Claims (13)
1. Bærbart elektronisk rygesystem omfattende genopladelige primære (100) og sekundære indretninger (102), idet den sekundære indretning (102) er en elektrisk opvarmet tobaksindretning, idet den sekundære indretning omfatter en opvarmer (134) konfigureret til at opvarme et aerosoldannende substrat, idet den primære indretning (100) omfatter et hus (116), idet den sekundære indretning er konfigureret til at blive modtaget inden i huset på den primære indretning under en genopladningscyklus, idet den primære indretning har et første batteri (106), og den sekundære indretning har et andet batteri (126), hvor kapaciteten af det første batteri (106) er mellem fem og fyrre gange kapaciteten af det andet batteri (126), og hvor de primære og sekundære indretninger er konfigureret til at genoplade det andet batteri (126) fra det første batteri (106), hvor den primære indretning omfatter: et par output-terminaler (110) til forbindelse med det andet batteri; en jævnstrømseffektkilde (106;) en spændingsregulator forbundet mellem jævnstrømseffektkilden (106) og med output-terminalerne til at styre en opladningsspænding; og en mikroprocessor (340) forbundet med spændingsregulatoren og med outputterminalerne, hvor den primære indretning (100) og det andet batteri (126) er konfigureret til at blive forbundet og til at danne et opladningskredsløb, og hvor mikroprocessoren er konfigureret til: at styre spændingsregulatoren til at levere en første opladningsspænding; og kun efter den første opladningsspænding har nået et forudbestemt maksimalt opladningsspændingsniveau af det andet batteri (126), at bestemme en intern modstand i opladningskredsløbet ved at måle strømmen i opladningskredsløbet ved den første opladningsspænding og ved en anden opladningsspænding, hvor den anden opladningsspænding er lavere end den første opladningsspænding; og at begrænse den første opladningsspænding leveret af spændingsregulatoren til en maksimal første opladningsspænding baseret på den bestemte interne modstand og det forudbestemte maksimale opladningsspændingsniveau i det andet batteri.
2. Bærbart elektronisk rygesystem ifølge krav 1 hvor mikroprocessoren (340) er konfigureret til: at beregne den maksimale opladningsspænding baseret på den bestemte interne modstand og det forudbestemte maksimale opladningsspændingsniveau i det andet batteri; og at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding for at bevare en forudbestemt opladningsstrøm indtil den første opladningsspænding når det maksimale opladningsspændingsniveau i det andet batteri, derefter at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding til et niveau på eller under den maksimale første opladningsspænding, og derefter periodisk eller kontinuerligt at genberegne den maksimale første opladningsspænding og at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding for at bevare den på et niveau, der er på eller under den genberegnede maksimale første opladningsspænding.
3. Bærbart elektronisk rygesystem ifølge krav 1 eller 2 hvor mikroprocessoren (340) er konfigureret til at bestemme den anden opladningsspænding ved at reducere spændingen fra den første opladningsspænding med en forudbestemt spændingsforskel.
4. Bærbart elektronisk rygesystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav hvor mikroprocessoren (340) er konfigureret til at genberegne den interne modstand periodisk.
5. Elektronisk rygesystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav hvor det andet batteri (126) har en diameter på 10 mm og en længde på 37 mm.

Fremgangsmåde til opladning af et andet batteri (126) i en sekundær elektrisk opvarmet tobaksindretning (102) fra et første batteri (106) i en primær indretning (100) omfattende et hus (116) og omfattende en opvarmer (134) konfigureret til at opvarme et aerosoldannende substrat, idet de primære og sekundære indretninger danner et bærbart elektronisk rygesystem, idet den primære indretning har et første batteri (106), og den sekundære indretning har et andet batteri (126), hvor kapaciteten af det første batteri (106) er mellem fem og fyrre gange kapaciteten af det andet batteri (126), og hvor de primære og sekundære indretninger er konfigureret til at genoplade det andet batteri (126) fra det første batteri (106), idet fremgangsmåden omfatter: at forbinde det sekundære batteri med den primære indretning, idet den primære indretning har en justerbar spændingskilde (320) til at danne et opladningskredsløb; at styre en første spænding leveret af spændingskilden for at tilvejebringe en forudbestemt opladningsstrøm til det andet batteri; at bestemme en intern modstand i opladningskredsløbet ved at måle strømmen i opladningskredsløbet ved den første opladningsspænding og ved den anden opladningsspænding, hvor den anden opladningsspænding er lavere end den første opladningsspænding; at beregne en maksimal første opladningsspænding baseret på den bestemte interne modstand og et forudbestemt maksimalt opladningsspændingsniveau i det sekundære batteri; og at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding for at bevare en forudbestemt opladningsstrøm indtil den første opladningsspænding når det forudbestemte maksimale opladningsspændingsniveau i det sekundære batteri, og derefter at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding for at bevare den på et niveau på eller under den maksimale første opladningsspænding, hvor trinnene at bestemme den interne modstand og at beregne den maksimale første opladningsspænding kun udføres efter den første opladningsspænding har nået det forudbestemte maksimale opladningsspændingsniveau i det andet batteri.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 hvor den anden spænding har en forudbestemt spændingsforskel fra den første opladningsspænding.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7 hvor trinnene at beregne den maksimale første opladningsspænding og at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding for at bevare den på et niveau på eller under den maksimale første opladningsspænding udføres flere gange under en enkelt opladningscyklus.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7 hvor trinnene at beregne den maksimale første opladningsspænding og at tilpasse den første opladningsspænding for at bevare den på et niveau på eller under den maksimale første opladningsspænding udføres kontinuerligt efter den første opladningsspænding når den maksimale første opladningsspænding under en enkelt opladningscyklus.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 9 hvor trinnet at bestemme den interne modstand udføres periodisk.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 10 endvidere omfattende trinnet at returnere den sekundære indretning til den primære indretning for at genoplade det andet batteri efter en enkelt rygeperiode.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 11 hvor den enkelte rygeperiode varer 7 minutter.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 12 endvidere omfattende trinnet at genoplade det andet batteri i mindre end 6 minutter.
