Claims (15)
1. Kit i dele til at begrænse separationen af første og anden knogle (50, 60), omfattende: et første knogleanker (10) omfattende: et hoved (11), der har organ til at indgribe et værktøj; og et skaft, der strækker sig fra hovedet (11) til en spids (14), hvilket skaft omfatter: et gevindafsnit (13); et mellemliggende afsnit (12) lokaliseret mellem hovedet (11) og gevindafsnittet (13), hvor hovedet (11) har en større diameter end det mellemliggende afsnit (12); og en åbning (15), der strækker sig igennem det mellemliggende afsnit (12); kendetegnet ved at kittet i dele yderligere omfatter: et andet knogleanker (20) omfattende: et hoved (21), der har organ til at indgribe et værktøj; et skaft, der strækker sig fra hovedet (21) til en spids (24), hvilket skaft omfatter: et gevindafsnit (23); og et mellemliggende afsnit (22) lokaliseret mellem hovedet (24) og gevindafsnittet (23), hvor hovedet (21) har en større diameter end det mellemliggende afsnit (22); og en kontinuerlig løkke af et fleksibelt materiale (30).
2. Kittet i dele ifølge krav 1, hvor det første knogleanker (10) yderligere omfatter et stop (16), der strækker sig radialt fra det mellemliggende afsnit (12) mellem åbningen (15) og gevindafsnittet (13) og har en større diameter end gevindafsnittet (13).
3. Kittet i dele ifølge krav 2, hvor stoppet (16): omfatter et ringformet fremspring; har en større diameter end det mellemliggende afsnit (12); og/eller er integreret dannet med det mellemliggende afsnit (12).
4. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mellemliggende afsnit (12) af det første knogleanker (10) har en eller flere omkredsflader (12a).
5. Kittene i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor organet til at indgribe med et værktøj omfatter en sekskantet indsats (18).
6. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det første og/eller andet knogleanker (10, 20) er dannet af rustfrit stål, titanium eller plast.
7. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor gevindafsnittet (13) af det første anker (10) er selvskærende.
8. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det fleksible materiale (30) har en diameter på mindre end 1,0 mm, mindre end 0,5 mm eller mellem 0,07 mm og 0,35 mm.
9. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mellemliggende afsnit (12) af det første knogleanker (10) har en diameter på mindst 2,0 mm, mindst 3,0 mm, eller mellem 2,5 mm og 3,5 mm.
10. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forholdet mellem diameteren af det mellemliggende afsnit (12, 22) af det første og/eller andet knogleanker (10, 20) og diameteren af det fleksible materiale (30) er mindst 8,0, eller mindst 9,0 eller mindst 10,0.
11. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det fleksible materiale (30) omfatter: et monofilament; og/eller nylon, polyester eller et absorberbart PGA.
12. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det andet knogleanker (20) omfatter et stop (26), der strækker sig radialt fra det mellemliggende afsnit (22) og haren større diameter end gevindafsnittet (23).
13. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mellemliggende afsnit af det første knogleanker (10) og/eller det mellemliggende afsnit af det andet knogleanker (20) omfatter ingen gevind.
14. Kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det mellemliggende afsnit (22) af det andet knogleanker (20) omfatter ingen åbninger, der strækker sig derigennem.
15. Tilspændingsanordning (40) omfattende kittet i dele ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en første ende (30a) af den kontinuerlige løkke (30) passerer igennem en eller åbningen (15) i det mellemliggende afsnit (12) af det første knogleanker (10) og snos over hovedet (11) af det første anker (10), således at den fastholdes på det mellemliggende afsnit (12) af hovedet (11) og en anden ende (30b) af den kontinuerlige løkke (36) snos over hovedet (21) af det andet knogleanker (20), således at den fastholdes på det mellemliggende afsnit (22) af det andet knogleanker (20) af hovedet (21), og eventuelt hvor at rotere det første knogleanker (10) forårsager en del af den kontinuerlige løkke (30) at blive viklet omkring det første knogleanker (10) og placerer den kontinuerlige løkke (30), der strækker sig mellem det første og andet knogleanker (10, 20) under spænd.
