Claims (15)
1. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning omfattende et hus (10, 12), der har en proksimalt rettet overflade, der er indrettet til at blive fastgjort løsbart til en patients krop; - hvor huset har en størrelse i en proksimal-distal retning, der er mindre end dimensioner vinkelret på den proksimal-distale retning; - et kammer (102) inden i huset til anbringelse af en lægemiddelbeholder (70), hvilket kammer (102) er orienteret hovedsageligt vinkelret på den proksimal-distale retning, - en injektionskanyle (184), der strækker sig hovedsageligt i den proksimal-distale retning og er fastgjort til en kanyleholder (182), der er anbragt i huset og kan bevæges i den proksimal-distale retning, hvor injektionskanylen (184) kan forbindes til lægemiddelbeholderen (70) til afgivelse af en dosis lægemiddel, - en manuelt betjent aktiveringsmekanisme (129) til aktivering af indretningen, - en aktuatormekanisme (165), der er driftforbundet til aktiveringsmekanismen (129) og indrettet til ved aktivering af aktiveringsmekanismen (129) at udskyde injektionskanylen (184) fra en første position inden i huset til en anden position, hvori der foretages penetrering af en patient, - en stempelstang (66) anbragt således i huset, at den strækker sig hovedsagelig vinkelret på den proksimal-distale retning og er i stand til at påvirke lægemiddelbeholderen (70) til afgivelse af en dosis lægemiddel gennem injektionskanylen (184), - et drivorgan (50), der er driftforbundet til aktiveringsmekanismen (129), og som er i stand til at påvirke stempelstangen (66) til afgivelse af en dosis lægemiddel, når den aktiveres, kendetegnet ved, at indretningen omfatter en kanylehætte (188), der er driftforbundet til aktuatormekanismen (165) og er indrettet til at bevæge sig i huset fra en første position indvendigt i huset til en anden proksimalt udskudt position uden for huset til beskyttelse af injektionskanylen (184), når injektionskanylen (184) er i den nævnte anden position.
2. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor aktuatormekanismen (165) omfatter en låsemekanisme (166, 168, 172), der kan låse injektionskanylen (184) i den anden position.
3. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 2, hvor kanylehætten (188) omfatter låseelementer (208, 210), der er funktionelt indrettet til at låse kanylehætten (188) i den anden position.
4. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor aktiveringsmekanismen (129) omfatter to betjeningselementer (20a, 20b) anbragt på modsatte sider af indretningen.
5. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 4, hvor betjeningselementerne omfatter aktiveringsknapper (20a, 20b), hvilke knapper nedtrykkes manuelt til aktivering af indretningen.
6. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 5, hvor aktiveringsknapperne (20a, 20b) er forbundet til injektionskanylen via en kobling (167), der er indeholdt i aktuatormekanismen (165), så det er muligt at bevæge injektionskanylen til den udskudte position, når knapperne trykkes ned.
7. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge en kombination af krav 2 og krav 6, hvor injektionskanylens låsemekanisme (166, 168, 172) er indeholdt i koblingen (167).
8. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor indretningen yderligere omfatter en injektionshastighedsstyremekanisme (212), der er operativt forbundet til drivorganet (50).
9. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 8, hvor injektionshastighedsstyremekanismen (212) omfatter en uro, der samvirker med et anker (242), som dernæst virker på et ganghjul (240), samt en transmission (213) mellem drivorganet (50) og ganghjulet (240).
10. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 9, hvor ganghjulet (240) er drivforbundet til en urofjeder (254).
11. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 8-10, yderligere omfattende en autostopmekanisme (260), der er i stand til permanent at stoppe drivorganet (50) eller injektionshastighedsstyremekanismen (212) ved slutningen af en dosisafgivelsessekvens.
12. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 8-11, yderligere omfattende en manuelt betjent stopmekanisme (276), der er i stand til permanent at stoppe drivorganet (50) eller injektionshastighedsstyremekanismen (212) ved aktivering.
13. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 8-12, som yderligere omfatter en manuelt betjent pausemekanisme (156, 158, 258), der er i stand midlertidigt at stoppe og derpå starte drivorganet (50) eller injektionshastighedsstyremekanismen (212) ved aktivering.
14. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 12, yderligere omfattende en lægemiddelbeholderpenetreringsmekanisme (106), der er funktionsforbundet til aktiveringsmekanismen (129) til ved aktivering at skabe en forbindelse mellem lægemidlet i lægemiddelbeholderen (70) og injektionskanylen (184).
15. Lægemiddelafgivelsesindretning ifølge krav 1, hvor stempelstangen (66) omfatter nogle segmenter (68, 74), der kan forbindes til hinanden.
