Claims (12)
1. Vindenergianlæg (10) med mindst et pitchindstillingssystem (40) til indstilling af pitchen af mindst en rotorvinge (11) af vindenergianlægget (10), hvor pitchindstillingssystemet (40) har mindst et elektrohydraulisk drev med mindst en hydraulikcylinder (41), mindst en hydraulikakkumulator, mindst en indstillingsventil, mindst en elektromotor-pumpeenhed (100, 104) og mindst en styreenhed, ved hvilket i det mindste de hydrauliske konstruktionsdele, inklusive den mindst ene hydraulikcylinder (41) og den mindst ene hydraulikakkumulator (118), er sammenfattet i en indretning og er anbragt i rotoren eller på rotoren af vindenergianlægget (10), kendetegnet ved, at det elektrohydrauliske drev med henblik på generering af et tryk har mindst en ikke-reguleret elektromotor (100), der kun drejer i en drejeretning.
2. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at hydraulikcylinderen (41) af det elektrohydrauliske drev har en låsning på en sådan måde, at mindst en låsebolt (128) griber ind i mindst en fordybning i stempelstangen (124).
3. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene låsebolt (128) er forsynet med et positionsregistreringssystem til registrering af dens placering.
4. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at mekanismen til frigørelse af låsningen er direkte sammenkoblet med trykket af en hydraulikakkumulator (118) således, at frigørelsen af låsningen først sker, når hydraulikakkumulatoren (118) er opladet til et på forhånd angivet tryk.
5. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at der til indstilling af forskellige indstillingshastigheder er tilvejebragt mindst to pumper (102, 104), som drives af en motor (100), og som kan til- og frakobles via omskiftelige bypassventiler.
6. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene yderligere pumpe (104) først tilkobles, når den påtrykte ydre belastning ligger under en på forhånd angivet tærskelværdi.
7. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 1-6, kendetegnet ved, at et cylinderkammer er forbundet med pumpen, når indstillingscylinderen (41) kører, mens det andet cylinderkammer er forbundet med reservoiret.
8. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 1-7, kendetegnet ved, at mindst en akkumulator (118) til at køre den mindst ene vinge (11) ind i en sikker stilling er opladet til et tryk, der er øget i forhold til hydrauliksystemets trykniveau.
9. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 1-8, kendetegnet ved, at alle hydrauliske konstruktionsdele af den elektrohydrauliske aktuator er anbragt på en central ventilplade eller i det mindste er hydraulisk forbundet med hinanden via denne.
10. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 1-9, kendetegnet ved, at både elektromotoren (100) og hydraulikpumpen (102, 104) er indbygget i den forspændte tank af hydraulikakkumulatoren (118).
11. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af kravene 1-10, kendetegnet ved, at der på den elektrohydrauliske aktuator på bundsiden er udformet et yderligere støtteleje med en lille stivhed på en sådan måde, at aksialkræfterne af aktua-torens hydraulikcylinder (41) ledes via hovedlejet ind i navstrukturen hvor det yderligere støtteleje kun optager de komponenter af vægt- og/eller massekræfterne, som frembringer et drejningsmoment omkring hydraulikcylinderens akse (41).
12. Vindenergianlæg (10) ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at vindenergianlægget (10) har mindst to rotorvinger (11), som er anbragt på rotoren, og/eller at der til hver sin rotorvinge (11) er tilknyttet en hydraulisk indstillingsenhed.
