Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til samling af mindst to emner (dele der skal samles) ved hjælp af limning med en reaktiv hotmeltlim, hvor mindst et af emnerne før påføringen af limen behandles med og/eller påtrykkes en katalysator, der påvirker limens størkningsforhold og/eller tværbinding, og at limen efterfølgende påføres på mindst et af emnerne, hvorefter emnerne limes sammen, hvor der som katalysator anvendes en fotolatent katalysator, idet katalysatoren er udformet UV-aktiverbart, og idet den fotolatente katalysator er udvalgt blandt titanium-, tin-, bismuth-, kviksølv- og/eller zinkbaserede metalorganiske forbindelser, kvaternære ammoniumforbindelser og aromatiske isocyanater samt blandinger heraf, hvor mindst et af emnerne behandles med mindst et bindemiddel (primer), idet emnet samtidig med eller før behandlingen med katalysatoren behandles med bindemidlet, idet katalysatoren er iblandet i bindemidlet, og/eller idet katalysatoren påføres på bindemiddellaget, og hvor bindemidlet er dannet på basis af en vandig og/eller opløsningsmiddelholdig dispersion af en ikke-reaktiv lim.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren påføres på emnet i form af en opløsning eller dispersion, og/eller at katalysatoren påføres på emnet ved hjælp af neddypning, påsmøring, valsning, spraypåføring, dyser, sprøjtemaling eller med filt, særligt ved hjælp af spraypåføring, påsmøring, valsning og/eller med filt, og/eller at opløsningen og/eller dispersionen indeholder katalysatoren i mængder fra 0,01 til 10 vægtprocent, særligt 0,05 til 8 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 0,1 til 5 vægtprocent, foretrukket 0,15 til 3 vægtprocent, særligt foretrukket 0,2 til 2 vægtprocent, mest foretrukket 0,3 til 1 vægtprocent, i forhold til opløsningen og/eller dispersionen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at bindemidlet er en vaskeprimer.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at bindemidlet har et tørstofindhold fra 0,5 til 40 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 1,0 til 30 vægtprocent, foretrukket 1,3 til 18 vægtprocent, særligt foretrukket 1,5 til 15 vægtprocent, i forhold til bindemidlet, og/eller at bindemidlet er dannet på basis af en dispersionslim, idet der som bindemiddel særligt anvendes en dispersionslim, udvalgt fra gruppen af polyurethandispersioner, acrylatdispersioner, chloroprendispersioner, epoxyharpiksdispersioner, ethylenvinylacetatdispersioner (EVA-dispersioner) og polyvinylacetatdispersioner (PVAc-dispersioner) samt blandinger af to eller flere af førnævnte dispersioner, idet der som bindemiddel særligt anvendes en dispersionslim på basis af en særligt vandigt baseret polyurethandispersion.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at bindemidlet og/eller primeren påføres på emnet ved hjælp af neddypning, påsmøring, valsning, spraypåføring, dyser, sprøjtemaling eller med filt, særligt ved hjælp af spraypåføring, påsmøring, valsning og/eller med filt, og/eller at masseforholdet mellem katalysatoren på den ene side og tørvægten af bindemidlet på den anden side indstilles i området fra 20 : 1 til 1 : 2.000, særligt 10 : 1 til 1 : 1.000, fortrinsvis 8 : 1 til 1 : 500, foretrukket 5 : 1 til 1 : 200, særligt foretrukket 3 : 1 til 1 : 100, mest foretrukket 2 : 1 til 1 : 50, og/eller at alle emner behandles med katalysatoren før samlingen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden gennemføres som folielaminering, særligt som profilindpakning.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden gennemføres som pålimning af kantbånd.
8. Kompositemne, særligt et pladeformet emne påtrykt et kantbånd eller en profil lamineret med en film, fortrinsvis en plastrudeprofil, der kan opnås ifølge et af de foregående krav.
9. Anvendelse af en opløsning og/eller dispersion af en fotolatent katalysator og et bindemiddel til acceleration og/eller forbedring af en reaktiv lims, fortrinsvis en reaktiv hotmeltlims, størkning og/eller tværbinding.
10. Opløsning og/eller dispersion af et bindemiddel på basis af en ikke-reaktiv lim, særligt en ikke-reaktiv dispersionslim, indeholdende en fotolatent katalysator, hvor den fotolatente katalysator er udvalgt blandt metalorganiske forbindelser, særligt titanium-, tin-, bismuth-, kviksølv- og/eller zinkbaserede metalorganiske forbindelser, kvaternære ammoniumforbindelser og aromatiske isocyanater samt blandinger heraf, til påvirkning af en reaktiv lims, særligt en reaktiv hotmeltlims, størkningsforhold og/eller tværbinding.
