Claims (14)
1. Indretning, der danner en ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning til fordeling af gasserne i en vanddampselektrolysecelle ved høj temperatur af typen SOEC eller i en brændselscelle af typen SOFC, hvilken indretning omfatter: - en del (8) af elektrisk isolerende materiale, der er aflang ifølge to indbyrdes vinkelrette symmetriakser (X, Y) og gennemboret af en central åbning (80), hvis perifere rand udgør en holder (85) for en elektrokemisk SOEC- eller SOFC-celle (Cl, C2, ...) dannet af en katode (2), en anode (4) og en elektrolyt (3) indføjet mellem katoden og anoden, hvilken del ligeledes er gennemboret af fire parvis indbyrdes modstående perifere åbninger (81, 82, 83, 84) i periferien af sin centrale åbning, idet to (83, 84) af de perifere åbninger er aflange med en længde, der tilnærmelsesvis svarer til længden af den centrale åbning (80) ifølge en X af akserne og er fordelt på den ene og den anden side af aksen X, mens de to øvrige (81, 82) perifere åbninger er aflange med en længde, der tilnærmelsesvis svarer til længde af den centrale åbning ifølge den anden Y af akserne og er fordelt på den ene og den anden side af aksen Y, idet delen på den ene af sine hovedflader desuden omfatter ribber (86), der definerer gasfordelingskanaler (87), som forbinder hver af de to perifere åbninger (83, 84), som er aflange ifølge den centrale åbnings X-akse, og, på sin modstående hovedflade, ribber (86), der definerer gasfordelingskanaler (87), som forbinder hver af de to perifere åbninger (81, 82), som er aflange ifølge den centrale åbnings Y-akse, idet delen på hver af sine hovedflader desuden omfatter mindst tre kontinuerte, forsænkede zoner (88), hvoraf en er beliggende i periferien af både den centrale åbning, ribberne og de to åbninger, som er forbundet med den centrale åbning, og hvoraf hver af de to andre er beliggende i periferien af en af de perifere åbninger, som ikke er forbundet med den centrale åbning; - tætninger i form af kontinuerte snore, hvoraf en (7) er lagt på cellens holder, og de øvrige (71, 72, 73, 74) er lagt individuelt i eller langs hver af de kontinuerte, forsænkede zoner.
2. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge krav 1, hvor delen af elektrisk isolerende materiale er på basis af glimmer.
3. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge krav 1, hvor delen af elektrisk isolerende materiale (8) er opnået ud fra et bånd af rå og sintret keramik.
4. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge krav 1 til 3, hvor reliefferne på delen (8) af elektrisk isolerende materiale, som udgøres af holderen (85), ribberne (86), kanalerne (87) og de forsænkede zoner (88), er udstansede relieffer.
5. Elektrisk isolerings- og tætningsramme ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor tætningerne (7, 71, 72, 73, 74) i form af kontinuert snor er på basis af glas eller glaskeramik.
6. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor tykkelsen af delen (8) af elektrisk isolerende materiale ligger på mellem 0,1 og 2 mm.
7. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor mindst en kontinuert snor (7, 71, 72, 73, 74) , der danner en tætning, er lagt i en kontinuert, forsænket zone (88) .
8. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor mindst en kontinuert snor (7, 71, 72, 73, 74), der danner en tætning, er lagt på en af hovedfladerne mellem to kontinuerte, forsænkede zoner (88.1, 88.2).
9. Ramme til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor dybden af de kontinuerte, forsænkede zoner (88, 88.1, 88.2) i delen (8) af elektrisk isolerende materiale i retningen vinkelret på planet, der defineres af akserne (X, Y), ligger på mellem 0,05 og 1 mm.
10. Elektrolysereaktor (EHT) af typen SOEC eller brændselscelle af typen SOFC, der omfatter en stabel af elementære elektrokemiske celler (Cl, C2, C3) med faste oxider, som hver er dannet af en katode (2.1, 2.2..), en anode (4.1, 4.2) og en elektrolyt (3.1, 3.2) indføjet mellem katoden og anoden, en flerhed af rammer til elektrisk isolering og tætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvis holder (85) understøtter en af de elementære elektrokemiske celler, en flerhed af elementer til elektrisk kontakt (9), som hvert er anbragt i direkte kontakt med en elementær elektrokemisk celles anode eller katode, og en flerhed af konnektorer (5) til elektrisk og fluid forbindelse, som hver er udgjort af en enkelt plan metalplade, som er gennemboret af fire åbninger, hvilke konnektorer hver er anbragt i kontakt med to naborammer til elektrisk isolering og med deres fire åbninger ud for de tilsvarende åbninger i naborammerne og er i kontakt med to naboelementer til elektrisk kontakt (9), hvoraf det ene er i elektrisk kontakt med katoden (2.1) på den ene (Cl) af de to elementære celler, og det andet er i elektrisk kontakt med anoden (4.2) eller katoden på den anden (C2) af de to elementære celler.
11. Elektrolysereaktor af typen SOEC eller brændselscelle af typen SOFC ifølge krav 10, hvor hver plan metalplade, der udgør en konnektor (5), er af ferritisk stål med ca. 20 % chrom, fortrinsvis CROFER® 22APU eller FT18TNb, på basis af nikkel af typen Inconel® 600 eller Haynes®.
12. Elektrolysereaktor af typen SOEC eller brændselscelle af typen SOFC ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor hver metalplade har en tykkelse på mellem 0,1 og 1 mm.
13. Elektrolysereaktor af typen SOEC eller brændselscelle af typen SOFC ifølge et af kravene 10 til 12, hvor de elementære elektrolyseceller er af typen med bærende katode.
14. Elektrolysereaktor af typen SOEC eller brændselscelle af typen SOFC ifølge et af kravene 10 til 13, hvor elementerne til elektrisk kontakt (9) udgøres af metalledninger eller en metalrist eller et stykke udstanset metalplade.
