Polyamidstøbemasse af de følgende bestanddele: (A) 25-74,9 vægt-% af mindst en delkrystallinsk, delaromatisk polyamid 6T/6I, dannet af: (a1) 65 til 82 mol-% terephthalsyre i forhold til summen af de anvendte dicar-boxylsyrer; (a2) 18 til 35 mol-% isophthalsyre i forhold til summen af de anvendte dicar-boxylsyrer; (a3) 1,6-diaminohexan; (a4) mindst en monofunktionel carboxylsyre; (a5) 40 til 400 ppm phosphor, masse-beregnet i forhold til den vandfrie nettovægt af summen af komponenterne (al) til (a5), i form af en phosphorforbin-delse; under den første forudsætning, at mol-forholdet mellem komponenten (a3) og summen af de anvendte dicarboxylsyrer ((al) + (a2)) er mindst 1,04 og højst 1,10; og under den anden forudsætning, at mol-forholdet mellem komponenten (a4) og komponenten (a3) ligger i området fra 0,01 -0,08; (B) 25-60 vægt-% fiberformede forstærkningsstoffer; (C) 0-30 vægt-% partikulære fyldstoffer, eventuelt i overfladebehandlet form, udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: talkum, glimmer, silikat, kvarts, titandioxid, wollastonit, kaolin, amorfe kiselsyrer, magnesiumcarbonat, magnesiumhydroxid, kridt, kalk, feldspat, bariumsulfat, massive- eller hule glaskugler, formalet glas, permanent magnetiske eller magnetiserbare metalforbindelser og/eller legeringer, samt blandinger af elementerne fra denne gruppe; (D) 0,1-2 vægt-% varmestabilisatorer, under den forudsætning, at der ikke er indeholdt nogen kobberholdige stabilisatorer deri; (E) 0-2 vægt-% kønrøg; (F) 0-4 vægt-% hjælpestoffer og/eller additiver, forskellige fra C, D og E; hvor summen af komponenterne (A)-(E) udgør 100 vægt-%.
2. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mol-forholdet mellem komponenten (a3) og summen af de anvendte dicarboxylsyrer ((al) + (a2)) ligger i området fra 1,045-1,10, fortrinsvis i området fra 1,05-1,08, især fortrinsvis i området fra 1,055-1,075.
3. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at mol-forholdet mellem komponenten (a4) og komponenten (a3) ligger i området fra 0,01-0,08, fortrinsvis i området fra 0,012-0,050 eller i området fra 0,014-0,030, især fortrinsvis i området fra 0,015-0,025, og/eller at andelen af komponenten (a4) i forhold til diaminoverskuddet, forstået som differencen mellem andelen af komponenten (a3) i mol og andelen af summen af disyre-komponenterne (al) og (a2) i mol, ligger i området fra 15 til 100 mol-%, fortrinsvis i området 20-80 mol-%, især fortrinsvis i området fra 25 til 50 mol-%.
4. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at komponenten (A) som komponent (al) indeholder 68 til 78 mol-% tereph-thalsyre, fortrinsvis 69 til 75 mol-% terephthalsyre i forhold til summen af de anvendte dicarboxylsyrer ((al) + (a2)).
5. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at komponenten (A) som komponent (a5) indeholder en phosphorforbindelse, foretrukket i form af en phosphorsyre, phosphorholdig syre, hypophosphor-holdig syre, phenylphosphonsyre, phenylphosphinsyre og/eller disses salte med 1- til 3-valente kationer og/eller disses estere, såsom især triphe-nylphosphat, triphenylphosphit eller tris-(nonylphenyl)-phosphit eller blandinger deraf, hvor phosphorindholdet af denne komponent (a5) i forhold til den vandfrie ansats, forstået som sum af alle nettovægte for komponent (A) uden vand, ligger i området fra 60-300 ppm og især fortrinsvis i området fra 70 til 150 ppm.
6. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den monofunktionelle carboxylsyre af komponenten (a4) indeholder en alifatisk eller cykloalifatisk eller aromatisk monocarboxylsyre, hvor den monofunktionelle carboxylsyre fortrinsvis er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af: eddikesyre, propionsyre, smørsyre, valeriansyre, capronsyre, laurinsyre, stea- rinsyre, 2-ethylhexansyre, cykiohexansyre og benzoesyre, eller blandinger deraf.
7. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de fiberformede forstærkningsstoffer af komponenten (B) anvendes i form af glasfibre, foretrukket i form af glasfibre tilladt til fødevarekontakt, hvor den samlede mængde af glasfibrenes forarbejdningshjælpestoffer, især slette-midlet, i forhold til glasfibrenes overflade fortrinsvis ikke overskrider en værdi på 0,25 g/m^, og/eller forarbejdningshjælpestofferne foretrukket udelukkende er udvalgt fra positivlisten i henhold til bilag I i EU-forordningen 10/2011, og/eller at komponenten (B) foreligger i en andel i området 30-60 vægt-%, fortrinsvis i området 35-55 vægt-% i polyamidstøbemassen.
8. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at komponenten (C) foreligger i en andel i området fra højst 20 vægt-%, fortrinsvis i området fra højst 10 vægt-%, især fortrinsvis i området fra 0,1-5 vægt-% i polyamidstøbemassen.
9. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at komponentens (D) varmestabilisatorer er udvalgt fra gruppen af phenol-baserede varmestabilisatorer, phosphit-baserede varmestabilisatorer, amin-baserede varmestabilisatorer, eller blandinger eller kombinationer deraf, hvor komponenten (D) især foretrukket er valgt fra den følgende gruppe: triethy-lenglykol bis(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl)propionat, pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionat), N,N'-hexamethylen bis[3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionamid], tris (2,4-di-tert-butylphe-nyl) phosphit, tris (2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphit, eller blandinger deraf; og/eller at komponenten (D) foreligger i en andel i området fra 0,1-1,5 vægt-%, især foretrukket i området fra 0,2-1,0 vægt-%, i polyamidstøbemassen.
10. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der ved kønrøgen af komponenten (E) er tale om kønrøg, der er tilladt til fødevarekontakt eller til indfarvning af fødevarer, fortrinsvis partikulær kønrøg med en overflade i området fra 200-260 m^/g (nitrogen BET (Brunauer, Emmett, Teller)), eller et totalt arsen-indhold på ikke mere end 3 mg/kg, eller et totalt bly-indhold på ikke mere end 10 mg/kg, eller et totalt kviksølv-indhold på ikke mere end 1 mg/kg, eller et totalt svovl-indhold på ikke mere end 0,65 %, eller et totalt indhold af polycyklisk aromatisk carbonhydrid (PAK) på ikke mere end 0,5 mg/kg, eller et totalt indhold af benzo[e]pyren på ikke mere end 0,005 mg/kg eller et totalt indhold af dibenz[a,h]anthracen på ikke mere end 0,005 mg/kg eller en kombination af flere af disse egenskaber; og/eller at andelen af komponenten (E) i formstøbemassen ligger i området fra 0,1-1,5 vægt-%, fortrinsvis i området fra 0,4-1,0 vægt-%.
11. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at komponentens (F) hjælpestoffer og/eller additiver er udvalgt fra den følgende gruppe: alifatiske polyamider, krystallisations-acceleratorer eller -for-sinkere, flydehjælpemidler glidemidler, slipmidler, pigmenter, farvestof- og markeringsstoffer, forarbejdningsmidler, antistatika, rester fra polymerisationsmetoder såsom katalysatorer, salte og disses derivater, hvor komponenten (F) fortrinsvis er fri for delaromatiske polyamider, især for amorfe delaromatiske polyamider, såsom 6I/6T, og/eller at andelen af komponenten (F) i støbemassen ligger i området fra 0,1-3 vægt-%, fortrinsvis i området fra 0,2-2 vægt-%.
12. Polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at polyamidstøbemassen, når den er forarbejdet til et formelement, fortrinsvis ved sprøjtestøbning, ekstrudering eller blæsestøbning, er udtænkt til lagring eller transport af drikkevand ved temperaturer over 80 °C, fortrinsvis ved temperaturer over 85 °C ± 2 °C, hvor den samlede koncentration af opløst organisk carbon ved den syvende ekstraktion især fortrinsvis ikke overskrider en værdi for migrationsraten på 12,5 mg C/m^.
13. Formelement, fortrinsvis fremstillet ved sprøjtestøbning, ekstrudering eller blæseformning, til transport og/eller opbevaring af drikkevand eller til anvendelser i kontakt med koldt og/eller varmt vand inden for vandforsyning, så som især varmtvandreservoirs, og i varme- og kølesystemer, især olie-, gas-, træ- og solvarmeanlæg samt varmepumper og rumopvarmningsanlæg, især til systemer inden for automobilkonstruktion, såsom kølevandspumper, især formelementer til transport og/eller opbevaring af drikkevand ved forhøjede temperaturer, fortrinsvis inden for området af eller over 80 °C, især rør, armatur, husholdningsapparat, vandvarmer, riskoger, dampkoger, dampstrygejern, beslag, hus, blender, hane, filterhus, vandtæller, vandtællerkomponent (leje, propeller, pylon), ventil, ventilkomponent (hus, afspærringskugle, skyder, cylinder), fordeler, patron, pumpe, pumpekomponent (f.eks skovlblade, impelle-re), ledning eller beholder respektive bestanddel eller element deraf, fremstillet under anvendelse af en støbemasse ifølge et af kravene 1-12.
14. Formelement ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at mindst et område, foretrukket i form af en coating eller en sektion, i det væsentlige er direkte udsat for drikkevandet ved en formålsbestemt anvendelse.
15. Anvendelse af en polyamidstøbemasse ifølge et af kravene 1-12 til fremstilling af et formelement, især af en komponent til transport og/eller opbevaring af drikkevand eller til anvendelser i kontakt med koldt og/eller varmt vand inden for vandforsyning, såsom især varmtvandreservoirs, og i varme- og kølesystemer, især olie-, gas-, træ- og solvarmeanlæg samt varmepumper og rumopvarmningsanlæg, især til systemer inden for automobilkonstruktion, såsom kølevandspumper, især af et formelement til transport og/eller opbevaring af drikkevand ved forhøjede temperaturer, fortrinsvis inden for området af eller over 80 °C, især rør, armatur, husholdningsapparat, vandvarmer, riskoger, dampkoger, dampstrygejern, beslag, hus, blender, hane, filterhus, vandtæller, vandtællerkomponent (leje, propel, pylon), ventil, ventilkomponent (hus, afspærringskugle, skyder, cylinder), fordeler, patron, pumpe, pumpekomponent (f.eks skovlblade, impellere), ledning eller beholder respektive bestanddel eller element deraf.
