Claims (10)
1. Anordning (10) til fordeling af fluid over toppen af et reaktorleje (32), hvilken anordning omfatter: en opsamlingsbakke (12) med en top og en bund, som har udløbsporte (14) derigennem; et blandekammer (16), der er i fluid forbindelse med opsamlingsbakkens udløbsporte (14), og som har et blandekammerudløb (18); en grovfordelingsbakke (20), der er i fluid forbindelse med blandekammerudløbet (18), og som har grovfordelingsbakkevæskeudløbsporte (36) derigennem; en fordelingsbakkedampskorsten (50) af fordelingsbakken, som er placeret radialt udad fra blandekammerudløbet (18); en øvre åbning af fordelingsbakkedampskorstenen (50), der er over et væskeniveau af fordelingsbakken i normal drift, og som tilvejebringer fluid forbindelse fra oversiden til undersiden af grovfordelingsbakken (20); et dampskorstenslegeme (52), kendetegnet ved, at dampskorstenslegemet (52) har et radialt indad aftagende tværsnit for at reducere drøvlingen af den udadgående fluidstrøm hen ad grovfordelingsbakken (20) og for at dæmpe den hvirvlende fluidstrøm på grovfordelingsbakken (20) .
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor fordelingsbakkedampskorstenslegemet (52) indbefatter et tværsnit valgt blandt et trekantet tværsnit, et trapezformet tværsnit og et cirkeludsnitformet tværsnit.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor fordelingsbakkedampskorstensåbningen (59) har et vægtet centrum af det åbne areal beliggende i en radius fra et centrum af grovvæskefordelingsbakken (20) på mellem 50 og 70 % af den totale radius af grovvæskefordelingsbakken (20).
4. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor forholdet mellem en bredde af en indersidedel og en bredde af en ydersidedel af fordelingsbakkedampskorstenslegemet (52) ligger på mellem 0,01 og 0,9.
5. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor fordelingsbakkedampskorstenen (50) indbefatter en opstrømssidevæg (60) og en nedstrømssidevæg (64) i forhold til en hvirvlende strøm af procesfluid, hvor den løber ind i grovfordelingsbakken (20) under driften, og hvor opstrømsskorstenssidevæggen (60) strækker sig højere over grovfordelingsbakken (20) end nedstrømsskorstenssidevæggen (64) .
6. Fremgangsmåde til fordeling af fluid over toppen af et reaktorleje (32), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at opsamle fluid, der indbefatter damp og væske, fra et overliggende reaktorleje; at lede fluidet ind i et blandekammer (16) og at hvirvle fluidet for at bringe dampen og væsken i kontakt med hinanden; at lede fluidet gennem et i det væsentlige centralt blandekammerudløb til en grovfordelingsbakke (20); at opsamle væsken på grovfordelingsbakken (20); at lede dampen radialt i retning af en ringformet åbning (34) mellem grovfordelingsbakken (20) og reaktorvæggen (6); at lede en del af dampen gennem en åbning i mindst én dampskorsten (50); at lede en anden del af dampen gennem den ringformede åbning (34) til en finfordelingsbakke (24); at fordele fluidet under finfordelingsbakken (24) til et andet reaktorleje, kendetegnet ved, at dampskorstenen har et indad aftagende tværsnit, der strækker sig over grovvæskefordelingsbakken (20) .
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor fordelingsbakkedampskorstenslegemet (52) indbefatter et tværsnit valgt blandt et trekantet tværsnit, et trapezformet tværsnit og et cirkeludsnitformet tværsnit.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor det at lede en del af dampen gennem åbninger i dampskorstene indbefatter at lede dampdelen gennem en flerhed af dampskorstene, som har indad aftagende tværsnit, der strækker sig over grovfordelingsbakken (20) .
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, der yderligere omfatter at lede den anden del af dampen gennem en fluidstrømningsvej, der er dannet mellem nabodampskorstene.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor det at lede en del af dampen gennem åbninger i dampskorstene indbefatter at lede dampdelen gennem åbninger, som har et vægtet centrum af det åbne areal beliggende i en radius fra et centrum af grovvæskefordelingsbakken (20) på mellem 50 og 80 % af den totale radius af grovvæskefordelingsbakken (20).
