Claims (7)
1. Multifokal oftalmisk linse, der omfatter: en oftalmisk linse med en basiskrumning svarende til en basisstyrke; og et diffraktionselement (102), hvilket diffraktionselement frembringer konstruktiv interferens i mindst fire på hinanden følgende diffraktionsordener svarende til et synsinterval mellem nær- og afstandssyn, hvor den konstruktive interferens danner et synligt nærfokus, et afstandsfokus svarende til basisstyrken af den oftalmiske linse og et mellemliggende fokus mellem nærfokus og afstandsfokus, og hvor de mindst fire på hinanden følgende ordener er (0, +1, +2, +3), og en diffraktionseffektivitet for +l-ordenen undertrykkes til mindre end 10 %, således at det fokuserede billede ikke kan synligt.
2. Linse ifølge krav 1, hvor linsen er en intraokulær linse (IOL) (100) .
3. Linse ifølge krav 2, hvor IOL'en er en bagkammer-IOL.
4. Linse ifølge krav 3, hvor bagkammer-IOL'en er konfigureret til at blive implanteret i en kapselpose.
5. Linse ifølge krav 1, hvor nærfokus svarer til et syn ved 40 cm, og det mellemliggende fokus svarer til et syn ved 60 cm.
6. Linse ifølge krav 1, hvor diffraktionselementet (102) omfatter et antal ringformede diffraktionstrin (103).
7.
