Claims (15)
1. Spraytørrer-absorptionssystem (18) til reduktion af urenhed i røggas kendetegnet ved en beholder (22), der definerer et indvendigt kammer (22a), som er ca. 12 meter eller større i diameter; en eller flere dispersere (24, 26, 28, 30), som er anbragt i et tag (32) af det indvendige kammer (22a); en forstøver (34) til forstøvning og spredning af absorptionsvæske eller en reagensslamdråbe derfra, der er centreret inden i disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30) og omgivet af en strømningsstyrende anordning (36, 38, 40, 42); og hvor den strømningsstyrende anordning (36, 38, 40, 42) omfatter tre ringformede kanaler (60, 62, 64), der er dannet koncentrisk omkring forstøveren (34), til en strømning af røggas derigennem, hvor en indvendig kanal (60) reducerer kedelstendannelse på en beklædning (34a) af disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30), en midterste kanal (62) forøger dråbedrejningsmoment og røggas- FG penetration, og en udvendig kanal (64) reducerer kedelstendannelse på vægge (22b) af det indvendige kammer (22a).
2. System (18) ifølge krav 1, hvor absorptionsvæske eller reagensslamdråben absorberer røggas- FG urenheder og tørrer for at danne et pulverformigt slutprodukt EP, der er samlet i det indvendige kammer (22a).
3. System (18) ifølge krav 1, hvor den midterste kanal (62) omfatter en flerhed af roterende turbineskovle (70a), der er anbragt i en vinkel på ca. 35 grader til ca. 55 grader i forhold til lodret.
4. System (18) ifølge krav 1, hvor den midterste kanal (62) er dimensioneret til at tilvejebringe ca. 65 til ca. 80 procent af det samlede strømningsområde af disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30) .
5. System (18) ifølge krav 1, hvor den indvendige kanal (60) eventuelt omfatter en flerhed af roterende turbineskovle (60b) med en lignende vinkel på ca. 25 til ca. 35 grader i forhold til lodret.
6. Disperser (24, 26, 28, 30) til en spraytørrer- absorptionsbeholder (22), der definerer et indvendigt kammer (22a), som er ca. 12 meter eller større i diameter kendetegnet ved en forstøver (34) til forstøvning og spredning af absorptionsvæske eller en reagensslamdråbe, der er centreret inden i disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30) og omgivet af en strømningsstyrende anordning (36, 38, 40, 42); og hvor den strømningsstyrende anordning (36, 38, 40, 42) omfatter tre ringformede kanaler (60, 62, 64), der er dannet koncentrisk omkring forstøveren (34), til en strømning af røggas derigennem, hvor en indvendig kanal (60) reducerer kedelstendannelse på en beklædning (34a) af disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30), en midterste kanal (62) forøger dråbedrejningsmoment for effektiv røggas- FG penetration for røggas- FG urenhedsreduktion, og en udvendig kanal (64) reducerer kedelstendannelse på vægge (22b) af det indvendige kammer (22a).
7. Disperser (24, 26, 28, 30) ifølge krav 6, hvor absorptionsvæsken eller reagensslamdråben absorberer røggas-FG urenheder og tørrer for at danne et pulverformigt slutprodukt EP, der er samlet i det indvendige kammer (22a).
8. Disperser (24, 26, 28, 30) ifølge krav 6, hvor den midterste kanal (62) omfatter en flerhed af roterende turbineskovle (70a) , der er anbragt i en vinkel på ca. 35 grader til ca. 55 grader i forhold til lodret.
9. Disperser (24, 26, 28, 30) ifølge krav 6, hvor den midterste kanal (62) er dimensioneret til at tilvejebringe ca. 65 til ca. 80 procent af det samlede strømningsområde af disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30).
10. Disperser (24, 26, 28, 30) ifølge krav 6, hvor den indvendige kanal (60) eventuelt omfatter en flerhed af roterende turbineskovle (60b) med en lignende vinkel på ca. 25 til ca. 35 grader i forhold til lodret.
11. Fremgangsmåde til anvendelse af et spraytørrer-absorptionssystem (18) for røggas- FG urenhedsreduktion, kendetegnet ved tilvejebringelse af en beholder (22), der definerer et indvendigt kammer (22a), som er ca. 12 meter eller større i diameter; anbringelse af en eller flere dispersere (24, 26, 28, 30) i et tag (32) af det indvendige kammer (22a); centrering af en forstøver (34) til forstøvning og spredning af absorptionsvæske eller en reagensslamdråbe inden i disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30); og omgivelse af forstøveren (34) med en strømningsstyrende anordning (36, 38, 40, 42), der omfatter tre ringformede kanaler (60, 62, 64), der er dannet koncentrisk omkring forstøveren (34), til en strømning af røggas FG derigennem, hvor en indvendig kanal (60) reducerer kedelstendannelse på en beklædning (34a) af disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30), en midterste kanal (62) forøger dråbedrejningsmoment og røggas- FG penetration, og en udvendig kanal (64) reducerer kedelstendannelse på vægge (22b) af det indvendige kammer (22a) , hvor dråber absorberer urenheder fra røggassen FG for røggas- FG urenhedsreduktion.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor absorptionsvæske eller reagensslamdråben absorberer røggas- FG urenheder og tørrer for at danne et pulverformigt slutprodukt EP, der er samlet i det indvendige kammer (22a).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor den midterste kanal (62) omfatter en flerhed af roterende turbineskovle (70a), der er anbragt i en vinkel på ca. 35 grader til ca. 55 grader i forhold til lodret.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor den midterste kanal (62) er dimensioneret til at tilvejebringe ca. 65 til ca. 80 procent af det samlede strømningsområde af disperseren (24, 26, 28, 30) .
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor den indvendige kanal (60) eventuelt omfatter en flerhed af roterende turbineskovle (60b) med en lignende vinkel på ca. 25 til ca. 35 grader i forhold til lodret.
