Claims (14)

1. Enkeltlagsfibersubstrat, der efter tørvægt i forhold til substratets vægt omfatter: mellem 39,9 og 87,9 % naturlige fibre forfinet til mellem 50 og 95 °SR; mellem 12 og 60 % nanofibrillært polysaccharid med en diameter eller tykkelse på mellem 5 og 100 nanometer og en længde på mindre end 1 mikrometer; og mellem 0,1 og 4 % af mindst ét retentionsmiddel.
2. Fibersubstrat ifølge krav 1, hvilket fibersubstrat er kendetegnet ved, at fibersubstratet har en vægt på mindst 10 g/m2.
3. Fibersubstrat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket fibersubstrat er kendetegnet ved, at de naturlige fibre er cellulosefibre, og at det nanofibrillære polysaccharid er nanofibrillær cellulose.
4. Fibersubstrat ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket fibersubstrat er kendetegnet ved, at det yderligere omfatter mindst ét tilsætningsstof, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af papirvådstyrkemidler, limningsmidler og uorganiske salte.
5. Flerlagsfibersubstrat, der omfatter enkeltlagsfibersubstratet ifølge et af de foregående krav og mindst ét ekstra lag.
6. Flerlagsfibersubstrat ifølge krav 5, hvilket flerlagsfibersubstrat er kendetegnet ved, at mindst ét ekstra lag er til mekanisk forstærkning.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af enkeltlagsfibersubstratet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: afsætning på en kontinuerligt bevægende formningsvire i en papirmaskine af en suspension, der efter vægt i forhold til suspensionens tørvægt omfatter: • mellem 39,9 og 87,9 % naturlige fibre forfinet til mellem 50 og 95 °SR; • mellem 12 og 60 % nanofibrillært polysaccharid med en diameter eller tykkelse på mellem 5 og 100 nanometer og en længde på mindre end 1 mikrometer; og • mellem 0,1 og 4 % af mindst ét retentionsmiddel til dannelse af et lag afvanding af laget til dannelse af et vådark; og - tørring af vådarket.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af flerlagsfibersubstratet ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvilket flerlagsfibersubstrat omfatter følgende trin: afsætning på en kontinuerligt bevægende formningsvire i en papirmaskine af en suspension, der efter vægt i forhold til suspensionens tørvægt omfatter: • mellem 39,9 og 87,9 % naturlige fibre forfinet til mellem 50 og 95 °SR; • mellem 12 og 60 % nanofibrillært polysaccharid med en diameter eller tykkelse på mellem 5 og 100 nanometer og en længde på mindre end 1 mikrometer; og • mellem 0,1 og 4 % af mindst ét retentionsmiddel til dannelse af et lag, afvanding af laget til dannelse af et første vådark; påføring på det første vådark af en andet vådark, der er opnået efter afvanding af en anden suspension, der er påført på en anden kontinuerligt bevægende formningsvire, og som omfatter en tilsvarende eller forskellig sammensætning i forhold til den, der blev anvendt til fremstilling af det første ark; valgfri påføring på det første og andet vådark af et tredje vådark, der omfatter en tilsvarende eller forskellig sammensætning i forhold til dem, der blev anvendt til fremstilling af det første og det andet ark; - sammenpresning af de to eller tre vådark til dannelse af et flerlagssubstrat; og - behandling af flerlagssubstratet, idet det bliver tørret.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af flerlagsfibersubstratet ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvilket flerlagsfibersubstrat omfatter følgende trin: samtidig afsætning af mindst to lag på en skråtstillet kontinuerligt bevægende formningsvire i en papirmaskine, der er forsynet med en indløbskasse med adskillige rum med henblik på dannelse af et ark, idet mindst ét af disse lag er sammensat af en suspension, der efter vægt i forhold til suspensionens tørvægt omfatter: • mellem 39,9 og 87,9 % naturlige fibre forfinet til mellem 50 og 95 °SR; • mellem 12 og 60 % nanofibrillært polysaccharid med en diameter eller tykkelse på mellem 5 og 100 nanometer og en længde på mindre end 1 mikrometer; og • mellem 0,1 og 4 % af mindst ét retentionsmiddel; valgfri afvanding af det resulterende ark, med fordel ved presning; og tørring af arket.
10. Anvendelse af substratet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 i forbindelse med landbrugsfødevarer.
11. Anvendelse af substratet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 ved emballering af landbrugsfødevarer til kæledyr.
12. Anvendelse af substratet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 som membran eller membransubstrat til filtrering.
13. Anvendelse af substratet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 som substrat til metallisering.
14. Anvendelse af substratet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 i release-papir.
