Claims (6)
1. Ernæringssammensætning omfattende en kulhydratkomponent i en mængde på fra 5,0 vægt-% til 65 vægt-%, en fedtstofkomponent i en mængde på fra 1,0 vægt-% til 20 vægt-%, og en proteinkomponent i en mængde på fra 1,0 vægt-% til 20 vægt-%, hvor disse procenter er baseret på vægten af ernæringssammensætningen som helhed, hvori proteinkomponenten omfatter (i) 10 til 60 vægt-% mælkeprotein, (ii) mindst 5 vægt-% intakt protein fra brune ris, (iii) 10 til 25 vægt-% intakt ærteprotein, og (iv) en proteinrest omfattende intakt sojaprotein, hvor disse procenter er baseret på det samlede proteinindhold, hvori de kombinerede mængder af intakt protein fra brune ris (ii) plus proteinresten (iv) omfatter 40 til 80% af det samlede proteinindhold.
2. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori mindst 55 vægt-% af proteinresten er sammensat af intakt sojaprotein.
3. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge krav 2, hvori mindst 70 vægt-% af proteinresten er sammensat af intakt sojaprotein.
4. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge ethvert af kravene 2 eller 3, hvori proteinkomponenten omfatter 10 vægt-% til 75 vægt-% intakt protein fra brune ris og 10 til 15 vægt-% intakt ærteprotein.
5. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge krav 2, hvori forholdet mellem valleprotein og kasein i ernæringssammensætningen er 0,375:1 eller mindre.
6. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge krav 5, hvori mindst 80 vægt-% af mælkeproteinet i ernæringssammensætningen er tilført i form af et naturligt mælkeproteinkoncentrat (MPC) indeholdende 70 til 90 vægt-% mælkeproteiner og et valleprotein/kaseinprotein forhold mellem 10:90 og 30:70. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge ethvert af kravene 2, 3, 5 eller 6, hvori ernæringssammensætningens proteinindhold omfatter (a) 15 til 30 vægt-% mælkeprotein, (b) 10 til 70 vægt-% intakt protein fra brune ris, (c) 12 til 20 vægt-% intakt ærteprotein, og (d) 40 til 63 vægt-% intakt sojaprotein. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge krav 7, hvori ernæringssammensætningens proteinindhold omfatter (a) 20 til 30 vægt-% mælkeprotein, (b) 10 til 20 vægt-% intakt protein fra brune ris, (c) 12 til 20 vægt-% intakt ærteprotein, og (d) 40 til 58 vægt-% intakt sojaprotein. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, hvori ernæringssammensætningen udviser en kornfaktor på <2. Ernæringssammensætning ifølge ethvert af kravene 2, 3, 5, 6 eller 9, hvori ærteproteinet i ernæringssammensætningen er tilført i form af et ærteproteinkoncentrat (PPC) indeholdende 78 til 90 vægt-% ærteprotein, sojaproteinet i ernæringssammensætningen er tilført i form af et koncentreret sojaproteinprodukt (CSPP) indeholdende 60 til 90 vægt-% sojaprotein.
