Claims (15)

1. Anvendelse af en nitrogenholdig forbindelse ved fremstillingen af polyurethaner, kendetegnet ved, at den opfylder formel (I)
med R er lig med eller forskellig fra hydrogen eller organisk gruppe med 1 til 60 carbonatomer, som valgfrit kan have heteroatomer, såsom f.eks. oxygen,- nitrogen- og/eller halogenatomer, R1 er lig med eller forskellig fra hydrogen eller organisk gruppe med 1 til 30 carbonatomer, som valgfrit kan have oxygen-, nitrogen- og/eller halogenatomer, eller en tilsvarende kvaterniseret eller protoneret forbindelse.
2. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsen med formel (I) opfylder formel (II)
med R som defineret i krav 1 eller er en tilsvarende kvaterniseret eller protoneret forbindelse.
3. Anvendelse ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at gruppen R i forbindelserne med formel (I) eller (II) eller de tilsvarende kvaterniserede eller protonerede forbindelser er en gruppe med formel -(CH2-CHR2-0)y-R3 (VI),
med m = 1 til 20 n = 1 til 36 y er lig med eller forskellig fra 1 til 10, fortrinsvis 2 til 5, X = O eller NH R2 = er lig med eller forskellig fra -H, -CH3, -CH2CH3 eller phenyl-gruppe, fortrinsvis hydrogen, R3 = er lig med eller forskellig fra -H, eller -alkyl, fortrinsvis grupper, der har Ci- til C4o-alkyl, esterfunktioner, urethanfunktioner eller amidfunktioner, fortrinsvis H eller Ci- eller Ce~ til C30-alkyl, særligt foretrukket hydrogen. eller er en tilsvarende kvaterniseret eller protoneret forbindelse.
5. Anvendelse ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at gruppent R er en organisk gruppe, som er reaktiv i forhold til en isocyanatgruppe.
6. Anvendelse ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsen ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 3 anvendes som katalysator ved fremstillingen af polyurethaner.
7. Anvendelse ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at der fremstilles polyurethanskum.
8. Anvendelse ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at der ved fremstillingen af polyurethanen fremstilles en sammensætning, som har i det mindste en forbindelse ifølge en af formlerne (I) til (III) eller en tilsvarende kvaterniseret eller protoneret forbindelse, i det mindste en polyolbestanddel, i det mindste en isocyanatbestanddel samt valgfrit et eller flere drivmidler, og denne sammensætning reageres.
9. Sammensætning indeholdende i det mindste en polyolbestanddel, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen har i det mindste en forbindelse med formel (I), (II) eller (III), som defineret i kravene 1 til 5, eller de tilsvarende kvaterniserede eller protonerede forbindelser.
10. Sammensætning ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at den har i det mindste en isocyanatbestanddel.
11. Sammensætning ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at det molære forhold mellem forbindelser med formel (I), (II) eller (III) eller de tilsvarende kvaterniserede eller protonerede forbindelser og grupper, der er reaktive grupper af polyolbestanddelen i forhold til isocyanater, er fra 4 x 10“ 4 til 1 til 0,2 til 1.
12. Sammensætning ifølge i det mindste et af kravene 9 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at den har et eller flere drivmidler.
13. Polyurethansystem, kendetegnet ved, at det opnås ved hjælp af anvendelse ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8.
14. Polyurethansystem ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at det er et hårdt polyurethanskum, et blødt polyurethanskum, et viskoelastisk skum, et High Resilience skum, et halvhårdt polyurethanskum, et termoformbart polyurethanskum eller et integralskum.
15. Polyurethansystem ifølge krav 13 eller 14, kendetegnet ved, at det har en masseandel af forbindelser med formel (I) eller ½ laf de ved hjælp af omsætningen af disse opnåede grupper i det færdige polyurethanskum på 0,005 til 10 vægt-%.
