Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmåde til forbedring af kompatibiliteten af en vandig herbicidopløsning, der indeholder et vandopløseligt salt af en aryloxyalkansyre; en eller flere uorganiske kationer, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af NH4+, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+, Mn2+ og Zn2+ eller en eller flere organoammonium-kationer, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af monomethylammonium, iso-propylammonium, butylammonium, dimethylammonium, diethylammonium, tri-ethylammonium, monoethanolammonium, diethanolammonium, dimethy-lethylammonium, diethylethanolammonium, triethanolammonium, triisopro-panolammonium, tetramethylammonium, tetraethylammonium og N, N, N-trimethylethanolammonium (cholin) og kationer der er fremstillet af dimethyla-minopropylamin og diethylentriamin eller blandinger deraf; og eventuelt < 16 % af en eller flere gødninger, ved at forebygge eller hæmme krystalliseringen eller udfældningen af faste stoffer ved en pH-værdi på mindre end 6,5, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at tilsætte til den vandige herbicidopløsning en eller flere polymere krystallisationsinhibitorer, der er fremstillet ved copolymerisation af to monomerer som indbefatter en monomer A og en monomer B og eventuelt en monomer C, der tilvejebringer delene A, B og C som vist i strukturen I

2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor aryloxyalkansyren er 2,4-D, 2,4-DB, dichlorprop, mecoprop, MCPA eller MCPB.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor Rhy er en lineær arylgruppe, fortrinsvis naphthyl, ethoxyleret naphthyl, phenyl, ethoxyleret phenyl, benzyl eller ethoxyleret benzyl.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor den ene eller de nævnte flere gødninger er ammoniumsulfat.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor den vandige herbicidopløsning er et koncentrat eller et præmixkoncentrat, fortrinsvis et koncentrat, der indeholder vandopløselige salte af 2,4-D eller 2,4-D og glyphosat, hvilket vandigt herbicidkoncentrat eller præmixkoncentrat omfatter, hvad angår den samlede sammensætning, fra 0,05 til 10 vægt-% af den ene eller de nævnte flere af de polymere krystallisationsinhibitorer og fra 20 til 60 vægt-% på en syreækvivalent basis af det vandopløselige salt af en aryloxyalkansyre og det vandopløselige salt af glyphosat; eller hvilken vandige herbicidopløsning er en sprayopløsning.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor den polymere krystallisationsinhibitor er en copolymer, der indeholder polyacrylatgrupper, polymethacrylatgrupper eller polymaleatgrupper eller blandinger deraf, hvor de copolymerholdige polyacrylatgrupper fortrinsvis omfatter hydrofobt modificerede grupper der er afledt fra polymerisationen af en acrylatmonomer og en styren eller substitueret styrenmonomer; og/eller hvor polymerkrystallisationsinhibitoren er i form af et salt, hvilket salt fortrinsvis er et organisk aminsalt eller et uorganisk alkalisk salt eller indeholder en or-ganoammoniumkation, som er valgt blandt monomethylammonium, isopro-pylammonium, butylammonium, dimethylammonium, diethylammonium, tri-ethylammonium, monoethanolammonium, diethanolammonium, dimethy-lethylammonium, diethylethanolammonium, triethanolammonium, triisopro-panolammonium, tetramethylammonium, tetraethylammonium og Ν,Ν,Ν-trimethylethanolammonium (cholin) og kationer fremstillet af dimethylaminopro-pylamin og diethylentriamin eller blandinger deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor den polymere krystallisationsinhibitor omfatter 5 til 80 mol-% A og 0 til 25 mol-% C, mens resten er B.
8. Vandig herbicidopløsning med forbedret kompatibilitet ved en pH-værdi på mindre end 6,5, der omfatter et vandopløseligt salt af en aryloxyalkansyre; en eller flere uorganiske kationer, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af NHY, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+, Mn2+ og Zn2+ eller en eller flere or-ganoammoniumkationer, som er valgt fra gruppen, der består af monomethylammonium, isopropylammonium, butylammonium, dimethylammonium, diethylammonium, triethylammonium, monoethanolammonium, diethanolammonium, dimethylethylammonium, diethylethanolammonium, triethanolammonium, triisopropanolammonium, tetramethylammonium, tetraethylammonium og Ν,Ν,Ν-trimethylethanolammonium (cholin) og kationer der er fremstillet af dimethylaminopropylamin og diethylentriamin eller blandinger deraf; eventuelt < 16 % afen eller flere gødninger; og en eller flere polymere krystallisationsinhibitorer der er fremstillet ved copolymerisation af to monomerer som indbefatter en monomer A og en monomer B og eventuelt en monomer C, der tilvejebringer delene A, B og C som vist i struktur I

13. Vandig herbicidopløsning eller tør herbicidsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8-12, hvor den ene eller de nævnte flere gødningsstoffer er ammoniumsulfat.
14. Vandig herbicidopløsning eller tør herbicidsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8-13, hvor den polymere krystallisationsinhibitor er en copolymer, der indeholder polyacrylatgrupper, polymethacrylatgrupper eller polymaleatgrupper eller blandinger deraf, hvor de copolymerholdige polyacrylatgrupper omfatter fortrinsvis hydrofobt modificerede grupper der er afledt ved at polymerisere en acrylatmonomer og en styren eller substitueret styrenmono-mer; og/eller hvor polymerkrystallisationsinhibitoren er i form af et salt, hvilket salt fortrinsvis er et organisk aminsalt eller et uorganisk alkalisk salt eller indeholder en or-ganoammoniumkation, som er valgt blandt monomethylammonium, isopro-pylammonium, butylammonium, dimethylammonium, diethylammonium, tri-ethylammonium, monoethanolammonium, diethanolammonium, dimethy-lethylammonium, diethylethanolammonium, triethanolammonium, triisopro-panolammonium, tetramethylammonium, tetraethylammonium og Ν,Ν,Ν-trimethylethanolammonium (cholin) og kationer der er fremstillet af dimethyla-minopropylamin og diethylentriamin eller blandinger deraf.
