Claims (15)

1. Et system til behandling af en auditiv tilstand hos en person, systemet omfatter en processor (14) og et lager (16); og et bimodalt stimulerings system (70-1, 900)konfigureret til at generere et hørligt stimulerings signal med et første angrebspunkt og en første angrebsperiode, påbegynde stimuli, og/eller længerevarende påvirkning, genere et somatosensorisk stimulerings signal til at stimulere et somatosensorisk system hos en person, det somatosensoriske stimulerings signal har et andet angrebspunkt og en anden angrebsperiode, påbegynde stimuli, og/eller længerevarende påvirkning, kendetegnet ved, at systemet er konfigureret til at etablere en indstillings rækkefølge og indstillings forskel mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt for at reducere tinnitus, hvori den første angrebsperiode og den anden angrebsperiode skal bibeholdes asynkront for at reducere tinnitus således at påbegyndelsen af den første angrebsperiode ikke overlapper påbegyndelsen af den anden angrebsperiode.
2. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til (i) at ændre indstillings rækkefølgen mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt for at fastsætte en ønsket reduktion af tinnitus, eller (ii) justere indstillingen mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt for at fastsætte en ønsket reduktion af tinnitus.
3. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til anvendelse af det somatosensoriske stimulerings signal hos personen ved at anvende stimulering (i) af personens hjerne for at stimulere det somatosensoriske system, (ii) af personens trigeminus nerve ved ansigts stimulering eller personens cervikal spinal nerve for at stimulere det somatosensoriske system, (iii) til personens dybe hjerne region for at stimulere det somatosensoriske system, eller (iv) til personens ansigts overflade struktur eller personens hals overflade struktur for at stimulere det somatosensoriske system.
4. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til at: bestemme en indstillings profil til personen, hvis indstillings profil indeholder indstillings data fra forskellige indstillings ordrer og indstillings differencer mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt og indeholder registreret tinnitus data fra de forskellige indstillings ordrer og indstillings forskelle; og lagre indstillings profilen for adgang til at bestemme en foreslået tinnitus behandlings kur med det auditive stimulerings signal og det somatosensoriske stimulerings signal.

Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulering system er yderligere konfigureret til at: bestemme en indledende indstillings profil for personen, indstillings profilen indeholder en indledende indstillings ordre og indstillings difference for det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt og er beregnet til at reducere tinnitus efter angrebet.
6. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til at: modtage en indikation af tinnitus angrebet og automatisk starte indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt for at reducere tinnitusen.

Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til at: justere over en tidsperiode indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt for at bestemme en tinnitus reduktions profil over en tidsperiode; og lagre tinnitus reduktions profilen.
8. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til at tilvejebringe indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt ved at: give adgang til tinnitus reduktions profilen; og bestemme indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen fra tinnitus reduktions profilen.
9. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret til bestemmelse af indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt ved: bestemmelse af behandlingstid; at give adgang til tinnitus reduktions profilen; bestemmelse af indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen svarende til behandlingstiden fra tinnitus reduktions profilen; og anvende det frembragte auditive stimulerings signal og somatosensoriske stimulerings signal baseret på den identificerede tilsvarende indstillings ordre og indstillings difference, hvori den identificerede behandlings tid er en nuværende tid eller en fremtidig tid.
10. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori det bimodale stimulerings system er yderligere konfigureret (i) for at justere den første angrebsperiode og/eller den anden angrebsperiode til reducering af tinnitus, (ii) til periodisk justering af den første angrebsperiode og/eller den anden angrebsperiode til reducering af tinnitus, eller (iii) til justering af indstillings ordren og indstillings differencen mellem den første angrebsperiode og den anden angrebsperiode til selektivt at øge eller formindske brænd hyppigheden i en bestemt neuron.
11. Systemet ifølge patentkrav 1, hvori den auditive tilstand er tinnitus eller hyperacusis.
12. Et computer læsbart lagrings medium lagret med et sæt instruktioner som kan udføres af en processor til behandling af en auditiv tilstand hos en person, instruktionerne indeholder: instruktioner til skabelse af et hørligt stimulerings signal med et første angrebspunkt og en første angrebsperiode, påbegynde stimuli, og/eller varighed; instruktioner til skabelse af et somatosensorisk stimulerings signal til at stimulere et somatosensorisk system hos en person, det somatosensoriske stimulerings signal har et andet angrebspunkt og en anden angrebsperiode, påbegynde stimuli, og/eller varighed; og instruktioner til etablering af en indstillings ordre og indstillings difference mellem det første angrebspunkt og det andet angrebspunkt til at reducere tinnitus, hvori den første angrebsperiode og den anden angrebsperiode skal bibeholdes asynkront for at reducere tinnitus således at påbegyndelsen af den første angrebsperiode ikke overlapper påbegyndelsen af den anden angrebsperiode.
13. Det computer læsbare lagrings medium ifølge patentkrav 12, hvori den auditive tilstand er tinnitus eller hyperacusis.
14. Det computer læsbare lagrings medium ifølge patentkrav 12, hvis instruktioner endvidere omfatter: instruktioner til bestemmelse af optimale parameter værdier til et hørlig stimulerings signal og et somatosensorisk stimulerings signal til ændring af angrebsrater til neuroner i de auditive og ikke auditive baner involveret i den auditive tilstand.
