Claims (14)
1. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn (100), omfattende en neddykket forbrændingsbrænder (1), der omfatter tre i det væsentlige koncentriske rør (3, 9,15), der hvert især er lukket ved en ende af brænderen og åbne ved en modsat dyseende af brænderen, hvor det indre rør (3) er forbundet (5) med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (7), det midterste rør (9) omgiver det indre rør (3), der er forbundet (11) med en kilde af brændgas (13), og det ydre rør (15) er forbundet (17) med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (19).
2. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge krav 1, hvor den neddykkede forbrændingsbrænder endvidere omfatter en forbindelse (23) til en nitrogenkilde, fortrinsvis en forbindelse til det centrale rør (3).
3. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor mindst en del af brænderlængden er indkapslet af et yderligere rør (25), der er lukket ved begge ender og omfatter et indløb (29) forbundet med en kilde af kølefluid, fortrinsvis vand, og et udløb (33) forbundet med kølefluidkredsløbet.
4. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor den åbne ende af det ydre rør (15) i brænderen, der er forbundet med en oxygenindeholdende gas, rager ud over den åbne ende af det midterste rør (9), der er forbundet med brændgas (11).
5. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor den åbne ende af det midterste rør (9) rager ud over den åbne ende af det indre rør (3), der er forbundet med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (7).
6. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor røret (25), der indeholder kølefluiden, strækker sig op til den åbne ende af det ydre rør (15).
7. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor brænderen er indrettet til forbrændingsgashastigheder i området fra cirka 60 til 300 m/s, fortrinsvis 100 til 200, mere foretrukket 110 til 160 m/s.
8. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor smelteovnen omfatter mindst to, fortrinsvis mindst fire neddykkede forbrændingsbrændere (1), der hver især omfatter tre i det væsentlige koncentriske rør (3, 9,15), der hvert især er lukket ved en ende af brænderen og åbne ved en modsat dyseende af brænderen, hvor det indre rør (3) er forbundet (5) med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (7), det midterste rør (9) omgiver det indre rør (3), der er forbundet (11) med en kilde af brændgas (13), og det ydre rør (15) er forbundet (17) med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (19).
9. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor brænderen/brænderne (1) er anbragt ved bunden af smelteovnen.
10. Neddykket forbrændingssmelteovn ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor smelteovnen er en glassmelteovn.
11. Fremgangsmåde til indføring af en flamme og/eller forbrændingsprodukter fra en neddykket forbrændingsbrænder i en smelte, omfattende: - at fremskyde en første, central strøm af en oxygenindeholdende gas langs en akse; - at fremskyde en anden strøm af en carbonhydridindeholdende brændbar gas langs aksen, således at den i det væsentlige omgiver den centrale strøm af en oxygenindeholdende gas; - at fremskyde en tredje strøm af en oxygenindeholdende gas langs aksen, således at den i det væsentlige omgiver både den centrale strøm af en oxygenindeholdende gas og den anden strøm af en carbonhydridindeholdende brændbar gas; og at indføre forbrændingsprodukter fra forbrændingen af den carbonhydridindehol-dende brændbare gas med den eller de oxygenindeholdende gas eller gasser i en smelte af forglasseligt materiale.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor smelten er en glassmelte, der formes til mineralfibre valgt blandt glasfibre, kontinuerlige glasfibre, glasuldsfibre og stenuldsfibre.
13. Anvendelse af en brænder som en neddykket forbrændingsbrænder i en smelteovn, hvor den neddykkede forbrændingsbrænder (1) omfatter tre i det væsentlige koncentriske rør (3, 9, 15), der hvert især er lukket ved en ende af brænderen og åbne ved en modsat dyseende af brænderen, hvor det indre rør (3) er forbundet (5) med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (7), det midterste rør (9) omgiver det indre rør (3), der er forbundet (11) med en kilde af brændgas (13), og det ydre rør (15) er forbundet (17) med en kilde af oxygenindeholdende gas (19).
14. Anvendelse ifølge krav 11, hvor smelteovnen er en glassmelteovn, der især fremstiller en glassmelte, der formes til mineralfibre valgt blandt glasfibre, kontinuerlige glasfibre, glasuldsfibre og stenuldsfibre.
