Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af sulfid fra en vandig opløsning omfattende sulfid, hvor den vandige opløsning udsættes for sulfidoxiderende bakterier i nærvær af molekylært oxygen i en reaktor til oxidering af sulfid til elementært svovl, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: a) at tilvejebringe den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid; b) at levere en molekylært oxygen-holdig gas til reaktoren indeholdende de sulfidoxiderende bakterier i et vandigt medium, således at der dannes en eller flere luftede zoner og en eller flere ikke-luftede zoner i det vandige medium med opadgående væskestrøm i de luftede zoner og nedadgående væskestrøm i de ikke-luftede zoner; c) at levere en tilførselsstrøm af den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid til reaktoren ved at indsprøjte tilførselsstrømmen i den ene eller de flere ikke-luftede zoner, hvor den ene eller de flere luftede zone(r) ikke er adskilt fra den ene eller de flere ikke-luftede zone(r) ved hjælp af indvendige reaktordele, der strækker sig vertikalt.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den ene eller de flere luftede zoner og den ene eller de flere ikke-luftede zoner dannes ved at levere den molekylært oxygen-holdige gas gennem midler til at levere molekylært oxygen-holdig gas, der er anbragt i et nedre afsnit af reaktoren, hvor den molekylært oxygen-holdige gas kun leveres til en del af tværsnitsområdet af det nedre afsnit af reaktoren.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor midlerne til at levere den molekylært oxygen-holdige gas omfatter et eller flere luftningsrør.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid indsprøjtes i den ene eller de flere ikke-luftede zoner i en højde, der er over den højde, i hvilken den molekylært oxygen-holdige gas leveres til reaktoren.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid indsprøjtes i den ene eller de flere ikke- luftede zoner i en retning væk fra den nærmeste luftede zone.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den vandige opløsning har en sulfidkoncentration i området fra 0,1 g/l til 6 g/l.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor reaktoren har en reaktorhøjde og en reaktordiameter, og hvor reaktorens højde-til-diameter-forhold er i området fra 0,5 til 1,8.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den molekylært oxygen-holdige gas leveres til reaktoren med en normal overfladehastighed i området fra 0,8 til 4 cm/s.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene, yderligere omfattende: d) at udlede væsken fra reaktoren og e) at separere elementært svovl og eventuelt bakterieslam fra den udledte væske.

Fremgangsmåde til oprensning af en gasformig strøm omfattende svovlforbindelser, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin i) at bringe den gasformige strøm omfattende svovlforbindelser i kontakt med en vandig opløsning, hvor svovlforbindelserne opløses til opnåelse af en oprenset gasformig strøm og en vandig opløsning omfattende sulfid; ii) at fjerne sulfid fra den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid opnået i trin i) ved at udsætte den vandige opløsning for sulfidoxiderende bakterier i nærvær af molekylært oxygen i en reaktor til oxidering af sulfid til elementært svovl i henhold til fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8; iii) at separere elementært svovl fra den vandige opløsning til opnåelse af en svovlopslæmning og frasepareret vandig opløsning; og iv) at recirkulere den fraseparerede vandige opløsning til trin i).
11. Reaktor, der er egnet til en fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af sulfid fra en vandig opløsning omfattende sulfid, hvilken reaktor strækker sig vertikalt og omfatter: - en reaktionszone uden interne vertikale skillevægge; - midler til at levere molekylært oxygen-holdig gas, som er anbragt i et nedre afsnit af reaktionszonen, hvor kun en del af tværsnitsområdet af det nedre afsnit af reaktionszonen er forsynet med midlerne til at levere molekylært oxygen-holdig gas, hvor midlerne til at levere molekylært oxygen-holdig er anbragt således, at den opadgående bevægelse af gassen, der leveres til det nedre afsnit, resulterer i en opadgående væskestrøm i luftede vertikale søjler over det område, hvortil gas leveres, og en nedadgående væskestrøm i ikke-luftede vertikale søjler over det område, hvortil der ikke leveres gas, hvor der dannes mindst tre adskilte ikke-luftede vertikale zoner med nedadgående strømning separeret af luftede vertikale søjler med opadgående strømning; - midler til at indsprøjte den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid i reaktionszonen, som er anbragt i hver ikke-luftet vertikal søjle, hvor midlerne til at indsprøjte den vandige opløsning omfattende sulfid er anbragt således, at indsprøjtning sker i en retning væk fra den nærmeste luftede vertikale zone, og - overløbsmidler til at lede vandig opløsning bort fra den øvre del af reaktoren.
12. Reaktor ifølge krav 11, hvor midlerne til at levere molekylært oxygen-holdig gas er et gitter af luftningsrør.
13. Reaktor ifølge krav 12, hvor gitteret af luftningsrør omfatter første områder af grupperede luftningsrør og anden områder uden luftningsrør, hvor de første områder og anden områder er fordelt skiftevis over gitteret.
