Claims (15)

1. Trådløst sensorsystem (10) til monitorering af individuelt forbrug af en eller flere forsyningstyper såsom el, vand eller varmeenergi i et lejlighedskompleksområde, hvilket sensorsystem omfatter mindst én trådløs sensorenhed (11), der er anbragt med henblik på at måle forbruget af en bestemt forsyningstype og er programmeret til at transmittere målte data via radio med bestemte tidsintervaller, mindst én central enhed (12), der er forbundet med Internettet og er programmeret til at modtage sensordata via radio, en database (20), der er hostet på en ekstern server, hvor nævnte mindst ene centrale enhed (12) også er programmeret til med bestemte tidsintervaller at uploade de modtagne sensordata til databasen (20), og et internetbaseret klientprogram (30), der giver adgang til databasen (20) efter et opkald til nævnte server og derefter viser de data, der hentes fra databasen (20), via en brugerflade, kendetegnet ved, at databasen (20) er konfigureret til at gruppere modtagne sensordata i to eller flere moduler, idet hvert modul er tilknyttet sensordata for en bestemt forsyningstype, der stammer fra samme boligenhed, nævnte database (20) lagrer oplysninger om, hvorvidt et bestemt modul er aktivt eller ej, og hvor klientprogrammet (30) er konfigureret til at vise en eller flere af nævnte moduler, hvorved svaret på opkaldet til nævnte server styrer, hvilke moduler der vises til brugeren, således at der kun vises data for de moduler, der er aktive.
2. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 1, hvor den centrale enhed (12) er forbundet med Internettet enten direkte via en eksisterende internetforbindelse af lejlighedskompleksområdet eller via et mobilt netværk såsom GSM, 3G eller 4G.
3. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor databasen (20) endvidere er konfigureret til at lagre en eller flere omregningsfaktorer, idet hver omregningsfaktor bestemmes med henblik på at konvertere målt forbrug af en bestemt forsyningstype til en pris.
4. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 3, hvor klientprogrammet (30) er konfigureret til at vise prisen for det målte forbrug.
5. Sensorsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor databasen (20) endvidere er konfigureret til at lagre historiksensordata, og hvor klientprogrammet (30) er programmeret til at modtage og vise historiksensordataene som en sammenligning med de nye sensordata.
6. Sensorsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den centrale enhed (12) er konfigureret til at lagre sensordata, der modtages fra den ene eller de flere sensorenheder (11) i løbet af et bestemt tidsinterval, og til at uploade de indsamlede sensordata til databasen (20) på et samlet tidspunkt.
7. Sensorsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den hyppighed, med hvilken sensorenheden (11) transmitterer målte sensordata, er højere end den hyppighed, med hvilken den centrale enhed (12) uploader de modtagne sensordata til databasen (20).
8. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 7, hvor den hyppighed, med hvilken sensorenheden (11) transmitterer målte sensordata til den centrale enhed (12), er 3-20 gange i timen, og hvor den hyppighed, med hvilken den centrale enhed (12) uploader de modtagne sensordata til databasen (20), er 0,5-2 gange i timen.
9. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 8, hvor den hyppighed, med hvilken den centrale enhed (12) uploader de modtagne sensordata til databasen (20), er programmeret til at variere i løbet af dagen, således at der anvendes en højere hyppighed i perioder, hvor forbruget forventes at være forøget.
10. Sensorsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mindst én sensorenhed (11) omfatter en M-Bus-radio, og hvor sensorsystemet endvidere omfatter en eller flere routere, der er konfigureret til at modtage trådløse M-Bus-baserede telegrammer fra eksisterende sensorenheder, til at konvertere de trådløse M-Bus-baserede telegrammer til Zigbee-baserede telegrammer og til at transmittere de konverterede telegrammer til den centrale enhed, og hvor den centrale enhed er konfigureret til at modtage et Zigbee-baseret telegram og til at konvertere det Zigbee-baserede telegram til et trådløst M-Bus-telegram.
11. Sensorsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sensordata, der vedrører en specifik forbrugstype, krypteres i databasen (20).
12. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 11, hvor de sensordata, der vedrører forbrugt koldt vand, krypteres i databasen (20).
13. Sensorsystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den centrale enhed (12) er programmeret til at tilvejebringe en alarm til databasen (20) eller direkte til en bruger eller sensorsystemoperatør, hvis et eller flere sensordata, der modtages af den centrale enhed (12), ligger over eller under et forudbestemt tærskelværdiinterval, eller hvis stigningshastigheden for et eller flere sensordata, der modtages af den centrale enhed (12), ligger over eller under et forudbestemt tærskelværdi interval.
14. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 13, der endvidere omfatter yderligere sensorenheder (11), som er konfigureret til at måle et eller flere forhold i lejlighedskompleksområdet, og hvor den centrale enhed (12) er programmeret til at tilvejebringe en alarm til databasen (20) eller direkte til en bruger eller sensorsystemoperatør, hvis et eller flere sensordata, der svarer til nævnte forhold, ligger over eller under et forudbestemt tærskelværdi interval.
15. Sensorsystem ifølge krav 13 eller 14, hvor nævnte alarm tilvejebringes, hvis: i) sensordata, der repræsenterer forbruget af koldt vand, stiger for hurtigt, hvilket indikerer en vandlækage, og/eller ii) sensordata, der repræsenterer forbruget af varmt vand, stiger for hurtigt, hvilket indikerer en vandlækage, og/eller iii) sensordata, der repræsenterer den forbrugte varmeenergi, ligger under en forudbestemt tærskelværdi, hvilket indikerer en fejl i varmeenergiforsyningen, og/eller iv) sensordata, der repræsenterer forbruget af elektricitet, stiger for hurtigt, hvilket indikerer, at en eller flere elektriske komponenter bør slukkes, og/eller v) sensordata, der repræsenterer indendørstemperaturen, og som tilvejebringes af en eller flere temperaturdetekterende sensorenheder, ligger over eller under et forudbestemt tærskelværdiinterval, hvilket indikerer en fejl i varmeenergiforsyningen, og/eller vi) sensordata, der repræsenterer den indendørs luftgennemstrømning, og som tilvejebringes af en eller flere luftstrømsdetekterende sensorenheder, ligger over eller under et forudbestemt tærskelværdiinterval, hvilket indikerer en fejl i et ventilationssystem, og/eller vii) sensordata, der repræsenterer forbruget af varmt eller koldt vand, ligger under en forudbestemt tærskelværdi, hvilket indikerer, at beboeren kan have behov for assistance.
