Claims (9)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein omfattende forarbejdning afen valleproteinopløsning ved gentagelse af følgende trin (1) og (2) 2 gange eller derover kontinuerligt i en tryktype-homogenisator: (1) et behandlingstrin af valleproteinopløsningen undertryk ved 50 MPa eller derover og ved opvarmning til 85 til 100°C; og, (2) et dekomprimeringstrin til 0,05 til 0,5 MPa efter behandlingstrinnet (1) og opretholde valleproteinopløsningen ved 0,05 til 0,5 MPa i området af opvarmningstemperaturen af trin (1) ±10°C, hvor behandlingstidsperioden efter dekomprimeringen i trin (2) er 1,34 minutter eller derunder.
2. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge krav 1, hvor valleproteinopløsningen har en pH fra 5.5 til 7.5.
3. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor behandlingen i trin (1) udføres i 3 sekunder eller derunder.
4. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor behandlingen i trin (1) under tryk udføres ved 75 MPa eller derover.
5. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor opvarmningsbehandlingen i trin (1) udføres ved 90 til 95°C.
6. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor opretholdelsestemperaturen i trin (2) er temperaturen i området af opvarmningstemperaturen af trin (1) ±5°C.
7. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge krav 6, hvor opretholdelsestemperaturen i trin (2) er 85 til 100°C.
8. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor behandlingstidsperioden efter dekomprimeringen i trin (2) er 0,67 minutter eller derunder.
9. Fremgangsmåden til fremstilling af denatureret valleprotein ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor trinnene (1) og (2) gentages 2 gange eller derover og 5 gange eller derunder kontinuerligt.
