Claims (23)

1. Ensrettet forstærkning til fremstilling af fiberforstærkede kompositter ved enten en harpikssprøjtestøbningsproces eller en vakuuminfusionsstøbeproces, hvilken ensrettede forstærkning (2, 4, 34) omfatter kontinuerlige ensrettede fiberbundter, der er arrangeret i en langsgående retning af forstærkningen og bundet til hinanden af et termoplastisk og/eller termohærdende bindemiddel, hvilken forstærkning (34) har en øvre overflade og en nedre overflade og forsynet med midler til at fremme imprægnering af forstærkningen (2, 4, 34), når en stak af forstærkninger (2, 4, 34) gennemtrænges af harpiks i en retning på tværs af retningen af de ensrettede fiberbundter, hvor midlerne til at fremme imprægnering er tynde, diskrete midler (6) til dannelse af strømningspassager for harpiksen er arrangeret på tværs af de ensrettede fiberbundter, hvilke tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) har, under kompression, en diameter eller Z-retningstykkelse på 70 300 ym, og danner til siderne deraf tværgående strømningspassager (10), der strækker sig fra en langsgående kant af den ensrettede forstærkning (2, 4, 34) til den modsatte langsgående kant deraf, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) har, under kompression, et aspektforhold på mindre end 2.
2. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er arrangeret vinkelret på retningen af de ensrettede fiberbundter eller deres retning afviger højst 45 grader derfra.
3. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at forstærkningen (2, 4, 34) er dannet af to eller flere lag af fiberbundter og at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er anbragt mellem mindst to lag fiberbundter eller kun på de øverste og/eller nederste overflader af den ensrettede forstærkning (2, 4, 34).
4. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er anbragt på mindst en af den øvre overflade og bundfladen af den ensrettede forstærkning (2, 4, 34) .
5. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er bundet til fiberbundterne ved hjælp af det samme bindemiddel som fiberbundter er bundet til hinanden, eller at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er tokomponent eller andre strømningspassagedannende midler, der har et ydre lag, som omfatter et bindemiddel, der anvendes til binding af de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler til fiberbundterne, eller yderligere bindemiddel påføres på fiberbundterne og/eller på den de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler til at binde de tynde, diskrete strømningspassagedannende midler til fiberbundterne.
6. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er parallelle og anbragt med en afstand på 2-50 mm på den ensrettede forstærkning (2, 4, 34) .
7. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er enten enkelt-monofilamenter eller er dannet af få monofilamenter, der er bundet til hinanden.
8. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) har en forlængelse ved brud, der er højere end den for den omgivende matrix i slutproduktet.
9. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) har en diameter eller Z-retningstykkelse på 100-200 pm.
10. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fiberbundterne er enten syntetiske eller naturlige fibre, dvs. fibre som glas, carbon, aramid, basalt, kenaf, sisal, hør, hamp, jute og linned eller enhver kombination deraf.
11. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det termoplastiske og/eller termohærdende bindemiddel er i form af et tørt pulver, dispersion eller opløsning eller opvarmes for at gøre det lavviskos.
12. Ensrettet forstærkning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) har, under kompression, et aspektforhold på mindre end 1,5.
13. Præform, der omfatter mindst to forstærkninger ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-12.
14. Laminat, der omfatter præformen ifølge krav 13.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en ensrettet forstærkning til fremstilling af fiberforstærkede kompositter ved harpikssprøjtestøbningsproces eller vakuuminfusionsstøbeprocesser, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: a) udlægning af kontinuerlige fiberbundter ensrettet side om side i et lag til dannelse af en ensrettet bane (20), b) påføring (24) af termoplastisk og/eller termohærdende bindemiddel på banen (20), c) aktivering af bindemidlet til binding af fiberbundterne sammen for at danne en ensrettet forstærkning (34), og d) dannelse af strømningspassager for harpiks i en retning på tværs af retningen af de ensrettede fiberbundter ved at udlægge (26) tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6), der har, under kompression, et aspektforhold på mindre end 2 og en diameter eller Z-retningstykkelse på 70 - 300 gm på de kontinuerlige, ensrettede fiberbundter enten før eller efter trin c) .
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 15, hvor de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassage-dannende midler (6) er tilvejebragt med et ydre lag, der omfatter et bindemiddel, eller de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) er tokomponentdannende midler, og de dannende midler er bundet på de kontinuerlige fiberbundter ved at aktivere bindemidlet enten i trin (c) eller i et særskilt trin efter (d).
17. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 15, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udlægning af tynde, diskrete strømningspassagedannende midler (6) efter trin (c) og at binde de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) til fiberbundterne ved at genaktivere bindemidlet.
18. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 15, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udlægning af de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) efter trin (c) og binding af de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) til fiberbundterne ved at aktivere yderligere bindemiddel.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17 eller 18, omfattende et trin til rulning af den ensrettede forstærkning efter limning af fiberbundterne sammen til at danne en ensrettet forstærkning, udrulning af den ensrettede forstærkning og derefter udlægning af de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler på forstærkningen og limning dertil.
20. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 15, hvor aktiveringen af bindemiddel omfatter smeltning af bindemidlet, sprøjtning af opløsningsmiddel og/eller fordampning af opløsningsmiddel fra bindemidlet.
21. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en præform omfattende trinnene til fremstilling af en ensrettet forstærkning ifølge krav 15, yderligere omfattende trinnet: udlægning af mindst to forstærkninger oven på hinanden, således at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassagedannende midler (6) af en første forstærkning vender mod en anden forstærkning, der ligger under eller over den første forstærkning til fremstilling af præformen.
22. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåden ifølge krav 21, omfattende placering af forstærkninger i præformen, således at fiberbundterne af en første forstærkning er arrangeret ved en vinkel med fiberbundterne af en anden forstærkning.
23. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et laminat indbefattende trinene til fremstilling af en ensrettet forstærkning ifølge krav 15, yderligere omfattende følgende trin: a) udlægning af mindst to forstærkninger oven på hinanden i formen til dannelse af en præform, således at de tynde, diskrete, strømningspassage-dannende midler (6) af en første forstærkning vender mod den anden forstærkning, der ligger over den første forstærkning, eller udlægning af en ensrettet forstærkning i formen, b) placering af et dæksel på den ene eller de flere forstærkninger, c) lukning af formen, d) tilvejebringelse af en trykforskel til evakuering af luft fra formen og til imprægnering af forstærkningerne med harpiks til fremstilling af laminatet.
