningshastighedsjusteringsfaktor (Qf), som svarer til den beregnede strømningshastighed (Q).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, som yderligere omfatter følgende trin: - måling af temperaturen (7), og - kompensation af det kompenserede brændselscelleudgangssignal under anvendelse en gemt temperaturjusteringsfaktor (Tf), som svarer til den målte temperatur.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som yderligere omfatter følgende trin, hvis der ikke er foretaget målinger i et forudbestemt tidsrum: - udførelse af en kalibrering ved at foretage en måling af en prøve med forudbestemt mængde og koncentration, - gentagelse af kalibreringstrinnet mindst én gang, og - lagring af gennemsnitsværdien af brændselscelleudgangssignalet (FCout) som kalibreringsvolumenet (Vcai).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som yderligere omfatter følgende trin: - bestemmelse af blodalkoholkoncentrationen (BAC) baseret på udånding sluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, som yderligere omfatter følgende trin: - visning af den resulterende blodalkoholkoncentration (BAC).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nævnte volumenkompensation udføres under anvendelse af formlen:
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som yderligere omfatter følgende trin: - forebyggelse af opstart af et køretøj, hvis den beregnede udåndingsluftalkoholkoncentration (BrAC) overstiger en forudbestemt tærskelværdi.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor trykket måles ved hjælp af en trykbaseret tryksensor (5), fortrinsvis en venturimåler eller måleblænde i kombination med en tryksensor.
9. Apparat til måling af udåndingsluftalkoholkoncentration (BrAC), hvilket apparat omfatter: - midler (2) til modtagelse af en brugers udåndingsluftprøve, - middel (5) til måling af det øjeblikkelige tryk af udåndingsluftprøvens strømning, - midler til registrering af udåndingsluftprøvens udåndingstid, - en brændselscellesensor (6), og - en mikrocontroller (7), der er indrettet til at: - beregne udåndingsluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC) baseret på et udgangssignal (FCout) fra brændselscellesensoren, - beregne udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb) baseret på det målte tryk, kendetegnet ved, at mikrocontrolleren (7) yderligere er indrettet til at: - kontinuerligt opdatere udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb) og udånding sluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC) ved at integrere det målte øjeblikkelige tryk og brændselscelleudgangssignalet (FCnul) over tid, uanset udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb), og - beregne strømningshastigheden (Q) for udåndingsluftprøven baseret på udåndingsluftprøvens volumen (Vb) og den registrerede udåndingstid, - udføre en volumenkompensation på brændselscelleudgangssignalet (FCout) for at opnå et volumenkompenseret brændselscelleudgangssignal (CCvcomp) under anvendelse af et gemt kalibrering s volumen (Vcai), - udføre en strømningshastighedskompensation på det volumenkompenserede brændselscelleudgangssignal (FCycomp) for at opnå et strømningshastighedskompenseret brændselscelleudgangssignal (CCQCOmp) under anvendelse af en gemt strømningshastighedsjusteringsfaktor (Qf), som svarer til den beregnede strømningshastighed (Q).
10. Apparat ifølge krav 9, som yderligere omfatter midler til måling af temperaturen (7), og hvor mikrocontrolleren (7) yderligere er indrettet til at: - kompensere det kompenserede brændselscelleudgangssignal under anvendelse af en gemt temperaturjusteringsfaktor (Ti), som svarer til den målte temperatur (7).
11. Apparat ifølge krav 9 eller 10, som er indrettet til at blive kalibreret ved at foretage en måling af en prøve med forudbestemt volumen og koncentration mindst to gange, hvis der ikke er foretaget målinger i et forudbestemt tidsrum, og hvor mikrocontrolleren (7) yderligere er indrettet til at: - opbevare gennemsnitsværdien af brændselscelleudgangssignalet (FCout) som kalibreringsvolumenet (Vcai).
12. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-11, hvor mikrocontrolleren (7) yderligere er indrettet til at bestemme blodalkoholkoncentrationen (BAC), baseret på udånding sluftalkoholkoncentrationen (BrAC).
13. Apparat ifølge krav 12, hvor apparatet yderligere omfatter visningsmidler til visning af den resulterende blodalkoholkoncentration (BAC).
14. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-13, hvor nævnte volumenkompensation udføres under anvendelse af formlen:
15. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-14, hvor midlet til måling af trykket omfatter en trykbaseret tryksensor (5), fortrinsvis en venturimåler eller måleblænde i kombination med en tryksensor.
16. Udåndingsluftalkohollåseindretning, som omfatter et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-15.
17. Køretøj, som omfatter en udåndingsluftalkohollåseindretning ifølge krav 16.
